Hi, I recently recieved my Spigen Ultra Hybrid case for my galaxy S9, but when I opened the postal packaging the box was broken, the inner lining ripped and the case scratched. I would not mind it so much if the scratch was not inside ththe case. Unfortunately it is, and I do not wish to use it as it is abrasive and may ruin the quality of my phone's finish. I would like to request a replacement as I cannot use this product, due to the poor condition it arrived in. Kind regards Roxenne

Firstly, I did not received the products. Emailed them three times in order for me to know what is really happening. I ordered the item on 31st of July 2017. It says they will deliver it within 7-15 business days. I waited, till 21st of August 2017, the item did not arrive. I googled and tried to read some reviews and to my surprise, there are so many negative reviews about this company which questions their reliability and credibility when it comes to delivery and purchases. I've been in contact to them, sending them emails, the replies seems a little bid odd and looks like a automated...
