$7000 solar system to run a well pump
Sales staff at Missouri winding solar cells the products like anyone can put it together. You need to be a certified electrician and have experience installing solar systems to use any of their products. They are completely DIY yep they do not advertise this. They advertise just the opposite. Just the opposite that you and everybody else can put their stuff...

Order # 00955. Solar panels and heating elements for livestock tanks.
I drove almost four hours each way to pick up this order. I followed the instructions religiously, and the system did not work. I tried to reach you for a week, but received no call back. Facing cold weather, I went out and bought a replacement for this system. WHen I finally got a call back, you admitted to having specified the wrong voltages. This is why the system didn't work.
I asked for a refund but was told the equipment was now used. Given that this was your error, not mine, and given that you did not support me in trying to resolve it, and given that I have had to spend considerable money to replace it before cold weather, I think a refund is fair.
100% pure junk
After buying a system on ebay, which they stated was the complete system I found out that I had to buy a dump load and then after installing it a couple days(2) later when we had no wind I noticed that 5 of the 9 blades(Gen 4) had broken tips. I contacted the company right away and then didnt want to replace them unless I paid to have the blades shipped...
