Re: Order #[protected] I returned the item in unused condition. The Return Ticket was noted closed on March 24th. As of today, April 5th, the refund has not shown up. This company, as subsidiary of Light In the Box, is impossible to contact. There is no phone number anywhere to be found. Since they "closed" my ticket, there is no way to continue communication. I am very upset.
Recently ordered nine items from MITB They sent an email stating they shipped all items, I received a box with one bulb in it? Made several attempts to contact them but no results, can't even find a phone number for them? Just finished emailing the BBB to see if they can help. Finding a lot of complaints about them wished i would have seen them first!
