I ordered flowers from ManilaGift.com to be sent to other country. I clearly indicated the date which I wanted them to be delivered. The flowers were more expensive than usual, but I thought it was acceptable as it was peak season. However, NO DELIVERY was made on the needed date.
I ordered cake as a valentine’s cake from ManilaGift.com. Then nothing was delivered and they were making up stories that they delivered it already. Now the customer support said that they will refund my money back and I will receive an email. It’s been 2 days and no email or confirmation or anything.
