Make Wide Turns the truth

Danielle, you asked us to ignore the lies that are written here and I did while I was with you, but it has been a few weeks since I decided to take the big step and retire, and now I can respond if I want.

I have over these past few weeks been reflecting on my two years with Make Wide Turns. I miss working with you, Shannon and the rest of the crowd. When Monday mornings come along I still find myself wanting to call and be on the conference calls. Old habits die hard.

When I started with Make Wide Turns in February 2010 I was so green about what I was doing. All I knew at that time was I wanted to be a part of your company. I thank you for being so patient with me and grooming me into a top notch recruiter. I came to love talking to the drivers and felt a great deal of satisfaction when I found them the right job. We’ve come a long way together. In the beginning, I thought how would I ever remember all that information about the different companies and keep it straight in my mind, but you had a plan and after lots of training by you it became easy. By the time I left you had given us the tools to hire for over twenty companies.

I just wanted to make sure you know how much I appreciate you and all that you did to help me, train me and encourage me. Again I will miss working for you. I do not want to sound gushy but, in all my career, you were one of my favorite people I have worked for. I wish you continued success in your efforts.

I hope we can keep in touch. Although you are no longer my boss, I absolutely want to consider you a friend for life. Forgive me for writing the truth here among the lies, but someone needed to do it and since I have retired, I can do as I please and it pleases me to speak the truth about you and about Make Wide Turns. BTW, there was not one driver in my time with MWT that I wasn’t paid for. The catch is, you have to get someone hired to be paid for them. The person above, didn’t hire anyone.

Make Wide Turns and Danielle Bauiley, the owner and person you will most likely get "hired by" constantly engages in unlawful and immoral business practices. She classifies everyone as an independent contractor, even thought shes going to work you and treat you like the crappiest hourly employee. Shes disrespectful and rude to almost everyone she speaks to. because she cant afford to pay you, then gets you to do all the called and work involved in recruiting a truck driver. She acts like your boss, forces you to be on calls and do work, but then never pays you. When you question her she acts dumb, but shes not THAT dumb. Shes just a con artist and doesn't need to be allowed to present herself like areal company.

I stumbled across this discussion and a few others. And there appears to be a common thread. it sounds like this Danielle Bailey person is either a flake or she just doesn't know how to find good recruiters. or both. Either way, I for one, will stay away and make a wide turn clear of Make Wide Turns.

The real truth is that you will not get paid from Make Wide Turns. I think they went out of business by now. The so called owner is a scam artist. She scams you todo all the work for her and she does not pay you. Again do not use Make Wide Turns to Recruit for your company or do not use Make Wide Turns to help you look for a job. They will scam you. Take it from a person who has been there and never got a single pay check from this company.

Make Wide Turns Recruiters make promises and do not follow through

This has to be one of the worst recruiting agencies. I put my resume out to a company and these knuckleheads call me up promising me they got me an orientation setup. After about a week I had already turned down two other offers coming directly from trucking companies, and I call the recruiter Danielle Bailey and she keep telling me I am scheduled for orientation but the company, Celadon, is backed up. Anyways after 3 weeks I finally had enough. I ended up turning down 4 offers in total because of this woman. Luckily I just put out a new resume and Im headed to orientation this week. Dont even bother dealing with these guys they dont get anybody hired.

Make Wide Turns Scammed Never PAID

Daniel Bailey is a total trailer park trash scam white hill billy. She made us work for her for free. She is a total piece of [censored], worthless white trash. She also has a bagel shop that you should never go into. That shop is also in the city of Arlington, Texas. Daniel Bailey LIED TO ME and she LIES to everyone! All of this is true. She has her [censored] hillbilly relatives working for her, they have no clue on what they are doing. She always goes on these very expensive vacations. She is one fat pig! Daniel also trashes all the companies she recruits for esp USA TRUCK. Daniel stated that they are a real ### hole company to recruit for and to drive for. I think USA TRUCK needs to find this out and drop the pig and her so called company. She also works out of her home with no business license and the city of Arlington has been over to her home on a number of times to issue a citation to her for never obtaining a city business license. Do not work for this company as a independent contractor recruiter. She will scam you every way possiable. The reason why the company is called Make Wide Turns is that in order to get around her, you have no choice to make a WIDE TURN. Stay away from Make Wide Turns, she will make you lose everything you own. When you do get someone to go through she will tell you they never showed up or they never got hired in fact they did and she kept all the money. Her husband or son worked at FFE at one point and we all heard FFE went under and out of business and we now all wonder WHY?
