Horrible. Arrogant. Sad excuse for a business. Nothing on this site is "as described". I purchased the "2oz Lip Balm Tin" in bulk and when I received it I knew right away it was wrong because it was huge. I re-checked the website..yep still says "2oz" and thought hmm..maybe it just looks bigger. Than I tested it compared to other 2oz tins. Thats weird I...

Majestic Mountain Sage mouthy owner / product not as adverised

I have been doing business with Majestic Mountain Sage for 13 years and never had a problem until today. I called to explain that I had three bottles of SHOWER GEL/HAND SOAP that ran out of bottle like water. They took the lot number down and said they would run an analyst on it. Later that evening, after business hours, Tina called me and left a message on my phone. Stating that I had added "lavender essential oil or something" to my gel that caused it to be thin." She stated that she would call me back tomorrow. She never did so I called her. I explained that I had added NOTHING to the GEL at first. Upon emptying it from the jug to a bowl I noticed that it was thin as water. I proceeded to add my essential oil and a thickening agent sold by them with little or no instructions on the bottle. It turned the shower gel cloudy. I left it overnight to see if it would clear up as sometimes is the case when you add 'air ' to it. The next day, it was still cloudy and now had clumps of thickener in it. Three gallons completely ruined. I called her and she was nasty from the get go. Of course, they didn't do anything wrong. She insisted that I let the gel freeze. I tried to explain to her that that wasn't the case as I had stated before that it RAN out of the bottle. Then she said I added too much or too fast thickener. (again, no instructions on bottle as to it's use) When I again tried to explain, she asked me to be quiet and listen and that if I didn't she would not talk with me. I insisted that I wasn't even raising my voice, but she said that she would not deal with me unless I was prepared to listen. So I said ok. She then said...well, what do you want me to do about this? I said, I want you to stand behind your products and replace them. She said she would not and hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to Manager or Owner and she said...speaking. I asked her is she made so much money that it wouldn't matter if she lost a 13 year customer? She said she would stand by her decisson and hung up on me again. I do not need to be treated in this manor. I will take my business elsewhere. And for those of you who have filed similar complaints regarding Tina Howard, . might I suggest Aqua Tech or Essentials by Catalina. Both have great products and can be found on a google websearch. Sorry MMS...you just ### where you eat.

The TONE, THE WORDS AND THE ATTITUDE MUST CHANGE...I'ts not acceptable. It's close to bullying!
Some calls have been taped. Tina Howard should seriously looking to Therapy. My guess is she has been harrassed as a child and is carrying it with her in her adult years and DUMPING it on to her customers. Absolutely shock and awe on how she speaks to people!

I placed an order with Majestic Mountain Sage for 5lbs of unrefined shea butter. What they shipped to me was rock hard, snow white in color and rancid. If you've ever encountered an oil that was rancid, you know the odor I'm talking about. It was disgusting.
