I ordered an in-car charger from M99.co.uk on 10 Jan, to be delivered to my house in France. I specifically stated that it was for a Dell Inspiron 8200 laptop, their site indicated that they could supply. It arrived some 10 days later, no adaptor for Dell, so useless! I tried e-mailing, automated reply referring to their website. I filled in their claim form, but it would not send. I FAXED them, no reply. I phoned them, 0870 number, not available from France. I got my son to fill in their on-line claim form from UK, no reply. Luckily, I used a credit card, and I will get my money refunded. So be aware if you use this firm that you won't get a response if something is wrong.
Hello I ordered an item on 10th June from www.m99.co.uk at a cost of £69.99 and paid for this with my Visa Debit card. they e mailed me with a receipt confirming this amount. Upon checking my bank balance it appears they have taken over £114 for this item without my authorisation. I have informed my bank of this and they are investigating after trying several times to contact them. I no longer want this item from them due to your their actions and have asked that they refund the money back into my account immediately to avoid further action involving the police being taken.
