litton mortgage added onInsurance and park tax>>

they did this to 1, 000s of people--- they add 300-900 a month!
to your regular mortgage amount..monthly! they say
your homeowners insurance company will not confirm if you have your own (even though they send Litton annual letters).

also...Though we are NYC residents...with real estate tax, water sewer tax only...they added 8, OOO
a year for "park and wildlife tax?"...if you don't pay these
phoney add-ons they use Steven Baum, Atty and foreclose adding on, or costing $15, 000. The absolute only way to stop them is to file bankruptcy...so they HAVE to appear in bankruptcy court
with documents explaing the "extras"----usually they will fail to attend--but may send a thrid party jerk lawyer(local) with
some faxed papers. But court will STOP foreclosure while you
pay a "court appointed" amount to Litton...which is generally
the Principal and Interest only..You pay your own insurance and tax. Title 7 and Title 11 Bankruptcy STOPS all foreclosure actions for the first 4-8 months, until you get Bankruptcy approved
(confirmed)..or maybe Not allowed, not confirmed...

but for 4-8 months while waiting for court hearing..Litton's
hands are tied so you can catch your breath.

litton mortgage holding farm land with wrong title search

property description recorded incorrectly by trustee when house was
refinanced litton will not amend, have been dealing with situation for 9 months, my farmland was already mortgaged and litton is trying to hold on to it and my daughters house and a neighbors house
my daughters house is in decay because she can't continue her loan
because of litton . I had a mortgage on my farmland prior to refinace
with United Financial and only 2.12 acres went with the house. Litton claims to have mortgage on it all. they are rude and not professional and crooks I have an attorney, would love to see a class
action I personally know of 2 other people with complaints and they work for attorneys
