I placed an order for some sheets. They charged my credit card the same day and sent a confirmation number to use to check the progress of my order. After a month had passed with no shipment received, I started to check regularly on their website to see if the order was shipped, but each time it only showed as 'ordered'. At approx. 6 weeks after the order, I began trying to contact them. I first tried by phone, but one number was disconnected and the other kept going to an answering machine, so I left messages but they never returned my calls. Linens 4 You / Terrible company


I ordered $475.00 worth of bed sheets from Linens 4 You on December 26, and my account was charged immediately for the full amount and they sent a confirmation email. After 20 days, I have yet to receive the order, and their website shows no sign of the order being shipped or any projected shipping date. I have attempted to contact them by phone, but the recording claims that they are too busy to accept my call, and that I should email their 'sales dept.', which replied via a robotic email. I have read other complaints of goods charged for and not shipped for months and months. I will give them another day or so to respond to me, then contact the state attorney general's office.

I placed an order with Two comforter sets were ordered. One was priced at $39.99, which I was told was advertised incorrectly. The real price was $225. I ordered it, anyway, but then was advised that it was discontinued. The other I purchased for $280. When I got the "turquoise" comforter, it was more of a slate blue. Linens 4 You / Scam and cheating


I purchased a comforter set from this company in May 2008. My purchase was paid for with a debit card. They promptly took their payment. I finally received the product in June, and was not satisfied with the color. I returned the merchandise to the company. They received it on July 3. It is now November, and I have yet to receive a refund. They keep insisting that I contact my 'credit card company' to issue a form to reverse the charges.
