Freight charge to return product that was not as described
First, shame on me for not shopping better. Purchased the Lily Pond table. Not only was the item priced much better on another website (Franceandson.com) but the gold finish was far from described. It was a dirty brown look and needsto be returned. I have to pay return freight 434.09, restock 69.27 with a refund of 189 on a purchase of almost 700. I will never purchase from them again and suggest others do the same
Desired outcome: I’d like to return and not pay freight to ship back since finish of table was not as pictured

the worst customer service i've ever experienced
They back ordered an item that was initially in stock, the website clearly showed that. I ordered it, paid for it and got an email to confirm my order. Did everything needed and got nothing instead.
They sent me an email saying that the item was back ordered due its unavailability on the website. How come it was out of stock but you took my money anyway?
Contacted their support to hear they can't cancel the order because it was already in the system. God, what a stupid excuse not to refund the money.
So it's been a month and nothing has changed. Hard to get in touch with the customer service, their replies are always blurred and not helpful. Thank you for treating your customers like garbage, Layla Grayce.

I ordered a mirror Aug 11. Confirmation email said it would be shipped third week of Aug. I completely forgot i ordered the mirror after about a month (we were building a new house and so ordering a lot). I get an email from LG in mid Oct insisting on delivering the mirror and refusing to take it back (by then i had moved on and installed another one, assuming that i hadn't managed to order the mirror from LG somehow). If you aren't going to abide by your delivery time frames (id even be willing to provide a cushion), and aren't going to communicate with your customer about the status of the order if materially delayed, then why should the customer be subject to your ridiculous return polices? Its completely one sided--if the product isn't delivered by the agreed upon time, the contract should be considered broken. A two month delay is ridiculous and should be grounds for a return.

I ordered a robe from LaylaGrayce which looked so nice on their website! When it arrived, it was so terrible! First of all it was extremely small; I couldn't cover myself with it at all! I decided to keep the item just because in case of exchange Layla Grayce anyway charges two shipping costs! So it didn't make any sense to exchange it, I would only lose more money. Their customer service is awful! These people are extremely useless. They often forget to attach labels, never answer the phone and reply messages. This was the last time I shopped here! I wasted enough time and money on LaylaGrayce.

No support and impossible to contact the support team
The horrible services. Stay away from the website www.laylagrayce.com. I ordered 3 items from them, but my order was damaged. I tried to contact the support team, but the phone was busy all the time. Also they didn’t reply to my emails. The worst services and no support. Not recommended company. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?

problems with delivery and money refund
I ordered dresser and bed for my son’s room from the website www.laylagrayce.com. I placed the order 2 months ago, but they still haven’t delivered it. I already called them several times, but these scammers only promised me to deliver my order on the next week and the same thing happened. I’m tired, and I really need my money back. It is the worst experience ever. These people are scammers and liars, who take money and provide nothing. Please post your comments about this company.

I ordered furniture for my child’s room from the website www.laylagrayce.com. But after I placed the order and paid for it, I realized that I choose incorrect size. I called to the customer services and explained the situation. The lady told me that she cancelled my order and money would be returned back within several days. I placed the correct order and after two days I found out that they didn’t return money back. Now they ignore me and don’t deliver my order. Please leave comments and share your views about this website. Thanks.

They are refusing to pay vendors. Buyer beware as vendor owns the product until paid and has the right to collect from the end consumer.
Many vendors are going back to customers and requesting the product back or full payment with penalties and interest.
The product ownership DOES NOT transfer until the vendors have been paid.
