I have been today exposed to a kind of disrespect and discrimination infront of my kids from a young un professional store manager named Yazmine in Lacoste las Vegas premium south outlet. The only thing I did was just asking about fitting room l. I double ask another lady from her team to get support with an item, she suddenly came and told her you don’t answer those people, then when I asked whats wrong, told me I will teach you a lesson and called the security of the mall. The security apologized for her bad attitude. We are arabs visiting USA as tourist and we are living in dubai. Kindly request a call for clarification. My email is [protected]@gmail.com

I made an order from Lacoste UK online for 3 items.
2 hoodies and 1 t shirt.
Lacoste messed the order up and sent 1 hoodie and 2 t shirts.
I returned the whole order but was only refunded for 1 hoodie.
For over a week now I have been calling Lacoste and every agent is as rude and ignorant as the last.
They refuse to refund me for the 2 wrong items they sent me claiming I only returned 1 item to them.
I have requested they check the weight of the parcel returned to them to prove I returned the whole order but they will not do this.
I request to be put through to a manager but they refuse.
I have been promised a managed will call me but they never do.
I have sent over 25 messages to there customer support department and they have not responded ce.
The phone agents will say they cant refund, only the warehouse can and a customer cant speak with the warehouse.
I require my refund from Lacoste and will report this on every social media platform I can find until they do.

We visited Lacoste showroom Dubai airport today. The staff with golden bob cut hai was very rude. There was one shot did not fit my husband. So he said it is not fitting on stomach. The staff sarcastically said no sir everything is fitting. No worries don’t buy.

Then I said the price is bit expensive here than india, as I recently purchased the bag in india with same brand and the cost is bit less. She said the quality would be different in india. I cannot assure u of the quality there. Then I said it is international brand, how can they manufacture good quality for Dubai and low quality for India. Then again rudely she replied, then u should buy in india. We left then.

We travel across the globe almost every year and never got any such behaviour from any staff who are in customer service.

Please look into this.

I tried paying 3 times for same item.

First - I cancelled myself. This is fine.

Second - I paid Rs. 2450, there is no mention of it in the order history so i am not able to provide the order number.

Third - I paid Rs. 2450, previously order payment was showing pending, now its confirmed and ready to ship. Order number [protected].

I am enclosing the screenshot of my ICICI bank account transaction sheet, where i have a proof that i paid twice.

Please return Rs. 2450 and keep my order intact and send the shipment.

In the last week of May this year(2022) I purchased an pair of Lacoste sneakers from platypus shoes in Canberra Australia in order to have some comfortable to wear on my upcoming cruise. I am insulin dependent diabetic and correct and comfortable footwear is essential due to high risk of infection and amputation. I ordered online a size 7 and recieved a size 5 I exchanged these, for another pair in store. I tried them on made sure they fit although one shoe felt a little smaller I checked the labels and they were same.I assumed my feet must just be slightly diff I packed for my holiday, I wore the sneakers for no more than half an hour when I noticed painn in my foot and was horrified to find that one shoe had cut me quiet badly, I had walked no more than 200 mts in these shoes, I am a long term insulin dependent diabetic the slightest cut to a diabetic foot can lead very quickly, and often does to amputation. I cleaned the foot was unable to wear any shoe again for the rest of the cruise, upon inspecting the shoe it was clear the stitching had left a hard seam and was dif to its mate, i then noticed one had a more round toe and was slightly higher, at first look these differences were not obvious and as all labelling was correct I had no reason until this time to suspect the shoes could be so mismatched. I retuned the shoes to place of purchase they checked and double checked make sure they weren’t two diff pair that had somehow been mismatched or put in wrong box, they noted the cut to my foot and obvious blood stain on shoe as well as the fact they had barely been worn, they were horrified and most apologetic claiming it was clearly a mana factoring flaw and they were adamant they would be writing to the company, and suggested I may wish to do the same. The store was platypus Canberra city 2602 they will have details as u had misplaced my copies of photos from then taken in store I was given a replacement pair the same after full check were made on them. I as time got on did not do this, however I am writing now as my foot had only just healed in sept and I have only now began to wear my new ones! Again I wore these although for a distance only a short time, I had blister protection bandaids as well as short socks on to protect my foot in case of problems again I have had the same issue and stitching cut my foot in the same place, after such trouble with healing before I am terrified what a second infection in my foot could mean for me! I bought these as I believed this was a reputable high end brand I would of had less problems and more comfort had I purchased a ten dollar pair of sandshoes from Kmart, I would not rcommend to anyone especially anyone with any foot problems I would ask that I be refunded for the shoes as well as an amount of compensation to cover the injury’s to my foot as well as embarrassment and discomfort of being in my first cruise unable to wear shoes! I have attached photos and receipts

I bought a pair of trainers about 5 weeks ago and have only worn them 3 times, the little red tag at the front of the trainer has marked the white, so they now look dirty, I don’t think this should happen and now the trainers look scruffy. I have taken a picture of this which I will attach.This should not happen to trainers that cost so much, it needs looking into asap.

Purchased polo tshirt from Lacoste store at Elante mall chandigarh on 07/06/2022. After single wash colour bled about which I complained on the phone number provided on the bill. Bill no is EMCCS22/921.

I want refund or exchange against the t shirt.

Hi, I purchased this dress at Lacoste store The Garden, Kuala Lumpur Malaysia early year 2022. Wore it 1st time during April 2022 and hand washed it as per instruction. But however, it had a hole after washing on the 1st time. Then I sent to tailor to sew the hole (u can referred to the 1st pic, tailor manage to sew back with thread only). So I wash it second time after collected back. The dress has another 2 more new hole this round. Hand washed with water only. I paid RM1k+ for this poor quality? This dress is very expensive but with such quality? This is totally unacceptable. How can the fabric quality so bad? I have many similar fabric clothing from different brand, I encountered this problem with Lacoste only. This is really bad for your brand. Selling it at so high price with such low and poor quality!

I purchased a pair of Lacoste sneakers at Mall of Africa in Johannesburg South Africa in December 2020, I do not have the exact dates or receipts for the purchase as I never anticipated any issues with them, I am actually very unpleasantly surprised by the poor quality of sneakers.

These shoes are just over a year old, however I have noted this problem early August last year.

Purchased shoes on lacoste official website on June 7 and till date June 30th hasn't received my parcel. Worst Canadian customer service to deal with and I hope management actually listens to clients calls. All I'm told we were not prepared for so many orders hence it's delayed and we can't do anything. No empathy by customer service! Never buying or recommending!

I am complaining about a lacoste product which is a sneaker that I have bought some time ago, and after the first wash, its colors overlapped and is no longer wearable, I am very disappointed and I am wondering how a company with a great name can make white shoes that cannot be washed even though I washed many white shoes and this did not happen.

I made a purchase of a dress on December 22, 2020. I was quite impressed to have received it on December 23, 2020. I did not fit, so I returned on December 23rd, shortly after the delivery. The dress was received by Lacoste on December 24th.

Here is where my experience becomes, poor, actually really poor.

I called Customer service 1-855-262-4999 on January 7th. I spoke to May. After about 30 minutes on the call with May, she did confirm that Lacoste had received the dress on December 24th and it can take up to 12 business days for a refund. And she confirmed that the credit would be issued at the latest on January 13th. On January 12th, the credit was still not showing, so I called Customer service 1-855-262-4999 at 1:30pm (EST) and spoke to Josuif (not sure I have the right spelling).

It hasn't been a smooth experience with Josuif. He put me on hold to speak with his manager. He came saying we spoke to Robert and Robert due to limited staff, asked for an additional delay of 2 days.

I explained to Josuif that I wanted a refund today, as promised by May the previous week as my billing with my credit card provider was closing on January 14th.
He clearly said that it was impossible as even if they issue the credit now, it will take 3 to 5 business days to apply.

I asked where I can do a formal complaint, he put me on hold and came back and said to call 212-750-6900 that is not even in service and not even a toll free number.

So I do get the credit by January 15th, this means that it will take 3 to business days to apply, so the expectation of 12 business days is deceiving.

This is really poor customer experience and your process really doesn't make it easy on customers to get a refund. I will let you review the call as I really think that the agent should be trained on empathy, customer experience, setting the right expectation and professionalism.

Bought my son a lacoste t-shirt on the 16 dec 2020 after one wash the logo has cracked and looks terrible.
I would like to stress my son has many lacoste items and this has never happened before to the logo
I have not washed the tshirt any differently to the way I have washed his other items of lacoste clothing so the fault is definitely not down to how the item was washed

I ordered online a couple of shirts last June 2020 from Lacoste Philippines. It is understandable that there was a delay in the delivery of the items, however, there were more issues after that. After receiving the items which arrived late, I have requested to process an exchange for the items. To summarize my issue, there were so many complications and no responses and no resolutions from them, that even until now, after 3 months, no refund or exchange has been made.

In 2019 I have treated myself with 2 pairs of lacoste sneakers worn for office and music gigs only. I can throw them in garbage now (july, 2020). On one pair, the color went pale it looks like I have spilled them with some acid (which I didn't) and on the second pair the glue got loose in the front. By far the worst pair of footwear. Ever. 10 euro for pair woold be too much. Never again!

To whom it may concern, I recently purchased a jacket and one of the teeth on the zip has broken and fallen off, rendering the zip unusable. I have been purchasing Lacoste for over twenty years and have never encountered issues like this. When I went back to the store I purchased the jacket from, they claimed that they were unable to exchange the jacket as it had exceeded their one month return policy. I find this unacceptable, please advise on how this can be fixed/resolved. Best regards Jason

I purchased online items on the 20th of december 2019. This items are supposedly gifts for my relatives. It never came! I received gifts from my Family and i gave none. I called several times and their customer service is really poor! False promises, washing their hands saying its not their fault that i should wait? Opened an investigation, and nothing happened. The only resolution is to wait and refuse the parcel if it arrives. No manager or other supervisor to speak to. No EMPATHY/APOLOGY at all! I wish somebody can review all my call. This is really frustrating and embarrassing! I chose to buy from la coste as i want to give something a little special to my family but ended up in embarrassment! On October 2019 I bought lacost shoes from Dubai mall 499 aed branch and it got grey Durt colour changed the next day cleaned just with white towel. I bout it to have a high quality shoes however after using this shoes I have no trust and I found the shoes Very poor quality. I want a refund and a solution to this purchase that shocked me!

Hi team,

I am compelled to write this letter after all the harassment I faced for past 6 months from your company.

I purchased lacoste shoes in february from south extension store, delhi.in march there was a defect found with the color of the shoe print which was timely informed to the store manager and therefore a return/exchange was requested for the same. The store manager thus promised a letter to be couriered to my place in 14 days for the return of the shoes., however the letter came after 1 month.

I have been chasing them since march to either return the shoes or send the replacement. Every time they have some or the other excuse.

So when the letter comes for exchange the store does not have the size available and when the size is available the coupon expires as it is valid only for a short duration.

The harassment does not end here as every time I have to call the store and explain the entire situation and then I hear all false promises made, that I will get my return in few days.

The icing on the cake came on 11th nov when I was told that the store has lost the letter of exchange and now wants me to write on mail that it got misplaced by me so that they can get new letter reissued.

As a customer, what I am running after? Such a mental torture you don't even face by the local community shop and I am dealing with a brand name. Seriously?

Tell me what options I have to get the shoes I requested in february? What kind of customer service is this where even after paying I still do not have the purchased product?

A very very dissatisfied customer!
