1st thing... should have been a sign, the workers were sitting outside (Madison, GA location). No one was in the restaurant, and no one was in the drive thru. I have not been to Krystal in over a year. Decided to give it a try again. 2nd thing was had a sign at drive thru "cards only". 3rd thing was, I had cash could not pay with cash and got charged a Non Cash Adjustment. Why am I being charged to use a card when I had cash. 4th thing I ordered 2 chick sandwiches. I think they had been cooked all day and they through them back in the grease to reheat. They tasted as if the grease was old and rancid. They were so dry and hard I could not even take a second bite. I work just as hard as any one and I do not want to throw my money away in a Krystal bag.

My name is Albert Wesley my complaint is on Victoria Harris and the restaurant manager on piono in Macon Georgia. Victoria Harris and the restaurant manager sits in the parking lot on there lunch break and smoke marijuana in Victoria Harris gray Honda Civic minivan everyday on their lunch break. I'm a loyal genuine customer that loves the company. But for Victoria Harris which is an employee and a restaurant manager to sit in the parking lot of your restaurant and smoke marijuana everyday on their lunch break is unprofessional and unacceptable. I'm thinking about reporting this issue to law enforcement today if this issue is not resolved by the firing of Victoria Harris and that our professional restaurant manager. I'm also prepared to go to the news and make an article in the newspaper about the manager and the employees smoking briefly in the parking lot on their lunch break

I stopped at the Krystal in Philadelphia Mississippi after work tonight around 8:30pm. When I get home to eat supper I see that all and I mean all my burgers are still raw and u cooker thoroughly. I live 45 mins from Krystal or I would be takin it back to get my money back. I have included my receipt for location and price of my meal. Thank you in helping me get this resolved.

they tasted and smelled like cleaner it took them 10 minutes just for them to be like that very disgusted and disappointed

On Tuesday September 26, 2023 I sent in a complaint regarding a Unpleasant

Experience I received from a Krystal Location in Morrow Georgia. Restaurant Code ATL031. To date, I have not received any feedback even though the email I received stated the following "Thank you for contacting us. We will get in touch with you shortly. Please allow up to 72 hours for a response.

I therefore, plan not to return to this location, even though it is in my neighborhood and will tell any and all who will listen to do the same.

It is 10:49 pm On [protected] and i went to the Krystals on Lexington rd in Athens ga. i ordered the number 4 with chili chesses fries and chesses Krystals and a fruit punch Icee. i got the Icee and a number 5 chicken Kyrstal's, i don't eat chicken. She had no right to change my order. i would like my money back and her to be removed from the store, better yet i wont order from there again. I placed the bag of food in the fridge to return it in the morning to a manager.

My husband placed two separate orders but only received one order and it was incorrect so he returned to the store to pick up the second order and to have the orders remade because they were cold. The employee argued that he had given both orders to him then proceeded to call my husband a liar we both have worked in the restaurant industry I was a manager for 15 years and understand how difficult it can be to work in a restaurant and usually would never complain I even tried calling the restaurant to let them know he was returning for the second order but they never answered I did leave a message. I would love a call from an area manager to resolve this issue please. Thank you

This morning I went to the drive thru on Germantown Parkway in Germantown TN. I ordered a pick 5, which were 4 Krystals w/cheese and a fry with a cup of water. Once I got to the window, the cashier received my payment. After 2 to 3 minutes she advised it will be another 2 minutes before receiving my order. Once I got my order and made it the the kids bus stop, I take a bite. It taste like pure salt! I tried calling the location 11 x's. No one answered. I then proceeded to ride 12 back to the location for a remake. I notified the cashier of the issue. She said they will remake my order with no salt. Well, of course when I took another bite, salt! I really would like my money back. I don't go to that area often and gas cost! This was a major inconvenience for me and I'm very disappointed because I love and have my mouth set for those Krystals.

the date was August 24th 2023.I went to your location and hueytown Alabama between 3:45 and 3:55 I was in a red Mazda CX-5 I came through the drive-thru I got your pick 5 I had a chili pup fries three cheese crystals no onions and Mayo I received a dark old looking fry the chili peppers decent the three cheese crystals had extra onions no mayo. I really feel like I was rushed the line was none so I don't feel like I should have gotten anything old that they wouldn't sell anyone and it's really frustrating that you have to travel that far to just get to Krystal's and then to get some unsatisfactory food
