I purchase "Weight Watchers" and "Smart Ones" quite often. This is the 2nd time I have to compliment the photographer. I purchased the "Ham And Cheese Scramble". After laughing my head off when I opened the carton, I realized the actual product looked nothing like the picture on the box. Enclosed is a picture of the cooked meal and a picture of the carton. The actual meal barely had 1/2 of an egg and a TON OF DICED HAM ! (SEE PICTURE). It looks NOTHING like the picture on the box. I actually had the same complaint with the "Chicken Enchalada Sousa" I recently purchased. Look at the size of the enchalada on the box and look at the actual meal (I even put a fork next to it so you could see how ridiculous it is)! C'mon guys ! You can do better than this !

You guys are crooks. I've noticed how you've changed your bottles sizes from 475mL to smaller 425Ml for salad dressing, yet the prices remain the same or even more expensive, thus reducing the product size yet making more money. This just shows how your company cares more about money than the consumer. Not very Candian like. I know you'll just say the grocers pick the prices, but you also have a say in how much you sell to them. I will no longer be buying your products and will be informing others about this change so even more people will boycott your products until change has been made.

I bought a case of Kraft Dinner (12 boxes) from Country Grocer in Victoria BC. I cooked a box last night and was shocked. I added the cheese flavour pack as directed, however, there was absolutely no flavour to it at all. It was like eating plain cooked pasta. The packet looked like it always has, orange cheesy colour, but once mixed with pasta it was very plain looking (no cheesy colour like in the past) and there was no flavour to it at all. My grandkids wouldn't even eat it. I don't know if you've changed your product or if I just got a bad batch. On the case : KD D2 22:12 Expiry 2024 July 27, #[protected]

I know normally these are around 2.49 per box but got the case on sale for 10.99. Very dissappointed with this product. Can I return it? What can I do?

Had to throw away 5, 30 ounce jars of Kraft Mayonaise. When removing the seal I noticed discoloration and what looked like spoiled mayonaise. All had a sale by date of April 16th. I purchased all of them at Sam's Club in Hanover, PA. The most recent purchase was 4 jars on November 13, 2023. They are sold two together at $7.48 for both. I would like a refund for 5 jars, which would equal $18.70. I have pictures of the sale by date of 3 of the jars, the other 2 were thrown away. I took 2 pictures of the discoloration/spoilage. I did not take a picture of the 3rd jar spoilage because it looked the same and I was getting nausous at the sight of the spoilage, and at the thought that we possibly had used the 6th jar without noticing the spoilage. I don't have pictures of the other 2 jars because thought when I opened them it was an isolated incident that perhaps one of the sets I purchased had a bad seal.

I have purchased the Oscar Mayer Fully Cooked (Maga Pack) for years. I am very disappointed in how the quality of this product has gone downhill! The bacon is getting thinner, miss-shaped and clumped together by the excess grease. The last box I purchased was the worst! Not only was the bacon extremely narrow, it broke apart and it had so much fat on it that I couldn’t peel slices from the clumped together pile of fat grease that really made it difficult to separate. I know when I’ve purchased this bacon in the past, the Mega Packs were cut even and consistent. Have you changed your process? Why so much grease?

For now, I will not spend my money on this product until you improve the quality. I hope you can do that. This product WAS very good, but I will be buying another brand of microwave bacon until you improve yours.

This side dish did not cook up well. The instructions called to “leave film on” the container when cooking at 425* for 30 minutes. I followed their directions but the film shrank up no longer covering the dish. The result was crunchy dried out pasta with burnt cheeses. Hardly the gooey and stringy cheese they represented on the packaging. I tried to rescue the dish by stirring in some milk but it was too late.

To top it off, and adding insult to injury, the KraftHeinz website did not have an obvious consumer complaint vehicle to report their defective packaging.

I purchased a jar of Kraft Mayonnaise and when I ripped the seal off of it, the Mayo at top of the jar was dark yellow and brown. I was not going to serve that.

The expiration date was April 2024 so my expectation was for it to still be good. Since I opened it in February 2024.

It was purchased at the Pick ‘n Save in Sheboygan, WI on November 11, 2023

My son ate a string cheese and became severely ill, throwing up and with severe stomach cramps. After narrowing down what he ate, I inspected the package closer, and I realized that the string cheese has a purple substance inside every stick. To Whom It May Concern,

We purchased a five pack Mac & Cheese--UPC#[protected] the first week in January 2024 at our local Walmart. Purchase price of $4.98 (I think-we no longer have the receipt). Each box had a UPC# of [protected]. Today we used two boxes and there was no taste to it at all. Imagine our surprise when we ate it. I am assuming there is an issue with the flavor packet and the remaining three boxes will be tasteless as well. Normally I would just be writing to let you know there is an issue with the flavor packet. However, with the rising cost of food, I would like the product replaced.

We have purchased and eaten our pork with Kraft Shake 'n Bake for umteen years. In our last 2 purchases of this product, we found that there are no bags included in the package. Today I used a freezer bag to shake the chops but it did not work as well as the bags that used to come in the package. Note that not everyone has "shaker bags" available, and this is not an item that can be purchased separately! Your preparation instructions clearly indicate to "SHAKE pork, 1 piece at a time in shaker bag". Please put the bags back in the package!

I am a big fan of TGIFriday Buffalo wings and purchase them often (every week!) However, after 2 incidents that I did not report and chalked up as just a fluke, I cannot let it go now that it has happened a third time.

I purchase my wings from Meijer store and put them directly into the freezer, after a 10-minute drive home. When I opened the box, I found what looked to be mold on the pieces (see pictures). I cannot imagine what else this could be.

Now, I am hesitant to buy any more. They are not cheap, and I cannot afford to keep throwing them out. I have attached pictures.

I would like to know if this is something else, even though I could never eat anything that looked like this (mold) even if there is a logical explanation.

I purchased a jar of Miracle Whip Lite in November, opened it December 4 and found it smelled and tasted strongly of paint. I called the Kraft toll free number on Dec 6 gave the exp date, batch number and other info and the representative sent a coupon.. in the meantime I purchased another jar on Dec 12, then after the coupon arrived used it to get another jar. Both jars have the same exp date, Apr 26 2024, and the same batch number… I opened one last night, then opened the other and BOTH smell and taste strongly of paint… all jars were purchased from the same ShopRite store #500 in NJ. Either Kraft have a problem with their production or ShopRite is storing them in such a way to make them go off… I’ve been eating this product since a child, and this is the first time anything like this has happened…

I'm 80 yrs old. Been using miracle whip for almost that long. But this product is now very bitter. Tastes like vinegar. My grandson loves deviled eggs but he wouldn't eat them. I had to throw out a dz eggs. I'd this is your new recipe, it's terrible. My husband used it as a sandwich every since he was small boy, he won't anymore. Says it tastes to bitter, vinegar taste

I purchased two bottles of ketchup made by Heinz and my daughter noticed when she started eating it with her chicken nuggets that maggots was on her plate swimming in the ketchup . They don’t expire until months later . We quickly disposed of them . My daughter was throwing up for 2 hours straight. This experience has really affected my daughter who is 12 years old in the most negative ways I can think possible. No child should ever think every condiment has maggots from experience. My child has really really bad PTSD behind this.

I love this product. But the last 2 times I purchased it there were no bags to Shake. I live in Canada, and finding a plastic bag to Shake before I bake is nearly impossible. What's up? Have you discontinued providing bags?

If so, I will have to discontinue buying this product.

I would like replacement of these boxes. And, the chicken I purchased that I had to figure out something else to do with. I am not a chef by any means, and having something as delicious and simple as Shake 'n Bake helps me out a lot.

I bought a 30oz jar of mayo last month that tasted stale even though it was in date. Bought another dated for Feb 2024 which was also stale. The store would only trade for the same item which was also stale Dated for Apr. 2024. This is getting expensive. Besides the cost of the mayo, we live 11 miles away from the store. Gas isn't cheap either. I will not buy kraft mayo again.

I purchased the above product at Walmart on 10/8/2023. Best used 18 March 2024 08:16 CPO3. Product was inedible and appear to have spoiled or rancid oils. I have been a fan of Miracle Whip . Subsequently I purchased an additional jar of the same product at Woodman's Food in Kenosha today 8/25/2023. Best used by 18March 2024 08:20 CPO3. While not quite as bad as earlier purchase it is still distasteful and not up to the standards that I have come to expect from your products. Undoubtedly there was a bad production run of this product. I am quite sure there have been other complaints. Before a review this product on social media I thought that it was only fair to let you know that there is a problem . I would appreciate a response as to your plan of action.

I have been using your product for years. The past several times there have been no bags. I just purchased again this week, 2 boxes. I had a lot of pork chops to shake and no bags. If this is how you sell your product then you should change the name since there are no bags to shake. It is not shake n bake, it's just bake. I will no longer be purchasing your product because of this, I will just use breadcrumbs, it's easier and cheaper.
