I was promised 0% interest rate for 18 months. I took the treatment on Jan 2023. I have been following up so many times on asking for the interest rate being charged, it's 15 months now. I have been paying interest for 70,000 inr around 12000 inr. The branch manager keeps telling back end team is checking but no proper response. Most of the time he doesn't pick up the call. Please help me get back the interest that I am paying to the bank.

I want to cancel my Emi, that's fraud company I didn't start my treatment yet but now they told cancellation is not possible, 320000 they take EMI from #fibe company, I just want to cancel my treatment and emi, after I go to cancel my treatment there rudely behaving, I called there website number she is shouting, kindly do the needful, I want my money back

I entered into an agreement with the clinic with the expectation of achieving weight loss results as promised, but I have encountered several issues that have left me deeply dissatisfied and concerned about the quality of service provided.

I enrolled in the program based on the commitment they made to help me lose weight and achieve specific results. Regrettably, I have not witnessed the anticipated progress despite adhering to the guidelines provided. Furthermore, I was shocked to learn that thr response to this issue is to impose a strict diet regimen. This is both unacceptable and contradictory to the promises made initially. The sudden insistence on a strict diet plan raises concerns about the authenticity of your clinic's approach and the lack of personalized consideration for my health and well-being. duet to strict diet that too my own plan I lost 2kg. I paid money for the service which is a useless one. Nobody is ready to explain or gve a brief why there is no loss or able to maintain my weight. Because of improper service I want my money back. I have all the evidences to prove my point. Apart from this they way they are talking and disconnecting, blocking my number is intolerable

I believe the Treatment which is provided to the clients. should be treated from the root cause. i strongly state thing are not in the right path, and the treatment as well, as in which i'am the victim of the Your own company. where there is 0% improvement. and the responder from the company states we cannot help you if the treatment,changes are not seen.

Iam vikram from Hyderabad, Telangana. I have came for kolors health care for slimming/Beauty on the day of 18/07/2023 , DILSUKHNAGAR BRANCH.

I have decided to take treatment and I have paid of 15000/- rs but my treatment price was 1,50,000/- so I thought of go with a loan but loan was not approved, so as of now I can't effort this amount .

So I want refund that what I have paid of 15000/- to kolours.

I am writing to express my concern about a recent experience I had with your company. On June 7th, 2023, I visited Kolors and joined your program. I was told that the final price would be 30,000/-, but I asked for a concession. I was then informed that if I paid via the Shopse app, I would receive a discount of 3,500/- and the remaining amount of 26,500/- would be paid through a No Cost EMI. I was also told that this discount would only be received after 3 months.

I agreed to take this loan and asked for proof of this offer. Your representative asked for my mobile phone and instructed me to download the Shopse app and validate the OTP. They then told me that the shown amount would be refunded to me after 3 months.

However, when I returned home, I started investigating and called Shopse to inquire about this offer. They informed me that they do not have any such offers. Now, I am left wondering who will be responsible for this. I should receive this discount in any case.

Additionally, while discussing the process, I was told that I would be on an inch loss program but was not given any information about what the process would entail. On the first day, I discovered that the process involved manual massage. If this is the case, what is the difference between the 7,999/- offer and the one that I was targeted for? In my scenario, the price started at 95,000/- and was reduced to 30,000/-. Does the manual process really warrant such a high price? I was not comfortable with the manual process as it does not seem to be worth that much money.

I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and provide me with an explanation.

I have started taking weight loss treatment in kolors from August. When I went to join they didn't even gave me time for research and forced me to pay the amount even by taking credit card loan (not sure if they were scared if I do any research). They didn't even provided any trial session prior to the payment as they claimed in their policies.

Initially I took 4 sessions and later I got problems in my menses. There was severe stomach pain and headache for more than a month and I was completely in bed rest for more than one month. When I went to the Kolors branch they told that it is because of my personal problem and not because of their treatment. So I didn't took the treatment for the next month totally and my menses of on time and healthy as it was before.

Now when I am approaching them that the treatment is not suitable for me and I need refund for the same they are not agreeing.

I will take action against the team if the refund is not provided.

I joined colours in the month of November last year for weight loss and the treatment given was not good as the massage therapist massaged on the stomach extremely hard which lead to one severe pain in the abdomen and I had to consult the doctor. I raised a complaint but it repeated 3 times. Then I got a better therapist who was ok at my joining branch Indiranagar. But unfortunately due to some technical issues the Indiranagar branch got shut down n I waited for almost 5 months n they dint open but instead asking me to come to kundalahalli branch which is far for me and also due to personal family reasons I can't go to kundalahalli. Hence I demand for a refund of my remaining 25 sittings as I have gone only for 5 sittings. If I don't hear from u I will be forced to take legal action

They charged 2.9L for weightloss and beauty treatments but all those are useless. I'm unable to pay EMI's . I want my money as refund

I'm yaswitha from bhimavaram I paid 30k to kolors in bhimavaram branch they promised me to reduce 15kgs and assigned me 25 treatments but i'm a bank employee I don't have time to go to take treatment so I took only 9 treatments out of 25 and no result, now I don't want to continue to take treatment so please help me to get refund
