Kogan Australia I am complaining about the product and the service

I am absolutely furious.I have been trying to get someone to reply to me for 3 weeks now.I bought a laptop,and when I opened up the package,the charging adapter is missing.The customer service from Kogan is abhorrent,i have got the ACCC involved,as well as the ombudsman.I am hoping that I get a reply from you guys,it’s beyond a joke.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Kogan Australia no response from customer care

I order a TV in December which arrived on 16 Jan with a broken screen. As instructed I immediately contacted customer care submitting photos and description, I have since sent another three requests for assistance and have had no response to date.

Order number FX8ZWUXL.

My order history is no longer showing on my account.

I am very annoyed with you withdrawing $10.99 out of my credit card on 18/12/23 from credit card ending in 3954.

I demand a refund and please remove my credit card from your system.

Kogan Australia Membership

I recently purchased something from Kogan and did not realise I had entered a membership.

I have purchased from Kogan previously so assumed the terms of purchase were the same.

I have just been charged $99 membership fee.

After my purchase I received several advertising emails from Kogan so did not see the email regarding the free 14 day trial ending.

This is clearly a deceitful way of charging unsuspecting people

Kogan Australia There has been a huge mistake in online purchase of appliances and needs to be adjusted asap before delivery please.

On Jan 3 I ordered some products. I later received an email saying that one item (kitchen Chef )was sold out. So I filled out another order for a couple of other items.

I have now been billed for two transactions.

#HRAXMAKP did not go through the normal way and is not correct.

#W6A7CKNJ the later transaction is correct and went through smoothly.

Claimed loss: Please deliver the items on #W6A7CKNJ only.If the Kitchen Chef on #HRAXMAKP is still available, please include it in my transaction.

Desired outcome: Please send me an edited confirmation email to show that my request has been taken care of.Please note that I am an 80 year old invalid and need to have a stress free outcome to this request ASAP. Thank you.

On 22/12/23 you charged me $99 through my Pay Pal A/C TransactionID 5Y725743OE925633K for being on your memberhip I never authorized that transaction and I demand reimbursiment of the money to my Pay Pal A/C asap Please I donot wish to be a member when I need something I will buy it I purchased a bottle of Jagermeister and may be by mistake I overed with the compiuter mouse over something that you you wanted to trap me in

Kogan Australia Subscription

Hi, My name is Raymond, on the 10th of Dec I ordered a $61.00 water dispenser through Kogan. At the time I noticed free shipping and proceeded to checkout where the option to redirect to Paypal was available. The next thing I remember was being unsure whether.my order was even succesful and I almost unintentionally ordered twice. On the 25th of Dec I checked my credit card statement and noticed a $99 charge to Kogan I have tried to contact them through online chat which redirects to email. It has been days now with no correspondence from them. I can't believe a large company like Kogan can intentionally extort large sums of money without accountability.

Kogan Australia Kogan 65" smart TV.

TV was very slow from the start then would lose voice/picture synchronization.

TV turns itself of without warning, sometimes screen goes black won't respond. Have to unplug wait awhile before turning back on.

Kogan said to download new firmware which we did, to no avail.

Requested a return for full refund because this is hands down the worst TV I've ever owned, but Kogan wants the TV to go to a technician and issues a barcode for this however since then they have not replied to any email requesting the courier collect it. So now we have a useless TV in a box cluttering up our lounge room.

Kogan is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with in 64 years, shocking lack of customer service and no phone number to actually talk to a human about this issue..

Dept of Consumer Affairs now going to be contacted along with A Current Affair.

Absolutely disgraceful company. Steer clear of this shonky company.

Kogan Australia split system air conditioner

Iput in an order for a split system air conditioner 4th November, paid for on 6th November, I was that the package will arrive shortly and that an electrician has been contacted and will be Intouch to make a date for fitting, since then I have been in the dark as to when my product will arrive, I have tried, Invaine, no one has made contact. I have been a loyal customer for a few years, and purchased numerous products, I have kept all items in my folder with all moneys paid and with any receipts, I am hoping that I will not have to take this any further, iI have payed $ 1.512. which is a very large for an 86 year old pensioner, I remain yours truthfully, Michael Brady

Kogan Australia Kogan First

I cancelled my Kogan First account months and months ago, but my wife has just had the annual fee of $99 taken out of her account. I have logged into my account and the status is not active.

I have discovered since googling that I'm not alone in this.

Their customer service is non existent.

I would like my money back and like to know hos we were charged if our account has been cancelled

Kogan Australia Tec gear - no contact with supplier and product not dispatched.

Spry drone purchased the 22/11/23, expected shipping 3 days after purchase. I needed to amend shipping address and notified Kogan who notified Tec gear but not response. Continued to try and contact Kogan about shipment but no answer to emails and no response from supplier.

4/12/23 no response from Kogan or supplier regarding shipment or amendment to delivery address.

Claimed loss: $1500

Desired outcome: I would appreciate a response to emails with expected delivery times and shipping address. Please refund if product is not available.

I bought a leaf blower from kogan.com, and they did not generate an invoice, or shipping details for more than 2 days. I cancelled my order. Then after 2 days of cancelling my order, they shipped it and did not refund my money. I did not open the goods and shipped it back, paying the return charges from my pocket $18. I still did not get my refund. I provided the tracking id of returned item as well. Then out of nowhere they charged me $99 on my credit for some Kogan First membership that I never opted for. Kogan doesn't have a contact phone number and I'm continuously sending them emails and they are not refunding my money. I had to cancel my credit card to stop them for charging it more. The website keeps sending my in loops and I'm unable to cancel the subscription to kogan first. screenshots attached.

Kogan Australia Charged Subscription fee without signing up

Hello,

I’m writing on behalf of my 16 year old daughter, today 21 November 2023 she was charged $99.00 subscription fee which is pending in her account.

The most upsetting part is that she had not signed up for Kogan. We would like a refund please and an explanation why her account was debited.

I am unable to contact your office by phone to discuss this matter without signing up myself which I don’t not wish too. Kogan makes it very difficult for non-customers to contact them.

Could a team member please contact me to discuss this matter further.

Kogan Australia My Ride on Toy for Toddlers

I have not got it in New Zealand purchased it from Kogan New Zealand via Afterpay. Nothing but unnecessary service as it won't assist. I been calling AU Post NZ Post to be told the e-tracking number is not validated in New Zealand

[protected] its not a NZ one or has even AU. Been making toll calls to track, trace, and find delivery. When we tried to put down a change of address for a redirection NZ said to contact you.

Claimed loss: Dignity has been lost as it was for my grandsons 3rd birthday and trust was a gift he was looking forward too.

Kogan Australia Kogan First Membership

I purchased a small item costing $33 from Kogan on 18/10/2023. On 02/11/2023 I was charged $99 via my PayPal for the Kogan First membership. I did not sign up or approve the charge or the membership at any time. Kogan obviously is slyly slipping in the charge unbeknown to buyers. According to Kogan policies even if you cancel your yearly subscription you are not entitled to any refund. I cancelled mine via my PayPal account on the same day I was charged. I contacted Kogan via their customer service link on 2/11/2023 to complain and request a refund, with no reply of course. I will not be shopping with Kogan ever in the future.

I have reported the issue and the company to the ACCC.

Desired outcome: Request a refund and Kogan to be held accountable for misleading their consumers and basically stealing from us

Kogan Australia Costway Spa

I purchased this product from Kogan a month ago, and the pump/motor has never worked. I have sent numerous emails but nothing has been done to rectify replacing the pump. I am wanting my money back or the pump replaced. I have sent photos which were requested last week but still heard nothing. Can someone please respond as I am very frustrated that the service is so bad that someone cannot pick up a phone and call to explain what is being done about the money I seem to have wasted.

Desired outcome: I WANT THE PUMP/MOTOR REPLACED AS I HAVENT EVEN USED THE HOT TUB

Kogan Australia Kogan first

I was automatically joined up to kogan first after a free trial and 2 payments of $99 have been taken out in the last two months and I’m getting nowhere with the help centre. I have emailed kogan.com with no response. They don’t have a call centre and this deception and taking money out of people’s accounts is theft and is the reason why they don’t have a call centre.

If you are in Australia, lodge your complaint with the ACCC. The more people complain the more likely they will look into their deceptive tactics and something will be done.

You'll need Kogans ABN [protected] to make the report.

Kogan Australia Charged $99 on my Credit Card without my authority

On 15 October, I was charged $99 for a Kogan First Membership despite the fact that I have not used Kogan nor had any dealings whatsoever for well over 15 months. To my knowledge, I have never agreed to a paid Kogan membership and I demand that the $99 charged to me is refunded because I view this as little more than theft.

If you have any detail that contradicts my belief that this charge was not made with my authority, please send me the information.

Otherwise, I expect to have the monies immediately refunded to my account.

Desired outcome: I expect to have the monies immediately refunded to my account and any of my information held at Kogan to be deleted, including my credit card details.
