Killermotorsports sent me an atv that will not start and run. I've been calling them for 4 months now without any resolution. I tried to get resolution from the owner and he's never there, it got worse now, they never reply my email or phone anymore. Everytime I called, I was put on hold ridiculously until I was forced to hang up. What ever you do stay away from killermotorsports.com, these thieves will steal your money in exchange for a non-working atv.

@Killer motorsports sucks Will that do any good? I purchased a Vitacci Falcon in April and was told it would ship in about 10 days. Still has not shipped. I have emailed and called dozens of times but noone will reply. I spoke with "Amy" through email finally, and she said she would get ahold of the warehouse and see what the hold up was and get back to me the nest day. That was 3 weeks ago. Just want to know WTF is going on.

I read this and was shocked - going though the same process now, for the 2nd time actually. I ordered a bike months ago and was finally told it was out of stock. Now I ordered again and cant get shipping status. "Amy" is the same name I am dealing with. Why can't a customer just get status of an order placed?

Will that do any good? I purchased a Vitacci Falcon in April and was told it would ship in about 10 days. Still has not shipped. I have emailed and called dozens of times but noone will reply. I bought a motorcycle from these guys was told it would be delivered on Friday by 5:00 PM still have not received the bike it is now Sunday. They used a cut rate freight company to ship it. The bike set in Las Vegus for two days. Now the freight company wants to deliver it on Tuesday no can do I'm TDY Monday. Called KMS Thursday no answer. Called Friday no answer. Sent emails no reply. Put a stop payment on the credit card and got a call from KMS emagine that? They want my money but they don't want to do anything for it. What world are they living in? There customer service stinks! I'll never buy from them again. They are not honest and they do Not answer the phone unless they think you are buying.

I bought a tao tao 125d in 2011 and my kids rode it 5 times. Every bolt came loose and fell off or slipped like the drive sprocket chain. Great price though $500 delivered at a cost of $100 per ride. The exhaust manifold bolts fell off, the stator cap (plastic) fell off, the rubber gasket inside the thumb throttle broke and caused the vehicle to wind out full throttle. The master cylinder needs replacing, the rear brake caliper is not operable and the brake pads fell off.

I ordered a atv from killer motor sports.com. The add said "assembled floor model" I used paypal and made full payment. Two days after that I received a call saying there was a inventory mix-up and I would not get a assembled atv or I could pay for assembly. I noticed that the add is still on their site. I would call that (bate and switch) or a lost leader. I asked if they could help me with the cost of assembly since I purchased it in good faith and they took my money. They said there was nothing they could do.

I find it hard to believe this company is as bad as people are making them out to be. I bought a Apollo Orion 250cc dirt bike and I absolutely love it. It came in a crate just as described and it runs flawlessly. In my opinion it is the coolest thing I've bought in a long time and I believe I will be riding this bike for years to come. Thank KMS you guys are awesome don't let the haters bring you down!

I have bought a total of four scooters and one go kart from Killermotorsports and have had nothing but the greatest success and luck with them, never have they not answered my calls or emails. I'm one of the 99.99% happy customers.

I ordered a scooter AFTER Nathan Carlson took over and my experience was (and is) the worst I could imagine. We now have a scooter with missing parts that will most likely break down soon. No one at this company cares at all. Filed all the necessary forms they ask for and send them everything they wanted. I even took pictures of missing parts (how do you photograph a missing manual?) and all that. No one cares. We spend a lot of money on a piece of junk.
Not to mention their sales tax deception. They make it sound on their website as if they took care of all necessary taxes ("no sales tax for non-Texas customers", "no hidden fees" and similar) but all they do is let the DMV collect it.
Worst experience ever!

Ya know I was thinking of buying a UTV from killer motorsports, but I'm glad that I read the reviews first. And I really feel sorry for all those folks that had these experiences. The last time i looked this was AMERICA, and it's a shame that a dealership would treat consumer's this way. I read the rebutal by the dealership acting as if its everbody else's fault for whats happening to them, BUT you can't have that many people being upset, and the dealership acting as if they've done nothing wrong.
I will BELIEVE the consumer before I will Killer motor sports. You can't have that many complaints and think nothing is wrong !
I sincerely hope they GO OUT OF BUSINESS, for treating people the way they are.

Keep spreading the word about this company... Their already living up to their name KILLER CONSUMER SPORTS !

They love ripping people off. They sell junk. All the bad reviews about killermotorsports are true. They ripped me off big time. They don't honor nothing at all. So just spend the extra money and buy a name brand. Don't give these crooks your money. Please tell every one you know about these crooked people.

I bought the coolster 125 from them and had no problems what so ever, after a year of hard riding it, the kick starter lever broke off. I ordered what I thought was the correct one off of their website and when it arrived it was wrong due to it being my fault, I called them directly and told them it was my mistake- they not only got me the correct lever within 2 days but the one I purchased originally was less then the correct one and they didn't charge me difference in price. I see a lot of complaints here and you have to realize these bikes are sent to you disassembles and have to be put together by the customer. I can see a lot of these people have never assembled a bike before and of course problems happen due to that inexperience. for a fee they will assemble it for you. you cant blame a company for sending you a bike that needs assembling and if the customer cant put it together correctly- and as for calling them directly again I had no problems ordering the bike and parts. I don't work for the company but I do work for an automotive manufacturer and I see inexperienced customers who work on their own cars all the time and they mess up what ever part of the car they are working on and they have the balls to blame the manufacturer when in reality they were the ones who messed up the vehicle themselves- its like Hollywood, never blame themselves for the problems because its everyone else's fault

dear chance...ive called. brandi sent me to to a voice mail...left several messages and no one has returned my calls. utv missing parts and wont start...so...i agree with the bad reviews. ive lived it and you are full of crap!

I purchased a 2013 Odes UTV online from Killer Motorsports on December 17 2012. The web site said that the UTV would be shipped within 5 days and shipping would be free. On January 2nd I received a e-mail from Killer Motorsports that my UTV would be ready to ship on January 3rd. On January 7th I sent another e-mail asking if they had shipped my UTV yet. No response from Killer Motorsports. On January 10th I received a phone call form a shipping company saying that they had my UTV and it was on its way. The shipping company told me that there was a $525.00 dollar shipping charge. I called Killer Motorsport and sent them a e-mail to discuss this with them since I was told and my invoice said free shipping. Ii never heard anything back from Killer Motorsports. I went ahead and paid the shipping and sent Killer Motorsports a e-mail with a copy of the shipping charge. I also asked them to please call my or e-mail me because I had some questions I wanted to ask and I wanted some answers to my questions on the shipping and free gloves they said came with my purchase. One of the questions I wanted answered was I paid for a upgraded clutch and belt for the drive system and how do I know that it was installed. It was a extra cost to have this done. These UTVs come with a 2 month warranty free of charge but if you look up Odes UTV you will see they say they have a 2 year warranty, so Killer Motorsports was charging you extra if you wanted the 2 year warranty.

Well we got the UTV and we went through it to make sure it was all put together and safe to ride. We rode it around the next day and we found a bunch of bolts coming loose and falling off. The shifter came completely loose and we had to take it apart to fix it. Then we rode it around a little more and the UTV keeps shutting down. You start it and it runs for a little while until the temp gets up and then it shuts off. Wait a few minutes and it will start up and go about 10 feet and shut down again. I have sent e-mails and lots of phone calls to Killer Motorsports and to this day I haven't heard a word back from them.

I looked up to see if there were any dealers around me that I could call and talk to about these problems I was having. I finally found one that was close enough to me that I could talk to and take my UTV to them to see if they could help me out with my problems. They were out of my state so We had to deliver the UTV to them. After talking with the Dealer, whom was very helpful this is what they had to say about Killer Motorsports.

In light of the issue that Odes has had, we have actually opted to stop getting them in. We are able to work on them, but the support you have gotten from Killer is the exact same support we were getting at the dealer level, making it impossible to get reimbursed for the work we perform, thus we would not be able to repair it under warranty.

A few other small things including setting the valves as they are NEVER set correctly from the factory on these.

I have taken my UTV to this dealer to see if they can help me make it run so I can use it. I have know ideal what this is going to cost me so I will post more when i find out.

If I was anyone looking to buy anything from Killer Motorsports I would run away as fast as I could. I think this is fraud and they are ripping there customers off big time. They Lie and don't return e-mails or phone calls. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

OMG this place is deplorable! I ordered an ATV for Christmas 2012, the order was placed over the phone in early November, had to purchase a different ATV right off the bat because the one I found on their website wasn't in stock anymore (even though it was still showing up as in stock). I was told that it came with free gloves and a bag. I purchased it on a Friday and was told to call back on Monday or Tuesday to receive my shipping conformation number, called them that Tuesday and got NO ANSWER! Left several messages and wrote an email and got NO reply! I decided to give them acouple extra days and called back that Thursday. After calling multiple times again and getting hung up on when I actually got someone, I finally got a call from our sales guy who then informed me that the one I ordered was on back order so the order needed to be changed. He talked us into a "better" one for the same price and said it should be shipping out within a few days. I expressed my concern over the order change and was assured that this one would be here on time. After a day or two of no email for shipping I decided to call back and check on it, again numerous calls, messages, and hang ups later I got to speak to the sales guy who informed me that the only color he had was purple which I told him would not do because the atv was for a boy and again my model was changed. Several days later still no shipping confirmation so I was back on the phone calling ALL day after getting voice mail a hundred times and no call backs I finally got in touch with the shipping department who then informed me that my order was on back order! WTH?! She said they were still waiting for a shipment from California and when it got there they would ship it to me. It's now less than two weeks before Christmas so I was really getting nervous. She told me they would be at their warehouse by Friday and that it would ship to me on or before Monday which would only give it about 5 or 6 days to get here before Christmas I then decided to get in touch with my sales guy again and find out how this happened, again same story unanswered calls and voice mails. I guess it was the next day when I finally got in touch with him and he informs me he had NO idea all this was going on and that he just found out about some guy coming in and buying up all the models I ordered and blah blah blah. At this point I'm livid because he basically just told me that the ATV I already paid for weeks ago was just given away to somebody else! He guaranteed that the ones coming in from Cali would be here for Christmas after hanging up he then calls me back about 10 minutes later to change my order AGAIN because he wanted to be certain I would get it before Christmas, at this point I have no clue what I'm getting or if I'm getting anything because I've heard this story before. He asked me to call him the next day to get my shipping number which I did that morning and after calling back to back all morning i got through to him and was told to call back and he would have it by the end of the day. I called repeatedly, no answer, finally somebody else picked up and after informing me that it was after hours and he wasn't suppose to be answering the phone he told me he could find no record of my shipment, I then informed him that I was about to lose my [censored] and to inform my sales guy that his @$$ was mine. 30 minutes later my sales guy emails me my shipping confirmation. I received the ATV the Friday before Christmas. It's now January 18, 2013 and I have called and emailed so many times I've lost count and I still haven't received my free gloves and bag. I just called yesterday and actually got ahold of him and when I asked him about them I got "disconnected" and couldn't get anyone after that. TO THE GUY WHO IS SAYING THAT THEY ALWAYS RETURN MESSAGES AND CALLS, I CALL B.S. THAT IS AN OUT RIGHT LIE AND I WILL NEVER EVER EVER HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS PLACE AGAIN AND NEITHER WILL ANYBODY I KNOW!

This company is HORRIBLE. I will never recommend them to anyone. A year ago we purchased a four wheeler for my sons birthday. Above it was said that they do return calls and do their best to help. That right there is completely false. I called at least 30 times. I left 1-2 messages daily and the rest I would just call with either no one answering or they would say they would get back to me and never did. The shipping time is horrible. It took two weeks just to get the thing shipped and they told me five different times different dates it was being shipped. One thing that was not the companies fault was that the shipping company they picked refused to deliver to the address (no reason because we have had many things delivered there before). We had to find a truck quickly and go pick it up 10 miles from the address. We finally get it and it is the wrong color, and the helmet that was ordered was not there. I yet again try to call and no answer I finally reach someone about the helmet and the color. At this point we were going to deal with the color because my sons birthday was so close and I was going to paint it myself but I did advise them of the incorrect item being shipped and the woman said the helmet was shipped but it ships out in a different shipment from the four wheeler. Okay I wait four more days and attempt to call again, finally after numerous calls I reach a male who admits it was never shipped and the woman who handles that was not doing it properly and not processing the helmets with the orders. He was actual a nice man and did have it expedited because it was never shipped and my sons birthday was 2 days away. We finally got the helmet and the four wheeler did not work. The four wheeler still does not work. We have put a lot of money into the thing and we are now having yet again another person fix it. The wiring is all wrong.
So overall my summary of this company...they do not call back, they are very hard to reach, they tell you false information, and the item is a waste of money.

I wish we had read this before we order 2 utv from this company. We ordered Nov. 28 and only received one. Called the place and "oops we over looked this we will ship it out today (Dec.12) and we will send you a tracking number tomorrow." I called back on Dec. 14 and was told that they would be shipping it that night and would call back with a shipping number. Still nothing. I called again Dec 19, was put on hold three times each time was disconnected since I was on hold for so long. Was sent to a voice mail, left a message that if it is not shipped out they we would like our money back. By the fourth call some one answered from sell and gave me a tracking number from Road Runner Transportation, was told that it was out of their hand that they could not give back refund now. Dec. 20 I checked tracking number to find that out it could not be found. So I start to calling again. 3 hrs of calling got someone that put me on hold till it disconnected after 20 min, second person did the same thing. When I got some one that claim to be a supervisor she told me that they know who I am that they are a small com[any with only 15 people work there that they have a lot of orders, and told me that the tracking number is correct. With that I called Road Runner near where their warehouse is at in Riverside CA, to have them tell me that they have not be contacted by Killer Motorsports. So just what I am going to be doing today Dec. 21. I hear a Lawyer knocking on my door.

I am scared to purchase from this company. I was going to buy a dirt bike for my son for X-Mas. I pray I find a local place in TN. These reviews have scared the living daylights out of me! I am in TN no where near TX. Scary!

We got bought our son a Cooster 125cc from this company. Of course it was cheap compared to big name brands. They forgot to send the cargo bag that goes on the back cargo rack. That is really my only complaint. For the money we paid I feel like it has been a good little runner. We have had it for almost a year and had to have it worked on only once. We had it taken care of locally and it didn't cost us too much. I think it's one of those you get what you pay for situations...

I bought a 2007 JCL MP 250 A also. It started stalling at every stop almost as soon as I got it. It needed the valves adjusted. It is a very big job to adjust the valves on a 250 scooter. Called Killermotorsports, No reply. So I adjusted the valves myself. Every scooter needs its valves adjust once in a while. But this thing had ZERO valve clearance right out off the crate. That is JUST not done. Then as soon as I got the JCL 250 running good and dependable the starter clutch stopped working = can no longer start the scooter (all this before 700 miles). This scooter has no kick starter, so you absolutly need the starter to start the scooter. Called Killermotorsports again. And again the run around followed by no reply. So after paying $80 for the part alone I fixed it myself. This was a very envolved job inside of the motor behind the flywheel. Bottom line I asked a professional Scooter repairman I know what he would have charged for this job and he said at least $350 plus parts to give you an idea. Anyway, After $1800 for a scooter that has nothing but work the devil out of me, Nonexistant costomer service, no actual gaurranty in reallity I think I've had about enough of Killermotorsports for good.

I bought my daughter an ATV for XmAs 2011... In March it stopped running! I have replaced so many parts and the issue is still not fixed! It is very upsetting. How can a 3 month old 4wheeler already break down? My 7 year old doesn't even drive it fast! I have called numerous times and hardly ever speak to someone. Usually goes straight to their voicemail. To them $650.00 may not be much, but my 7 year old really misses her 4-wheeler and I don't have $ for another!

So, if you added 30, 000 new customers (doubtful) and only 30 complained (statistically impossible for this industry), then what are the chances that all 30 complained here at this site? Nearly zero! In fact, only 1 out of 350 will complain on a web site. So, if you run the numbers, if you really had 30, 000 new customers, then your dissatisfaction rate is closer to 10, 500, or nearly a third (35%). I personally know 10 people who have done business with you and five of them have had problems.

Same with me. Took months to get them to resolve problems with my UTV. Received it 'fully assembled' (paid extra for this) and within the first few hours, evenything fell apart. The bed popped off and broke the lens (six months later, still waiting for a replacement part). It wouldn't steer, nuts and bolts missing, etc. Had to complain to the BBB and Texas AG before they agreed to fix other problems with the unit. They finally paid for repair but it should never take that kingd of effort to get a company to stand by their products and services. Mostly, they are simply non-responsive and are completely unable to get any kind of replacement parts. I had only 20 easy miles on mine and they commented that "well, it must work if he was able to drive it 20 miles'. I suggest everyone contact the Consumer Protection division for the Texas State Attorney General at 214.290.8817 about this. If enough people call, maybe something can be done.

I bought a 2007 JCL 250cc Linhai-Yamaha Touring Scooter it ran off and on for 31 mile thay Sade they sold me a running bike it started and that was there words and if i wont it fixed i have to pay for repairs on a new bike i have not Evin got the tranford over or got my license because it will not run don't buy from them thay sale junk (added over 30, 000 new customers just last year with only 30 bad complaints. That's .001%, so 99.999% customer satisfaction .thay can say thay had 100.000 new this is a lie) I run biz to pc repair i have 20, 000 new customers just last year with only 0 bad complaints. 100% customer satisfaction Y Becouse when some one comes to me I say sorry I will fix it and then .I call back did your Prob get fixed to your satisfaction .

I bought a 700 utv from mike the owner this august I made 3 phone calls with detailed messages about a problem I was having I wanted to talk to someone about the problem and bring it in for repairs no one ever called me back! I had to drive to their business 50 miles away to talk to someone. 2 weeks ago I left a message for wayne, telling him I wanted to bring it in, but wanted to make sure he would be there so I could explain the problem. I still have not received a call to bring it in. this is not warranty work, I will be paying for it.
Trying to talk to someone at killermotorsports is like trying to talk to someone at a major bank or credit card company customer service is nonexistence at killermotor sports

I wish I had read reviews before I delt with this horrible company! I don't know how they r still in business. They say they take pride in excellent customer service!? WHAT? R u kidding me ! They don't pick up a phone, call back or email! How is that even remotely concidered any type of "customer service " Hello idiots at killer Motorsports in order to have any kind of customer service u must actually interact with ur customers! I'm actually surprised to see that someone from this company even took the time to reply to previous post being that they don't seem to have the time to call or email the customers back, let alone even answer the phones! And when u do get someone all u get is the run around! Better believe I'll be contacting bbb! This place SUCKS! STAY AWAY

We have had the same horrible experience. We ordered a Utv in a crate and first Killer Motor Sports called and said that our Utv was accidentally assembled but with the wrong wheels. They apologized for the mistake and said they were going to send the wheels separately and have us switch them out and return the wrong ones and not charge for the assembly. We had wired our money on October 28th. After two weeks and several phone calls, a Utv was delivered. It was rusty, filthy dirty, the undercarriage dented in, tail gate put on crooked, paint coming off in many spots and stuck in four wheel drive. No wheels arrived, nor the other things we ordered like the snow plow. In fact there was no roof or windshield either. I spoke with the service manager and requested either replace this with what we ordered or take it back and just give us our money back. He said we are out in the middle of nowhere (30 minutes from Cincinnati, Ohio) and they have no more of our particular vehicle to swap it with anyway. He said the wheels and other items were on the way. It is now November 29th and we have yet to receive anything. Nor can we even drive this vehicle because of its problems. I contacted the Buy Safe protection company that is on the website and they said because we dealt with Killer Motor Sports on the phone, they do not offer the promised guarantee. The guarantee is only active if you order completely on the internet although their statement on the website does not mention that at all. As far I can tell, these are shady, crooked people and I really am unsure what action we will take at this point.

i bought a super mach 700 u in a crate. when i finally got it the battery was missing i contacted them but no response. now the starter is out so is the 4wd servo and key switch. totality JUNK STAY AWAY PLEASE

FYI, if we added over 30, 000 new customers for 2010 and we have 30 mad customers, where did all the happy ones post? They don't. They tell their friends and family and we grow. Only mad people post negative problems. Think about it.

We added over 30, 000 new customers just last year with only 30 bad complaints. Thats .001%, so 99.999% customer satisfaction. We shipped out over $100, 000 in free parts last year alone, donated to various powersports charities, hosted 4 National races, employ over 30 customer service employees, Yes you are right, we sound like smoke and mirrors all right.

Come to Fort Worth, Tx, Ride our track, grab a Red Bull, talk with our sales staff, we are a great group supporting this fun industry in a way no one else else. We are the ONLY company that still employs AMERICAN people, ALL OTHER companies out there like ours are now CHINESE staffed, don't believe me? Call them! Hope your Chinese is good, good luck getting tech support. 99% of the time there is a mad customer, its because the customer wants to do things their own way and not listen to instructions, which is probably what happened here. CALL US! You'll know who you are talking to and know we are on the ball in this industry with NO American competition.

STAY AWAY I had the same experience with KILLERMOTORSPORTS.COM. lots of promisses they dont deliver on. No warranty support. crappy products. This company is all smoke and mirrors

I am the service manager for Killer Motorsports. Its highly doubtful this story is truthful as we answer our phones, return all messages, and have a claims section the customer can file a claim. Right now there are no open claims as of now, so did the customer file a claim in our claims section? Was the customer in his warranty period and just got denied. Did they contact Chance, me, the service manager for resolution? I answer all phone calls and if I'm on the phone then I return all messages. we are one of the biggest online sellers in this industry and actually do pride ourselves on service and support.
