Key Delta Pinetown VEHICLE WITH STARTING PROBLEM

I purchased an Opel Corsa 1.7 CDTI hatch back from Key Delta Pinetown

I took delivery of the vehicle on the 16 September 2011 (Friday). when I took delivery the car had an hard start
With a noise coming from the engine He then told me it is because the was just been washed, the noise was always there when I started the vehicle .
I then took the vehicle back to him on the 19th September 2011 (Monday) the sales men (Kuben Govender) kept the vehicle the entire Week & told me the fuel filter was wrong which they fitted when they serviced the vehicle . he called me on the 23 September 2011 (Friday) to say the vehicle was ready but when I got there the vehicle still had the same problem he then told me to bring the vehicle on the Monday 26th September 2011 the vehicle stayed with them From that Monday to the Friday 30 September 2011 when the sales men (Kuben Govender) called me to say there was a problem with the pump & injectors s, I called the manager (Pierre Botha) on the Monday 3 October 2011 saying I was not happy with the vehicle he then told me he already paid Bosch to repair
The vehicle & promised worst case that the vehicle will be ready on Friday (7th October 2011) when I called
The sales men on Friday (7th October 2011 at 15:00) he told me he received the vehicle with same problem &
Asked me to meet him at Bosch when I got to Bosch the vehicle still had the same problem .
I then called the manager (Pierre Botha)to ask what was going on he then told me the vehicle will be ready on
The Monday (10 October 2011) when we got to Bosch the vehicle started fine the guys at Bosch & Pierre Botha
Asked me to fetch it in the afternoon as they needed to code the injectors when I arrived at 16:30 to fetch the
Vehicle at key delta the manger told me they were too busy & the vehicle will be ready 11 October 2011 in the
Morning I fetch the vehicle it still had the same problem but was not as bad the sales me told there is nothing
They can do I used the vehicle the entire day as it got worst .
I then called the manger on the 12 October 2011 at 09:00 he says he spent R20 000 on the vehicle and there
Is nothing he can do as Bosch & his workshop cannot pick up any fault .

What can I do with problem because I am paying for the insurance & my instalment

I don't like to complain but after my 3rd time its difficult not to. I took my car in for a 75k service, the technician found a problem with my brakes so trying to be safe/smart i said to fix it(by the professionals). So later that day i get a Huge bill which im happy to pay because its done properly. There were noises, scraping and the car pulling to the left only to find the brakes & backing plates rubbing, so they re-booked the car in. They admit the problem and 'sort it out'. When i get the car back again its like the brakes are on ever so slightly, so i think they 'wearing in'. I give a week but no change and phone in to re-book it again only for the guy to say 'it was because they did it on a hot day'😅 and to bring the car in for a test drive, which i did yesterday. So i go and again im waiting(with my ill son)for a technician to drive it, 20min later he takes me for a drive and i explain, he drives to test the brakes, fast and slow then up a hill. The whole time im saying do you feel that, inbetween changing like its slowing down. So after the drive the technician says the brakes aren't binding but if im worried about it to re-book it in. This morning i again tested to see if im over-reacting but im not, theres even a light scraping sound and my fan belt makes a noise every now and again. This is impacting my cars motor, petrol and God knows what else and probably my expensive brakes. Their receipt says a 45k service So they might have even done the wrong service. My car was going better before this service and i couldve taken it to any car repair shop and would've got it cheaper and possibly better. Ive paid so much extra for this and feel ive been robbed and its impacting my work which paid #KeyDelta. Where is this award winning service. Jp Ackerman, Gill Roberts [protected]. Key Delta Pinetown Unsatisfied customer

I'm VERY unhappy that I'm not getting the service I deserve after buying a car from Key Pinetown. I'd expect them to try sort out my problems as soon as possible as I have spent alot of money for a car! Please can you help? I've concidered actually taking them to the papers as they dont seem to be interested in the smaller details after the sale... What are my rights as a consumer? Do I have the right to complain about the service and the car untill I am satisfied?
