KFC Poor customer service

On Saturday 03/02/2024 at approximately 6:45p.m. placed an order for 3 wing combo and a spicy chicken sandwich. Was first told they were out of wings, and that they only had two wings. I asked how much two crispy wings would be and was then asked how many wings I would like... I stated at least three wings. The person said okay. we can do that. Get to the window order was handed to me as soon as I pulled up to the window. I opened the bag and box had 3 original wings cut in a nugget style format and a little larger than a chicken nugget and the sandwich bread was cold. I told the young lady at the window, and she spoke very little English and stated no it's not cold, it's probably the pickles. I informed her that pickles would not make a bun cold. After going back and forth I finally convinced her that the bread was cold, so she offered to warm the bun. I also informed her about the wings, that I ordered crispy wings and the size of the original that I was given. I then asked her for the store phone number because of the service that was being demonstrated. She stated she didn't know the phone number, so I asked for the manger. She said she was taking an order. I said I will wait. So, the other young lady came to the window, and I explained to her what transpired, and she just looked at me and I asked her for the phone number of the store, and she stated she didn't know. I then asked for a receipt she said they didn't have receipts. The receipt issue has been going on for years. My sister has to give them the cell phone and they will take a picture of the total cost of the meal because they don't have receipt paper, which is totally unacceptable. I asked the last young lady her name because corporate or management needs to be aware what is going on at this location and that young adults should not be operating a large established business as KFC without proper supervision. She told me her name was Joanna and the manager is Daisy who was not present. Please have a regional manager or someone in leadership make rounds to this location 5010 Aldine Mail Rd Houston, TX 77039 and bring this store up to standards that KFC stands for. This was truly a disappointing experience, once again. Sincerely

KFC Ontario Canada

I had went to KFC in Tillsonburg Ontario. When I had got home started to eat. My chicken burger was dry and over cooked. The 8 piece chicken I got the wife was cold inside. The only way this could of happened is it was cooked and put in to a fridge. Then put back into frier same as my burger I have being going there for over 30 years NOT NO MORE. I payed over $50 dollars for warmed up food NOT NO MORE.

The foo I got a KFC today Feb.27/2024 . It was not made fresh it was cooked and put into a fridge . And reheated . Chicken burger was over cooked and the 8 piece chicken was cold in side . Not if it was cooked by order it should not be ice cold inside. I give this 000000 stars .

KFC Product complaint

Hello sir/Madam,

I have really got a very bad incident from the kfc outlet at Mall of Qatar at 25/02/2024, around 9:00pm-9:30pm. I have ordered their dinner meal which says that which include 4pc chicken, french fries, bun,1 pepsi. But when we received the product we got 2pc chicken and 2 small piece chicken which was smaller than wings. We feel really uncomfortable because either they have to mention in the menu, it is 2 normal piece and 2 small piece, rather they have just mentioned 4pc, which normally we thought I was 4 normal piece. And we spoke to the manager for minutes and they wasn’t convinced and keep on telling it is 2small and 2big. We told that you have to mention and finally upon argument they exchange 1 small pc with 1 normal pc. and next small piece remains unchanged, which we found so unfair and no other customers should get a chance to witness it from a country like qatar. Hoping for a solution..

I came in your store on the 23 feb about 4.30pm with all 12 of my family they all sat down to eat. I tride to get severd I was calling out to them they just ignord me. There was about 4 of them ignoring me I not very happy. So we went to mcdonalds. They ruined are night out. Its just a joke try to eat out and cant.

KFC my whole meal

on 2/23/2024 my wife and i visited restaurant #g135341 7900 brewwerton rd we ordered the six pc meal for 20.00 half original half extra crispy mac an cheese mash and gravy and coleslaw. the original was crisper than the extra crispy and dry if i didn't know better it was left over recooked from the night before.the slaw was just plain cabbage and horrible. the biscuit's were as hard as a rock also got your new smash bowl the chicken in that was little hard pieces the only good thing was my soda for 32.27 i would expect alot better i do have pic's of the food.i would have contacted the manager but i can only assume the gentleman that boxed our food was a manger because there were only 2 employees behind the counter

KFC Incorrect order

I went through the drive thru yesterday around 5:13pm, at the location on 502 S Alafaya Trail, Orlando, FL 32828. I ordered a mac and cheese bowl and a 12 piece family meal. The person who took my order asked if I wanted it how it came and proceeded to say with coleslaw and mashed potato's. I confirmed that was how I wanted it. I dropped off the order at home and proceeded to work. Little to my surprise, my child was unable to eat because there was no mac and cheese bowl placed in my order. There was also no coleslaw. Two sides of mashed potato's. Very disappointed.

KFC Poor customer service

Ordered a 16 piece meal at kfc. At2402 calumet ave in Valparaiso in and my order was shorted the 8 biscuits and two large sides of coleslaw and corn

They were in a hurry and not paying attention to the order also the lady in front of me also got the wrong order and she was at the drive thru with me because the doors to the building were locked at 5:30 pm

Reason for sending the email is very sad.! 04.02.2024 Sunday we went to have food at KFC branch located in Barka, We ordered food and after 10 minutes the food arrived at our team table.But unfortunately We were half way through our food when the KFC staff switched off the lights and after that We asked them to turn on the lights and they misbehaved mindlessly and started their cleaning process.If we had known in advance that this is how the staff at Barka branch handle customers, we would never have come here.You need to take action against this and understand that this type of staff can destroy an enterprise. KFC Not happy with food ordered and received

Good day

I just bought lunch at your kfc Sanlam center branch in parow. I must admit I normally buy the bucket for 1 and ask for a leg/DRUMSTICK your staff already know me at the branch.

I must admit, I was very upset WHEN THE PIECE WAS NOT VERY NICE AND TOO BIG ABNORMALLY BIG.

I must say I am very disappointed.

KFC Food mistakes

My husband drove to kfc on springs road in hickory north carolina. The order was a 2 peice white meat combo. With potatoes and gravy and an unsweet tea.

And a liver combo. He drives 7 miles home and when we opened the bag there was 2 pieces of dark meat and sweet tea. I then called talked to someone they said they would remake and it would be ready when my husband came back and told them my name. He drove back told them all the info they went in back and came out with a bag. He comes home and guess what? They sent us home 3 peices of dark meat. I called back and the guy that filled the order did not look for our remade meal. Now we have to go back tommorow and pick it up. They did not give us our first receipt back. Avis was the original cashier dont know anything beyond that phone number for kfc [protected]

KFC Bad Attitude

This is about the Breman KFC restaurant. The 3:00 pm 01/02/2024 crew showed a parochial attitude when they saw me entering the facility. their laughter and exposure of bad dental structure put me off the place.

I hope they can be trained like Chick -fillet or QT workers.

KFC No Customer Service in Ruskin FL KFC

I went to my regular KFC in Ruskin FL to tell them about a problem the week prior when they gave me 2 thighs instead of the two breasts and sides I ordered. The manager told the assistant manager I was talking to that I needed to bring back the thighs. I had not even said I wanted a credit! A "We are sorry" would have been enough. After 11 years going to this store their customer service now sends me to Popeyes!

KFC Failed to refund what they shorted us

I drove 15 minutes to pick up my KFC order that was pre-ordered. I came home and I was missing a seven dollar large coleslaw. I just want to get a refund on it. The store would not give it to me unless I drive another 30 minutes meaning 15 minutes each way that is unacceptable. In addition, the french fries were not complete Don’t know as you will see in the picture

KFC Chicken parts

On 12-28-23 I went to the KFC at Macclenny, Florida at 6:41 pm.

All I wanted was 2 meals for my wife and I. I asked for 2-2 piece meals with a breast + wing in each meal.

I waited 30 minutes for the order to be filled. After I had waited 10 minutes, a lady said I'd have to wait 13 minutes. After waiting 15 minutes another lady said it will be ready in 4 minutes. Then another lady said 8 more minutes, etc.

I really didn't mind the time waited as much as I hated finding a thigh (which we don't eat) in our order when we asked for a breast and wing.

Finally, they told me they had no more wings, would I settle for some legs?

It seemed to me that in 30 minutes they could have fried 2 breasts + 2 wings with no problem.

It also seemed that they would know the difference in a thigh and a breast.

KFC Order# 65537

The food we received was terrible. I ordered the pot pie combo and my friend ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and fries. Also ordered coleslaw and got mashed potatoes. The pie was so dry and old and the taste was awful. The chicken that was in it was so dry I couldn’t chew it with my denture. All in all the whole meal was as my grandchildren would say “GROSS”. I’m a ret Attorney from the state of Kansas and have never received food like this from a KFC there. I expect to be compensated. I can’t get anywhere with Door Dash, so I’m contacting you. Many customers in Srilanka has been affected by your franchisees in Srilanka as they have been offering very poor quality products.
