Gas station discrepancy
Hi, Kangaroo gas station has discrepancy in one of their Gas counter. It starts the Gas gallon and Cost counter before you start filling the GAS. When I complaint about the same, I was told that recently our systems have been reset. The person on the counter said I need to talk to their manager. Apparently when I called the manager (On cell phone) nobody...

my daughter put in gas and when finished she found out the hard way that the handle of the pump was broken and kept pouring gas out and all over her hand and arm and onto her clothes, she reported the broken handle and the was told by the clerks that they knew about it. My concern is why nothing was done to prevent an incident to occur again. Other problems with this gas station are: unable to use debit card, no recept available at pump...for the amount we customers pay this mishaps should not be occuring at all...better informed clerks so know their jobs and how to take care of problems as simple as paper for receipts, putting signs for 'out of order" pumps your company is making lots of money these simple items are less than what it cost for 1 agallon of gas
