I am sorry to say that it necessary for me to return my selection of tops. This makes me so very sad as each one of them were beautiful! The colors were so vibrant and fun, not what I see at my local boring stores. The problem is I am a 3x gal and I have larger arms than most. Judging by my trying on i would have need a 5x... So 4 of them came in the first bag and the last one just came over the week-end. So I will box them all together with the shipping information and have the taken to the post office tomorrow.

Very nicely explained what I had to do to receive my credit on my visa, and how to package, and where to mail them back.

Three of the four items I ordered did not fit. When I inquired about returning them I was offered a 15% refund to keep them and have them altered. At first I just wanted to return them but they must be returned to China and there is a very short time frame to do that. So then I told them that if the 15% offer was still valid, I would take that, keep the clothes and give them to someone who could wear them. The company never responded. I will never buy anything from them again.

They did not respond to my requests. (1) did not give me the information needed to return the items.
(2) Did not respond to my offer to take the 15% refund

They are ignoring me.

I discovered this online clothing shopping site and noticed that they had several items of clothing that I liked. So, I ordered. I now have at least 6 pairs of her jeans! Jeans that really fit me. I am a curvy girl and jeans really accentuate my body. Shipping is fast and can be easily tracked with their tracking numbers. I had to return 2 items due to a mistake I made when ordering and within days of receiving the items they emailed a store credit to order something else. In fact, I have an order that will arrive today. Also, her clothes resemble the ones advertised. I will ask for more. I can't wait to see what cute things they will have for next month!

Very pleasant. Great choices. One dress (the long white one) was perfect and fit amazingly. I did not expect it to fit perfect. I was only going to use it as a lining for see thru dresses that I have, but it looked amazing on me like it was made just for me. One dress was too big so I took it in and it is great now. One looked nothing like the picture at all. Totally different fabric. I just tossed it in a bag with clothes I was giving my ex husband for rags but he was going to ask his sister if she wanted some of the items first. The other dress fit but did not like the material. Jewelry was beautiful.

Please allow me to search more easily: for example, "long sleeve dress", "pastel pink", "belted dress", "wool sweater", "stretchy top". And your label "red" is confusing. Everything that is labeled "red" is actually a pink color in the photos, not red. Please allow me to search for "rabbits" or "bunnies" (items with rabbits on them are just labeled "animal"). Also, please indicate how long the order will take to ship. I have a St. Patrick's Day item in my purchase, and I am not sure if it will arrive on time. It might be helpful to have more categories than you do now (i. The clothing sizes run big and the smallest size for clothing is size "small." There is no extra small size available. It is easy to order on line from your company, however if you need to return items, you have to send them to CHINA. The postage to mail / return items far exceeds the amount paid for the merchandise, so you end up keeping your items (that are the wrong size) and receive only a 15%-20% refund from the company.

My communication was via e mail - my questions were answered. I felt that I and other customers needed to know in advance, before ordering items, that returns will need to be shipped to CHINA. Postal rates to CHINA are at a grossly inflated cost, and therefore, it will most likely cost more money to return items than the actual cost of the original order.

I thought I was getting 80% off if I bought three more items, but apparently there are different offers that I didn't understand. I was also offered $3 off when I finalized my payment, but I couldn't see that discount either. It's a bit frustrating when you think you're getting a deal, but you're not sure.

Another issue I had was that some of the tops I really liked were not available in my size. Same goes for some of the slacks or trousers. It's a bummer when you find something you really like, but it's not available in your size. However, I have to give JustFashionNow props for their variety and color options. I love that they have different colors and they're not all just boring colors. For that, they get 5 stars.

If I could make a request, it would be to please offer more sizes for some of the tops I really like. The one I'm missing is the linen look round neck off the shoulder cuffed sleeve with a linen look and soft green autumn leaves. I would be delighted if I could get it in a bigger size.

IMPORTANT UPDATE - this company was finally made to refund my monies via PayPal - customer service refused to assist in any way in putting things right. Again, be warned, the quality of product is awful, customer service does nothing and their offer for pitiful small percentage refunds to keep a substandard product remains at best suspect.

Just as an aside - interesting coincidence - as soon as I had issues with this company my daily spam increased by about 40-50 e-mails a day - perhaps it is a genuine coincidence but I suspect not!___________________________________________________________________________

I am still trying to get my money back - the clothes are awful quality, look nothing like the pictures and are falling apart at the seams. Surprise surprise when you try to return and item that ships from within your own country (Canada in my case) the returns have to go back to China - the seller says you have to pay the shipping & any customs and duties to return the faulty items.
Note: it costs more than the actual item to return which is confirmed by the seller so - here's the scam - they offer you a 15% refund instead of returning anything. The long and the short of it is that the clothing is so badly made that it probably only cost them 10% of the sale price to make it - they give you a 15% refund and walk away with a 75% profit on the deal. I had no choice but to give one star because you can't put zero stars - this company gets a minus 5 stars from me. And, in case you are not convinced yet there is no method to leave feedback on their website - so where do all these glowing references come from - not from actual buyers like me I bet! Notice that not a single review is from any e-mail other than the anonymous ones gmail, outlook, hotmail - surely in all these hundreds of reviews there would be one e-mail from a legit identifiable and provable e-mail address?
Should have listened to my 6th sense and steered very far away from buying from this Chinese company pretending to be in North America. Oh and just to cap it all off try getting off their marketing list - I am about to report them to anti spam authorities as I can't stop them trying to sell me more awful products - their daily e-mails will just not stop.

Ordered an outer jacket for my wife and it did not fit well. Therefore, I wanted to return it. Their website did not easily allow me to enter this request, nor was I able to enter an order number since my order did not come with a formal confirmation of my order or order number. I am now stuck with an item that I paid for and does not fit my wife. Not right!

I ordered 7 items from the company Just Fashion Now. 5 of them were delivered, but another two have not been delivered so far. Arrived items did not meet my expectations, design was to large, even sleeves were too wide. Colors do not correspond with the depicted pictures and quality was not on appropriate level. Therefore I decided to ask for refund and I wanted to return acquired items. The total sum for the purchase was 145 EUR, which includes also two items which haven't been delivered. They started mutual communication, but there are not willing to help, they try to complicate the whole process so it is not likely to be resolved.

I received the dress on 9/5/23 and it stated I have just 30 days to return the item, so I have been trying 6 times to get my return label to no avail. They are waiting out the 30 days so they have an excuse not to reimburse my money. The dress is nothing as described. It's cheap, ill fitted and ugly. I am on a fixed income and losing my money like this is hard on me financially. I feel this company scams vulnerable people out of their money and should not be allow to advertise on line. I did not know this company is based in China or I would never have given them my business. Why does the US allow scam companies from China to advertise in our country?

I purchased 2 fashion tops on June 6th. It is now August 6th. Two months have passed and I have not received HBC03651962 Sub Order 1179843. Where is it?

Last year I ordered 2 dresses they were never received. I received so many runaround explanations that I finally gave up and lost my items and money.

I received the items from just fashionnow.com at the end of October 2022. I didn’t like the material that the shirts were made out of nor the style of leggings. They were too baggy in the crotch area and loose fitting on the legs. I returned the items sometime in the beginning of November. I contacted PayPal in April because I noticed that my refund had not been applied. Just fashion now sent the initial shipping invoice from my original order disputing that I received the items. I never stated that I didn’t receive the items. I stated I returned the items because of poor quality. Now we are going into July 2023 and PayPal is refusing to credit my account, due to just fashion now stating they never received the items. I looked at my order history, and it is reflecting that all items have been returned yet the credit has not been submitted to my PayPal Credit account. Just fashion now is requesting just fashion now is requesting the tracking information which I obviously don’t have because that was 8 months ago and they advised that they never sent me a shipping label as per the policy. BUYER BEWARE! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SWEATSHOP

The shirt on this suit is oversized for me and the pants at the waist and hip are too small and the length of the pant is too long even though the ankles are gapped at the bottom. I have been following the directions on the website and waiting for email with the address and tacking number for item #[protected]., with no reply from this company. I have the original packaging and label.

He kept putting me on hold and then he hacked into my computer and bought himself $400 worth of gift cards. He also forwarded my email to a Gmail account.

I told American Express about what happened and I'm going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This company is really bad and they shouldn't be allowed to do business in America.

I've been shopping at JustFashionNow for a while now and I have to say, I have mixed feelings about it. I've ordered clothes from them several times over the past year and while some of the items were great, others were not so much. However, my recent experience with them has left me feeling quite disappointed and I don't think I'll be doing business with them again.

The problem started when I placed an order on their website. I was in a bit of a hurry and didn't double-check the address I had entered, assuming that the computer autofill had taken care of everything. Unfortunately, I later realized that the address was missing some crucial information. I tried to contact JustFashionNow to correct the mistake, but it was too late. The package had already been shipped.

To my surprise, the package actually made it to my city, but the post office refused to deliver it because of the incomplete address. Instead, they sent it back to the return address in Las Vegas. I contacted JustFashionNow again to see if they could help me get the package re-routed to the correct address, but they told me that they couldn't do anything about it. They said that they couldn't ship the package back to China and that the contents would have to be destroyed. To make matters worse, they also refused to refund my money.

Now, I know that I should have been more careful when entering my address, but this has happened to me before with other companies and they always contacted me to verify the address before shipping. JustFashionNow didn't do that, which makes me think that they don't have very good quality control in their shipping department.

Overall, I have to say that I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with JustFashionNow. While I've had some good experiences with them in the past, this recent incident has left a bad taste in my mouth. I don't think I'll be shopping with them again anytime soon.

I gotta say, JustFashionNow needs to add a "continue shopping" button to each page. It was a real pain in the butt trying to figure out how to get back to the shopping page from the view cart page and other pages. It took me a whole month to get just one of the 8 items I ordered. And when it finally arrived, it was too big and the quality was just plain bad. I'm gonna wait until all my ordered items arrive and then send back the ones that aren't as advertised. Honestly, I don't think I'll ever order from this company again.

To make matters worse, there's no way to talk to a live person. I had to leave a message to discuss my problems through a chat. And to top it off, only one item showed up after a whole month! I'm still waiting for the rest of my order. And the one item that did arrive is just plain poor quality and the sizing is all off. I really want to cancel the rest of my order, but I'm not sure if I'll even get a response. So, I'm warning you now, don't buy from this company. Their customer service is just plain terrible.

I gotta say, my experience with JustFashionNow was a total bummer. I mean, they straight up lied about the fabric used in their clothes. I ordered some stuff that they said was cotton or a cotton blend, but when I got it, it was like this weird, gross synthetic material that I wouldn't be caught dead wearing. And don't even get me started on the earrings I ordered - they were so cheaply made that one of them was already broken when I got it. And get this - they won't even let you return the earrings! What kind of nonsense is that?

But wait, it gets worse. They say their return policy is easy and fast, but when you actually try to use it, they hit you with all kinds of delays and excuses. They even tried to tell me that I should just accept 15% of the cost of my purchase and use the money to buy fabric to alter the crappy clothes they sent me! Like, are you kidding me? I'm still waiting for my return label, but I saw another review where they never even responded to the person's request. So who knows if I'll ever get my money back.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend JustFashionNow to anyone. They're a bunch of liars and scammers who don't care about their customers at all. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else.

My order # HBC03595091. I sent it back on May 8,2023. Tracking #[protected] 04. It was received on May 10, 2023 in San Leandes,CA 94577. I have not heard a word about my return. I love your clothes but as of now I have given away 2 tops that did not fix and I have sent back a sun dress and a top because they did not fit. I cannot order anything else until you give me my credit because I am at this point loosing too much money which includes the money it cost me to send back the last order. Waiting to hear from you or I'm going to notify the Better Business Dept. Thank You for your help.

I am very PISSED! I have been trying to return these orders and it is not my fault that here has been delays in the returns, The wedding is called off and there will be no wedding. These are dresses for the mom of the groom.

I want to return these and receive my credit refund at 100% by the original payment method. This is unacceptable that I have had to deal with you and this situation, I am talking abut 100.00 of dollars that is spent,
