Took many emails to get a answer to my complaint. Only for you to say the same thing and for me to buy the reading I literally paid for in October. I remind you of this only to be told my payment didn't go through. You don't like proof of my bank clearing the charge and charging me a internal fee plus your payment confirmation email. Imagine that like others here. No refund. No reading. You're an exposed scammer. Shame on you!

I wanted a free reading from an astrologer so I signed up to this website astro Mary on 25th of September 2023 I didn't think much of it then probably should of now she gave me this whole [censored] story about my self and how I have a destiny and how my luck will start to change and she requested the 59$ full 6 month reading more like ($93aud) so I paid on the 26th and it's been three days now and nothing usually I'm really good with these scams but this one got away abit pissed off at myself do not trust this website and make the same mistake I did

I saw astromary while browsing on the internet. I started receiving regular emails for a personalized reading for 6 months or so after I make a payment of 19$ which is around 1550 INR. I made the payment and i sent the confirmation along with the screenshot to the email ids provided. But since then I am waiting to hear from her with the service i paid for. All I'm receiving is the payment followup emails (when i have already made the payment). Please help me get the sorted asap.

I really really hate when someone swears up & down they are going to make you a personalized astrological report that is NOT computerized, only to find out that it absolutely is (because you already have that report from another seller, or it is just grossly inaccurate) so it must have been copy & paste. Gross. People are so lazy, & they take advantage of people who are even trying to do "self-work."

But this is really a review. Somehow, prolly on my on accord I got onto www.astromary.com mailing list. She offered an abundance of information for $59. I said, okay, let's see what it is, I'm sure it is great. That seems reasonable for the amount of stuff I will receive. Wrong.

Do not use her. Not only did she promise a personal reading, but she quite literally sent me the wrong information for my astrological report.

This is my dispute to PayPal along with the screenshot: The report is grossly inaccurate. It is not based off my birth information. Attached is a screenshot of the email I composed & have yet to receive a reply. This is a scam. They said it was a personal full reading when there are many key components are not included, many are false, & it is clear that this is a computer generated report & not a personal one as promised.

It is based off another person clearly as you incorporated generic information that does not belong to me & omitted my personal information. She is a scam. She sent me the information on the wrong person (not me) & is telling me to concentrate on it. This information in the report is not based off my information as it speaks about a different person entirely & omits key parts of my astrological personality. She did not even read what I wrote she sent a generic response & did not respond to my actual issue. She also will not respond to my personal emails to her. Basically she is scamming people with fake reports.

I got my refund but I had to fight tooth & nail to get it. People at PayPal aren't understand what the issue is & I have to get on the phone with them after dealing with this nonsense after a couple of weeks to explain to them that her giving me the wrong report is similar to having someone else's results from Ancestry DNA. It was then they understood.

So all the predictions she made, not sure if they are even relevant to me at all as most of the things she mentioned in terms of my aspects were not even in my chart. Annoying AF. Tired of guru's swearing they can help people when they just want to milk you. Beware, she will not respond to your personal emails when asked for clarification as to why everything is wrong & she will fight you for the $59 by insisting that you should really just take the time to look at it all while ignoring your concerns that she prolly copy & pasted "your" report from who knows where.

I got the automatic Reply email on 30th of January 2022 saying that astronaut has received the payment for the astrology reading prediction in 2022.

Please allow 10 days to receive the report.

It is 16th of February 2022 now. I haven't received the report.

Please let me know the updates. U may either refund me or send me the report.

Mary comes across as very caring and concerned. She sends elaborate readings and, in mine, guided me to date on a large platform that's not just a dating website but many things and I am very comfortable with this site (facebook). She explained I would meet a man who is not my typical type, is from another culture, but who is very successful and wealthy. She assured me he can be trusted because he is reliable and loyal. Long story short, I was preyed upon, fell in love, trusted this successful smart person and believed he wanted to help make me money, then all of my savings were taken. I hope this prevents someone from falling for it too.

Paid for this so called Lunar Study but I never got it of course. Had no idea she was a scammer until I saw the reviews against her. I was completely beside myself. But I would like to request a complete refund if I may somehow. The account that was attached to the payment is now frozen due to being overdrawn, but I can connect another card to it if need be. I've dealt with two deaths this week, and now this... Please help me...

My credit card was charged on October 09, 2021 for $ 24.44 paid to SARL ATOLL, YVRAC for My Reading but I have not received the reading so far. I sent many reminders through email on [protected]@astromary.com but no response so far.
Kindly intervene to get my amount refunded.

I received an email from astromary on 2/10/21 regarding an offer that Mary would provide me answers to tarot cards I had picked out. I accepted offer and paid for the service by mastercard on 4/10/2021. I have received emails of acknowledgment. However, to date have not received any service or answers re tarot card reading.
