On review of my banking account I have discovered that I have had two payment deductions as follows:
Avast nexway on 09 Jul value $29.99
Avangate on 21 Jun 2017 deduction of $29.95
Please ensure that no further deduction is may against my name/ account.
I have not made any orders or signed up for these products. I now request a full refund. If I do not receive a reply I will be forwarding this onto the Australia Consumer affairs for further investigation.
