Inumbr.com review: This is nothing more than a scam 2

The site does not tell you that they will require a picture of your drivers license and a picture of your credit card before they will activate your account. This is completely unheard of. You will not find out about this until you fill out the form including your credit card information. Reputable online billers never see your credit card information. It is cached from their view to protect you and them. This is nothing more than a scam.. if its not then the business owner is shady.
