inmyaccount.com fraud

I was browsing on line regarding a loan. I did not accept any terms or agree to take a loan. $200. appeared in my account the next day. I have now had 6 payments at $74.00 each debited from my checking account. I attempted to call the company to find out why they keep debiting my account long after the $200 should have been re-paid, and find that they do not exist. It appears this company is a scam that gets your information from an on-line source and continues to bleed your account for as much as they can get away with. This company needs to be investigated and stopped. I will be extremely careful about making on line inquiries in the future.

I had almost the same problem. I applied for the loan, before anything was deposited in my account they called me. I asked them to read me the terms of the loan. They told me $74 would be taken from my account and so on. I said, "I don't like the term's and I do not want the loan." The agent said, "Okay we will decline the loan and take no further actions." I said, 'Okay, so no money is being deposited?" The agent said, "That is correct." We ended the call and that was it. That happened on like May 1st of 2009. It's now July 8th and I found out they deposited the money anyway. The reason why I found out so late is because I never really use that bank. If I do, it's to cash a check, but I never view my account balance. I got a notice in the mail saying I was $379.96 delinquent. I have never been delinquent with any bank and It said the money came from INMYACCOUNT.COM. I tried to contact the loan company several times and they never have someone real to talk to. I tried the website and since I never set up an account with them, I can't log in. I've left them several messages and they don't call me back. I even threatened to sue them in a message.

After all that, I am now stuck without a bank, no way to cash my check, and my account is going to collections.

Great right? Thanks INMYACCOUNT.COM. You're all a real bunch of "WINNERS."

inmyaccount.com no loan terms ever presented

I had been inquiring about payday loans online and out of the blue I had $200.00 put into my checking account from inmyaccount.com. I know I didnt or wasnt aware of completing an application with this company. I am grateful for the money, but I never received any terms on the loan and am afraid that as quickly it got into my account it will quickly also go and caused bounced checks. I need to know these terms so this does not happen.

Thank You,

Kelli Brooks

Don't EVER, EVER, EVER take anyone's word on "inmyaccount.com" because they are a SCAM from the first time out of the shoot. I was scammed for $200 and then I accidentally opened up another one in my email and they charged me for a $1500 loan that I didn't even get the money in my checking account but been paying on that loan for sometime now. I have tried numerous times on trying to get ahold of a human and no luck and I have gone out to www.inmyaccount.com and it doesn't show any balance of what I owe yet or what they have been taking out of my checking account every payday. So I am so close to closing my checking account and starting with a new account number as that is a hassle with everything like ordering new checks and automatic deposits from work etc. Just don't let them SCAM you. I get these all the time now asking that I have been pre-approved for $1500 in my email spam account and i just delete everything in that spam folder and don't even open anything up. They are not going to SCAM me anymore. Good Luck! Signed Frustrated

This company sucks! I agree with everyone. This just a rip off. They have not even gotten in contact with me. But they have all of my account information. And I have not received any cash into my account. I have gotten in contact with my bank. They told that I can do a stop payment or file an affidavit of fraud for investigation.

No loan terms ever presented. BEWARE! I became a victim to the same scam. I applied online payday loan. I got $200 from inmyaccount.com. Usually after they approve you- you then sign an agreement on the terms of the loan this did not happen. $200 was put in my account. To date they have taken out 607.80. They said I was supposed to call them to make arrangements to pay off the loan. And since I didn't $60.00 of the 607.80 has gone toward the principal. They said 547.80 is all interest payments. So they say I still owe them 140.00 of the principal at this time. What business gives out money to people and then says oh by the way you call us back on how you want to repay us the money. And if you don't call us we will just keep charging you interest until we do here from you. This is ridiculous. They say it is perfectly legal and they are protected by Delaware laws. But all phone numbers are out of California.

I obtained a loan from them also.As of now there not been problems but I needed to contact them before my next withdraw and when call them is just recorded message and then asks me to leave message or go online. When go online I cant find site.Just all other kinds of sites and the complaint board.Think they need a better customer service that is able to answer or do something about concerns. My payday changed and now money will come out causing either overdraft or short check.Needed a reply from them but no replys to my voice messages.Starting to have concerns with them.

I have used inmyaccount in the past and i have yet to experience any difficulties. I've alway been lucky enough to have paid them right back, so I've only paid the $74 once, i mean once on every loan I've ever gotten. To anyone who is paying the $74 times after time. log in to your acct and chose to pay off the entire loan and you wont continue to pay the $74. That's how they get you! when you don't pay the loan off in a timely manner, they make LOTS of money off you.

FYI, I did have problems contacting them regarding only questions I may have had!
