indian homoeo vet pharmaceuticals review: company is not manufacturing the product as per standard

Respected Sir,
My self a retired govt employee and lauding a complaint against the company-INDIAN HOMOEO VET PHARMACEUTICALS .based at Distt-Meerut, Country-INDIA.
This company is working as a unauthorized way in veterinary field based at meerut (UP).company is in homoeopathy production(and shown the company under-Society of research and development in homoeopathy ) and while manufacturing the product the ingredients (Salt) of the product is being spread out() on the floor(Which is not as per the standard of drug) and having no laboratory at the premises and also products are manufactured just in a residential home, mean they are not manufacturing the product as per the norms and product are being manufactured without any product manager/pharmacist .And company is not providing the potency of the ingredients which they have written on the product. And which is directly harming the poor animals.
Also the company is providing a advertise thrice in a week in leading newspaper that - for treatment of animal pls call on this mobile no-[protected] and the phone is picked by the single lady in the company who is not having any authorized degree in animal disease. by this wrong information are being provided by the company to promote the product and playing with illiterate people and the poor animals also.
MAIN POINT OF COMPLAIN- 1-Products are not manufactured as per the govt standard
2-Providing the lesser quantity of ingredients as per written on the product.
3-product are being manufactured in the absence of pharmacist/product manager
4- having a advertise in a leading newspaper to consult on the phone for treatment of the animals and having no specialized veterinary doctor for discussion /treatment .untarined lady is suggesting on phone.
I request you take a appropriate action against the company and check the potency of the ingredients and manufacturing fault and help the nation .
