I have been calling your call centre about my Gotv account. I am facing aproblem of which I used to pay R99 a month and have access to all gotv R99 chanels, but now Multichoice sent me an sms that I must pay R260.54 and after I paid I am only able to access to new chanels CSN and Mnet Go and some free on air channels. Which means am paying more for less. Multichoice is real a bunch of fraudsters who only enjoy to chew our hard earned cash. I called many times being promised that my problem will be solved in an hour but till today I am facing same problem

I have been trying to do sim swap with cell c but they keep on saying am giving them incorrect infor. Do you guys think you are the only network we can use in South Africa?The R10 I put as airtime in daily basis I can port it to any network.Do you think we record each and everything we do with our phones?
