Hydroluxe Beauty unauthorized billing of credit card

This company pries on the elderly by offering seniors who are unfamiliar with online purchasing products with a T&C that does not allow them to decline future products and auto-charges their credit cards. They send products every two weeks at $100US per box. This unorthodox business is allowed to continue through Facebook ads and will continue to impact vulnerable women. Never buy online unless from a reputable dealer.

Hydroluxe Beauty hydroluxe products on "special" offer

These guys are complete scam operators!
Slight of hand advertising if there ever was one!
Don't deal with them as they are completely unethical.
Billed me many hundreds of dollars before I caught them.
I am in Canada and of course their offices (they say) are in the U.S.
I have been in the sales and marketing business for 40 years
and have never seen such bandits!
They used our popular "Devil's Den" as a backdrop because the inventors
were on the show and were impressive.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY IN ANY WAY!

Hydroluxe Beauty instant wrinkle control and hydrating day/night cream

Good Afternoon,

I signed up for my 14 day free trial on July 17th and since that day to today October 9, 2017, have been charged a total of $668.19, for your instant wrinkle control and hydrating day and night cream.

I just found out I have a 'subscription' today, October 9th 2017. I called to cancel immediately, which they did without trying to dissuade me at all.

Not only am I unsatisfied with the products, but the customer service as well. I'm in a bit of shock as to why the company wouldn't accept the products back and why I wouldn't be able to get a refund.

I spoke to 3 different people, 1 of whom said he was a supervisor. They all said they couldn't do anything for me besides refund me $40 for the October 1st charge and $40 for the September 30th charge, which I find absolutely ridiculous.

I'm a full time student with a 3 year old daughter, and need all the money I can get. If I was aware of the 'subscription' from the beginning I would have been diligent in cancelling.

Hydroluxe Beauty unauthorized credit card charges & unethical practices

In July 2017 I ordered a Wrinkle Cream sample on a trial basis. Like many others, I was billed $99.95 in US dollars a few days after I received the sample. I contacted Hydroluxe Customer Service by phone to complain. I sent off an email to follow up what had been said and agreed upon. In the meantime I received a package containing moisturizer and a vial of wrinkle cream. At this point I filed a formal complaint with my credit card company. Over the next 2 months I contacted Customer Service several times. Every time I spoke to a Hydroluxe representative I sent off an email outlining our conversation and the terms agreed upon. (See copy of latest email below). Eventually I was promised a full refund - with the understanding that I would return all the product and dismiss my complaint with the credit card company. I also received emails confirming that no further orders would be shipped. I packed up everything - including the trial sample and the packing slips - and returned them via Canada Post. As agreed I called Customer Service to provide the Tracking Number so they could confirm the product was returned. The promised refund was supposed to be processed when the package was received by their Returns Depot. When the refund didn't materialize, I called to inquire. At that time I was told they had to verify that my complaint had been withdrawn. I was in possession of an email from Hydroluxe promising a full refund so I withdrew my complaint with the credit card company. Within a few hours I received an email containing a "transaction number" that I was supposed to use to verify the refund had been processed on August 31st. Needless to say I never did get the refund I was promised. As of today (Oct. 3rd) this is still unresolved and my emails are being ignored. It's obvious from the number of complaints lodged online that this company's practices are extremely unethical and they have taken advantage of many unsuspecting consumers. I wonder how Hydroluxe Beauty would respond to a CLASS ACTION SUIT? Here's some of the email correspondence I sent/received:

I ticked off no to getting more products and got them anyway. they billed me full price for what was a free sample. they say I should have cancelled my account that I did not even know I had. they are thieves and liars and take advantage of bogus offer. I want a full refund of products I did not authorize to be sent to me. I have not used the product not will I ever.

Hydroluxe Beauty wrinkle cream

I ordered the free trial from their on line ordering advertisement, only to pay for the shipping. Receive a free trial. With in 14 days I received 3 shipment of the same product. That was suppose to be a free trial, it has cost me $578.77. I have called and they will not do anything about giving my money back. Will not even if I send the product back. It is a total scam and they don't even have my name that I placed the order. Please take their adds off your boards. They have already scammed many people, I should have read the complaints first. Lesson learnt, go back to not trusting anything you see on the Internet. They do not give a return address. Only info on Expedited Parcel is P.O. Box 500 North York M3J 0J8. Hydroluxe Beauty new look & beauty

When I ordered these products I was under the impression they were samples and I was only obligated to pay the shipping. During checkout when you were offering the products at "discounted" prices I said NO to all of them I'm not going to spend 100's of dollars on products. I noticed that they are sweeping my bank account without any concession. The samples I have received don't worth a penny, but so far they charged me more than $500.

Speaking to agents are not helpful as they are hidden behind your terms and conditions, which is nonsense. Further more, there is there is no return policy for the items that you receive afterward. I had to cancel my credit card to avoid any further deductions .
I am not happy with the way you are treating, it is more deceiving and stealing from people. I hope sooner than later a legal action can be taken to stop you.

Hydroluxe Beauty all products

1. I ordered some trial products from this company (sent from Canada) to my Canadian address and charged in US funds. Why?
2. I also received 6 items which were the same product (Winkle Cream) and my bank statement stated products that I did not receive.
3. When I called Customer Service to find out why I was charged and additional charge to my credit card I was told that I had not cancelled the order in time (14 days).
4. The order shipped does not hardly arrive within the 14 days in order to even trial the products received.
5. When calling customer service I was told that I would have to pay the amount charged and no product shipped.
6. I was also hung up on twice when trying to either have the company send me the product they charged me for and get a refund.
7. I was told I could not get a refund but after much haggling I was offered a
$50.00 reimbursement.
8. I, in the end got my bank involved which also did not produce a full reimbursement.
9. I have never had so much trouble with a company over the internet.
10. I have heard from other people that they have had similar problems with this company.
11. In everyone's best interest I would suggest not dealing with this company which is HYDROLUXE BEAUTY. In my opinion they are nothing more than scammers.
12. This experience has put me off from ever buying another product on-line.

Hydroluxe Beauty unethical and a scam

Same complaint as many others...showed the 'SAMPLE' would be $3.95 and $4.95. It DID NOT say this was the cost of the shipping charges! They subsequently charged me for the entire cost of both products. I have cancelled everything, but unfortunately was responsible for the VISA charges. The company did refund me $100 USD after I called and complained. This is blatant scamming and taking of people's money with absolutely no recourse. I don't know how these people live with themselves and sleep at night. I've learned a very valuable lesson with this.

Hydroluxe Beauty being charged for a product that was supposed to be free

On July 18/2017 I was on Facebook and saw an add for a free sample of anti-aging cream by HydroluxeBeauty. All it said is that I would just have to pay for the shipping and handling. So I was charged for the shipping and handling $11.60. The product arrived. But then I got a surprise when I charged $128.63 on August 1 and August 3 $116.37. Now I got a second shipment and charges to my visa when I never requested the product. The charges this time are $129.75 August 31 and $115.20 Sept 2. THIS NEEDS TO STOP!

Hydroluxe Beauty order no.1460631 reference no. 4829071 on 06/26/2017

I have paid 5.39 and 6.73 Canadian dollars for get Hydrolux two sample productions respectively. That amounts paid by my credit Card via online.
Two weeks later i got a parcel by mail Under above mentioned Reference numbers.
The included products were
1. Hydroluxe Wrinkle control 15 ml container
2. Hydroluxe ultimate moisture Day night cream 30 ml glass container
But under this condition July 10 th and july 12 from same credit card this company deducted 133.14 Canadian dollars and 119.36 canadian dollars respectively as trial period fee. When isee credit card statement i saw those transaction are too much and i made a telephone conversation with Tammy ( A lady ) from telephone number [protected].
She told me before 14 days trial period unless cancel they are going to charge those amount monthly. she told me cant make refund but she can cancel further money gave me cancellation number as [protected]

My problem is although took such a amount of money i didn't receive any service or products except above mentioned 2 (two ) items why/
who gave them authority take money forget or mistake happen they can take money monthly without giving anything . This is illegal action or procedure. For example some dating sites take money until cancel but they give access during subscription period means giving some kind of service .

Under any condition they can't take Money like pirates this is forceful way and retaining someone else money. I can submit photos of those two products and anybody could realize value must be less than 10 Canadian Dollars.

I request refund my money which were taken by credit card on 2017 july 10 CAD 133.14 and 2017 July 12 as CAD 119.36 in respect of rules and regulation of Canada consumer protection Authority.

Hydroluxe Beauty trial face moisturizing lotion and wrinkle cream

I paid the shipping costs for these products on July 18, 2017 and received shipping confirmation on July 20 by email.
I did call and cancel prior to the 14 day trial period expiring but was charged on Aug 2, Aug 4 and Sept 2 & 4 on my credit card with each charge name being different from the Hydroluxe Beauty company name. Those names include:
ETERNAL BEAUTY SOL [protected], FL 33141, ESS BEAUTY SOLUTIONS [protected], TN 37115, PVC*EYESSOBEAUTIFUL, EBT*SKINSERUMESSENTL.

My credit card Fraud dept brought the Sept 4 charge to my attention and then I emailed the company. The following emails below were sent back and forth.
I spoke to Sidney in their customer service dept today who stated a shipment was sent to me on Sep 4 and because it was in route, they could not reverse the charges for this even if I sent it back as soon as I received the product. Makes no sense since they stated I need to send the trial product back to them if I wanted to cancel without charge in my most recent communications with them.
I have demanded to speak with a manager and Sidney stated the manager would have to call me back. I am awaiting that call.

Hydroluxe Beauty unauthorized credit card charges

I saw an ad on instate for free sample of their wrinkle product on July 23 2017. I normally do not buy anything without research so I youtubed it after watching a celebrity endorsement of the product. Afterwards I clicked on link and it redirected me to their website, which looked legitimate. I placed an order for one sample of the wrinkle cream then it prompted me to order more for discounted price. I did not agree to any other offers except another sample of their night cream. I paid for the purchases with my credit card and got email confirmation for both. Wrinkle cream was $5.08 CAD and night cream $6.37. I did receive the products and used them for couple days. I realized that the products only "worked" temporarily for couple hours at most if you didn't make any facial expressions, which is ridiculous. I stopped using it thinking it didn't hurt to try it. Today sept 1 I opened my visa statement to find unauthorized charges from the same companies that charged me on july 23 and july 24. My current statement showed additional charges on Aug 6 $117.17 CAD and Aug 8 $129.80. I called my bank and they confirmed that this was a known scam. I would have to wait to speak with the dispute department after the long weekend. I then found the customer service # for this company from the email order confirmation and called them. I told the representative of the situation. His name was Daniel ID#3874 and he was very calm as if he handles these types of calls every hour every day. He said the company cannot reverse the charges and its terms/conditions state that I would have to cancel my subscription within 14 days or be charged full price for the products. He said those were not samples but full size. By agreeing to buy the products I agreed to subscription. I read all fine prints and I did not see anything stating my automatic monthly subscription nor did I authorize further use of my credit card information to be stored or used subsequently!
When I realized that he was not going to help me and continue to repeat that it was not fraudulent and misrepresentation by his company, I asked him to cancel my account and confirm no further charges be made. He advised both accounts had been cancelled (I did not create two accounts which means they did it automatically for each product subscription) and provided me with cancellation #s. I have also made a complaint on instate as they recommend users to avoid buying goods yet they post ads continuously! Why didn't they vet this company? What about the other ads I was curious about? Was it just a pay day for them too?

Hydroluxe Beauty free sample... not so free!

Please read the fine print on any sample you try!
I was fooled. Property brothers name was on it so I figured it may be trustworthy. Sadly, I was wrong. I payed 6$ for the free sample, unknowing that after 14 days they were going to charge me 130$ for this tiny bottle no bigger then a babys finger. What is worse is I got two items so now I was charged another$150. They refuse refunds, only giving the u.s taxes of $100. The people on the phone are robots. All the care is to get paid and go home at the end of the day. No help. I have just lost myself $280, because I didnt cancle after 14 days, again, unknowing. I did not recieve an email letting me know of this scam. No where in my email did it say you must cancle by 14 days to not be charged. I feel so violated and scammed and I am very upset. I hope this doesnt happen to anyone else, but from what I have read... it is happening to alot more peoplen then you would realize.

Feel so ripped off! This is a deceptive offer. I was completely unaware I had to cancel subscirption after 14 days in order to not get charged again. This is NOT laid out in the promotional material. I thought I was paying for inital order plus shipping. After several charges of over $100 on my credit card I called the company and they mentioned terms were listed in the terms and conditions page. I did not see this page. They offered me a $100 credit to my credit card and that is all they could do. I am out over $200. Feel burned and taken advantage of. Never again.

Hydroluxe Beauty facial cream

Re: the Hydroluxe Beauty Company, I too like many others I read about on the Better Business Bureau, was dealt with underhandedly! I thought I was paying a small amount of money for a 'free trial ' of facial cream, only to have a couple of products sent to me monthly for the next couple of months and charged large amounts to my credit card... When I called the Company, they stated the conditions were that I would be sent monthly shipments unless I contacted them (I do not recall reading any conditions to the same during the initial order)! With each order that came to me, there was a $50 Gasoline rebate voucher which I asked about and was told that they had a problem with the Gas Companies so I couldn't use the vouchers but that Hydoluxe would offer me points instead towards future orders of their product! What a SCAM ! A VERY dishonest company working here... PLEASE read the BBB Reports of Complaints about this company !

I did your survey on Shaw and I wanted to try your free sample just pay shipping costs you got my bank information and then continued to withdraw a large amount if I wanted big bottle I would have bought one I am only on cpp disability I would have went to the drug store and bought cheaper I am not interested in your product I was talking to the better business bureau and they suggested I talk to you guys I would like a full refund on my product I want to unsubscribe my 2 email accounts are virgo_girls_ [protected]@hotmail. com and [protected]@hotmail.com shame on you guys you know full well you are misleading people I would like your legal team to contact me by email or telephone [protected] laurie stewart
