These people are bunch of scam!
I purchased a HVAC Blower Motor "hd44ar120" for $574 including next day shipping, I needed it because my home HVAC broke and I really needed this part asap. I placed the order on Friday and received a text that I will receive text message when the part is on its way and shipping information. I emailed them throughout the weekend asking them to provide me with a tracking number. On Monday, I receive a text message stating that my order has been cancelled and refunded without any explanation. Couple hours later I go back to the website to order the same part again and this time the part's price was changed to $574 so they added $50 extra to their list price and now they are going to make me re-purchase the same part and pay extra for shipping.

They clearly are aware that someone out there is looking to buy this part and really want it so they are going to make money on it on my urgency... F-you.

What a BS scam!

Wish I would have read reviews on better business bureau (which they are not accredited with bbb) before dealing with these veteran bozo’s! I had a question on the part I was ordering. couldn’t get ahold of anyone by phone, goes directly to voicemail anytime of the day. can’t get any answer when contacting support team by using contact us button on website. waited 48 hrs while having no a/c! finally, just ordered the part, got confirmation of purchase, 5 hours later (and too late to order from anywhere else that day) got text your order has been cancelled! email stating “this is a alert you that your order has been cancelled due to unexpected inventory issues. please do not hesitate to get in contact if you have any questions”. they do not respond in any way, shape or form. I look on their website and the part is on there but for $106.46 more! ordered part# [protected] hvac blower motor for $466.66, now on website for $573.12. wrote them stating that a good veteran would honor the price I paid! in reality any good business would honor the price, they obviously are not a business! they certainly don’t know what they are doing and just want to mess around with people. never heard back by phone, email, or text ever at any time. do not order from these bozo’s! I ended up only needing the bell housing so saved money in the long run. thanks bozo’s!

hvacpartsoutlet.com very bad online company

In my opinion, this company is a Joke and the owner is a bigger joke. Customer service sucks.

I ordered a specific part online and they ended up shipping a much cheaper version. When I called about this they said these parts change all the time and they say this in their agreement policy. This is what their agreement policy says.

“Images/Pictures
The images displayed are for reference only. Subtle design changes and part changes due occur frequently and it is not a guarantee an up to date image is available at the time of purchase. Purchases should not occur based upon an image only. Part numbers are the only way to ensure the item purchased is correct.”

I bought the item based on the part number. What they shipped was wrong. Instead of admitting to what they’re doing to people, I was instead call a “Dick” and many other names by the owner. They have threatened to take me to small claims court for starting a claim with PayPal against the transaction. I am now receiving harassing phone calls from the owner on my company line even after numerous request to stop call me.
