Hoodaki Scam

I have spent well over 10 hours on the phone to this company. Had 8 call backs promised which have never turned up and have been passed from person to person. I found the amazing prices online from a comparison site, rang up and spoke to Vikas who I made what I thought was the full booking there and then - he took my card payment details and promised me a confirmation email within a couple of days. I didn't receive one. I still hadn't received one by the 2nd Jan which was promised when I rang up to query. My booking wasn't ever made. After two days of trying to get through and being promised call backs I finally spoke to a different representative (Miles) who would take me call. He told me the booking had never been made, the payment never taken and he couldn't tell me why. Over the next few days I was promised 6 more call backs from both Vikas and Miles because no one else would deal with my questions and received none of them. I then rang the airline themselves who told me that whilst the tickets were reserved I would never have been able to buy them because of the rules of the particular airline, and they were very surprised when their rules had not been made clear by the agency. If I had of continued to attempt to make the payment I would have had to have buy a whole new flight ticket when I turned up to check in at the airport. With the lack of response and definite answers that I had and the fact that they were acting so suspicious meant I cancelled my card and they have never bothered to get back in touch with me once since I stopped calling them. Overall the worst service I have ever received.

Hoodaki Complete lies

I have booked 2 adults and 1 infant last Friday, 7th Sept., and paid the Full amount the same day.(Well the agent took all my card details and agent assured me everything is secured, nothing to worry about) Since everything is all set, I have informed my relatives about the holiday and our plans for Christmas as well as booking me and my husband's annual leave for the busy month of December

I have been in contact with one of the agents, R*****, and asked him plenty of times to send me our e-tickets and receipt. He kept on telling me e-tickets are on its way and that I have to wait until last night (Monday, 10 Sept. 2012) and until this morning (11 Sept. 2012). Nothing came until he emailed me this morning, saying our booked flights have been AMMENDED! How can that be possible? That is ridiculous! A flight, once it has been booked and paid for, is confirmed. Not unless, the PASSENGERS decided to rebook the flight, which obviously we did not!

I kept on phoning hoodaki as well as insisting that I wanted to speak to their Manager. Finally I was able to speak to the manager after 3-5 hours of waiting! Manager said, upon checking the details, NO FLIGHTS WERE BOOKED/CONFIRMED! Meaning, since Friday, I was waiting for NOTHING and completely wasted my time!

Manager came with a resolution that he will give me the original itinerary as discussed but there will be a price DIFFERENCE OF £80 on top of the price agreed. We don't mind the price difference, but with all the hassle and stress of arguing with different agents and the days that were all wasted because all the while no flights have been booked/confirmed as well as the agent, Rodney, who was dealing with our booking, kept on assuring us, that everything is fine and there's nothing to worry about - which was a COMPLETE LIE!

DO NOT EVEN TRY inquiring WITH HOODAKI. Very rude agent, useless resolution and VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

THEY WILL come up with a cheap fare, the first time you ring them, but after how many days of chasing for them to send e-tickets and receipt, they will charge you with a different price! COMPLETE LIES!

COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE! DO NOT EVEN TRY TO LOOK AT THEIR WEBSITE. VERY DECEIVING!

Hoodaki Poor customer service

Those who represent Hoodaki at all levels are letting down the organisation - they are rude and show no sympathy or compassion and do not respond to customers ! Their website asks, quote "What makes us different? While we love technology, there's nothing quite like talking to a human being... we have real travel people on the end of the phone ready to help." Unfortunately our experience has shown that this is not a professional organisation and they do not know what customer service is.A family member booked a flight ticket and one of the requirements was to enable the return date to be changed, if necessary. This is what whas confirmed in writing by Hoodaki, however upon trying to get back to the UK as a matter of urgency this was not possible - the airline confrimed that the ticket sold was not changeable and a new ticket purchased. Once back in the UK and having contacted Hoodaki, they were unwilling to help and will not even reply to emails - especially senior management. Three months later - still nothing! AVOID THIS ORGANISATION OTHERWISE IT WILL COST YOU IN THE LONG RUN.

Hoodaki Scammers -Don't buy any tickets from Hoodaki, All the staff working in India are rudest and their website is misleading and absolute rip off.
One of the staff was so abusive that I had to disconnect the call. Companies like this should be banned completely from UK.

Hoodaki Refund of tickets

I purchased 6 tickets from Hoodaki and fully paid for them. Unfortunately I had to cancel two of the 6 tickets due to one of the family members finding out that she is pregnant and cannot travel.This is all 6 months before we travel, mind you. Explained all this to the Agent requesting a refund which is stated on my tickets I am allowed. The worse part is getting 1/4 % of the ticket as a refund. I was not informed about this when I purchased the tickets.
They are rude and don't listen to what you are trying to explain.
Not happy at all.

Hoodaki Termination on the basis of medical grounds

I recently joined Benz Hoodaki, Noida and have completed all the joining formalities with the company. Before joining I had informed them that I am suffering from Epilepsy, however I have a doctor's fitness certicate to work. In response I was told that the document wont be required. Therefore I presumed that the company is satisfied with my employment. On 23 Dec 2009 I got a very minor jerk which no one even noticed, but since one employee sitting next to me told the HR manager and with immediate effect i was asked to leave. I have not been given any compensation for the no of days I attended the office. In addition the employer does not realize the opportuinity cost to me as I chose this company rejecting many others.
