My wife and I purchased a new TV from Vanns through Amazon.com. The chosen carrier was unfortunately HomeDirectUSA. Some time after our order, we received an email requiring us to schedule a delivery with HomeDirectUSA. There were instruction for an online process but after trying for some time, we decided to phone in as the online option was poorly put together and left many questions unanswered. Upon calling in for the first time, the hold time was EXCESSIVE. It was around 45 minutes before reaching an agent. The service was able to pick only Thursdays for the delivery and we were told...

We purchased exercise equipment from COSTCO.com, and unfortunately the shipping company of choice was HomeDirectUSA. After going online to check the order status it said that the contact # was invalid. After checking the information that they were given, we could see that they had been given the correct #, but we had never been called. I began trying to contact them - only to be put on hold time and time again, never, ever getting anyone to answer. I sent an email, and also no answer. I began to leave messages with the company on salespeople's voicemail...begging them to have customer...

Ordered a $4000.00 product from a company in Kansas City who shipped it from California. They said that they use HomeDirect delivery because of a low damage rate. Good enough. So ok, I started checking into this company and they said that they had full tracking of the freight just like UPS and I was told that i would have the product in my hand in 3 weeks. I let them know upfront that it was a Christmas present for my wife and it had to be here before then. That gave them 5 weeks. When I received the initial call from homedirect to verify my address, the woman was rude but I let it go. ...
