Read this before you hire Hobbs and Hobbs concrete if you are considering hiring them for concrete work. Read what happened with us and you'll see why. I would highly recommend you doing some research on Hobbs & Hobbs concrete before hiring them. We hired Hobbs Concrete on 06/03/2011 to create a concrete patio 600sqft with a border. They came out a few days later to poar the concrete and that is when things began to go haywire. During the poring day "Donald (Don) Hobbs" requested the remaining 50% of the project with the excuse that he was going to go out of town and that he it would be a few days until they sealed the concrete.

Don Hobbs who is one of the owners of Hobbs concrete did a job for us in the $25.000.00 range. He signed off on the contract as paid in full. We thought we were finished. The post man shows up with a certified letter from one of his sub contractors. Hobbs failed to pay his sub and they put a lien on the property. Hobbs also asked us to make the check to him. ( we later found out he is going through a divorce ) Hum... Hobbs said he would guarantee the concrete for two years. If he won't answer our calls or text messages who is he going to do the warranty work?? I would suggest that if you are looking to have work done in The Dallas Fort Worth area you DO NOT consider
