Health Care in Dutchess County N.Y Denied health care even with full insurance coverage

I would like everyone to know you can be denied all health care, even with full, paid for by you, medical insurance coverage. I fell down 3 times in early 2005, unable to walk, speak and tasting metal.I was then drugged without consent with(Keterolac tromethamine inj.)( my insurance comp. sent me the paperwork about that)and told on the 3RD ER trip to St. Francis Hospital (2 times by ambulance) that I could not be admitted because they would have to run more test! I was questioned about 'What stress I was under' I said none, something was wrong with my back. I fell down because it felt like something ripped in my back, then it felt like lightening travelling down my spine. My legs lost all feeling and I collapsed unable to breath . I then passed out.# times I tried to get help. By the 3rd time I could only taste metal in my mouth and I could not even remember what day it was. This diagnosis of stress did not stop the er from giving me an injection or giving me 500 mg. pills of methocarbonal and nabumetone (2 times a day 1000 mg each)) to take at the hospital & a prescription for at home.I tried to get help from other dr's Dr, Nardi/ I had incontinence. Dr. Barrick/ my test results-C5-C6 broad based posterior bulge with spondylotic ridging. Disc osteophyte complex extends into the right lateral epidural recess and neural foraman recommend clinical correlation for c6 nerve root impingement. His advice ' I've seen worse you are only depressed.' Sent to a neurologist / his test results- 24 hour brain eeg- I LOC (loss of consciousness- 1, 346 spikes/137 rythmic spikes/7 spike bursts- this was 3 MONTHS LATER I a was still trying to get medical help- his diagnosis I was depressed I needed medication for it. So I would not be overly creative. I tried another area hospital this time they said I also had 2 disc out in my neck. They said see the Dr. you have been seeing then they gave me 2 pain killers percoset/ and another called?I have the paperwork .
Since sept. 2005 I have been treating myself. I have only seen one walk in clinic Dr. for a cold so bad I needed an antibiotic. I will continue to treat myself. I have to here .
