Bad business partners
Hanceinc is a rapidly growing IT consulting company. Company may be small but give importance to values and people relations. I'm working for HanceInc for the past 2 years. HanceInc runs on Integrity and Good Values. When a company grows it is important to hold tight the values as well as to conform to the policies, which makes it viable for its next level. HanceInc is cared about it and sure this good attitude will show up.
They treat the consultants really good. Sumanth Yellanki responds to my concerns really fast and kept his promises. I never had any bad experiences with Sumanth & Srikanth.
HanceInc is loyal to their consultants and expect the same from the consultants. HanceInc provides good training services.
I am really happy to work for HanceInc and will continue to work for them.

hello guys, , , I had no issues with this consulting firm. i am not sure what happened to this guy by named Malli who had submitted the earlier compliant. As a matter of fact, i have never heard this guys name for the past 3 years that I have been working with them. i believe this should be by some personal grudge being shown on this firm

HanceInc is a great company to work for. For those who made a decision to move to HanceInc., made a good decision. Sumanth Yellanki & Srikanth Yellanki are the people to trust. They are strict on their policies.
Hance Inc is sold out to Raju Indukuri. Amsol Inc is the big group of companies with IK Solutions, Prudent, Hance Inc and so on. Amsol Inc is already blacklisted and moved few of its employees to these sister companies.
HanceInc is a great company to work for. They kept the promise they made. For those who made a decision to move to HanceInc., made a good decision. They make the carriers of their consultants. Sumant Yellanki is the Person to trust.
