Refer to booking ID A-6338DXDGWGFP.

The driver called me and asked me to cancel because he don't want to send me to my home. He even said that if I cancel the booking, just add RM3. I think this attitude of the driver cannot be accepted. He even not talking nice to me. Please monitor this drive and not to happen to other customer. Please do take action about this.

Grab Grab taxi from yhe airport

I was scammed by a Grab driver 1000RM after arrival in Malaysia. The experience really killed me emotional because the driver insisted on payment whereas payment was made already on the card. I reported to grab service but they have not gotten back to me.

The driver picker me up at 7:08 pm at Regalia Residence to drop me off at OYO 1055 Batu star hotel at 7:38 pm.

The name of the driver is Kelly Sim Kar Wai.

Grab Lack of customer service

November 1, 2023, I reached out to Grab Customer Support to follow up with my PWD discount that I am entitled to, the agent Lynnie same with her Supervisor Jane did not provide me correct information not until I am already frustrated and having an anxiety attack. Take note that my disability in the ID I have sent them is mental disability and they have access to it. For some reason they are intentionally make me wait for their replies, on the App I can see that they already read my replies and they are not replying not until I am already frustrated! They did not take my mental health and situation seriously. I am trying to get well, but they just triggered my Anxiety back.

Grab Grab Help Centre

Grab had been charging me extra on the tol charges to Ciq 2nd link , the drivers are aware of the actual fees, but since the tol amount is automated by default in the app , they choose to be greedy and take more money from me .

I reported this to grab so many for refund and rectification on app , neither reply nor response from them ! And even their chat is not helpful at all .

Desired outcome: I want my refund for all my lodged cases

Grab Food app

Grab has a feature to redeem grab gifts but they don't come up in payment options. It shows in your account but during the order process it's not really clear how it's applied although you follow the steps 1 to 3 to redeem the grabgift and that doesn't accomplish it either.

So when your food arrives by delivery, you will need to pay cash because they didn't deduct it from your grabgift in your account.

If you contact their help center you will be told you forgot to put the grabgift on your order and it's not on their end. How to put it on your order is never explained.

Basically the app is poorly done as a user experience and doesn't meet simple expectations.

Help Center just insults you saying you forgot to do something that you never knew to do.

Time to uninstall.

Grab Transport Support Helpdesk

I am trying to contact your regards during booking a transport using your app. the pass my booking is normal JusrGrab card and now default give me Premium which I don't want. until no choose i have send a request to cancel account. However, you support text me and not friendly is the way that not interested to know my problem. just want to confirm to deactivated account . been using grab for many year and very disappointed. Grab Cash wallet top up

Is been a frustrating month, I top up $50 to my cash wallet on 7 August but was not reflected. Has been calling and emailing grab' help centre, all the agents told me the same thing, will bring up to their relevant department but issue still not resolved. The last agent I spoke to told me he will get his manager to call me and he did on 30th August but till now still no news of resolving the issue.

Desired outcome: Recover my $50 top up

Grab Refund for grabpay

I order from pizza website, paid with grabpay, order cancelled and no refund yet. Its been 14 days. Each time i ctc customer service they said 24 hrs then 72 hours then 5 working days... Till now nothing. I did not any refund till date. Each time being transfered to faulty department, or agents will say they expedite or they will give you a rude answer or keep repeating the same phrase that we will email u. Check email and etc. Such a rude, worst, stinky, irresponsible and dumb customer service. Basically if our money goes in grab it never comes out.

Grab Unauthorized drop point

I would like to report an incidents which happen on August 9, 2023 at 8:38 PM. My son booked a grab car and was picked up by certain GENESIS ALBA BAUTISTA, driving a MITSUBISHI ADVENTURE with plate number NBU 2492. He pick up my son at AYALA MALL PASAY but unfortunately due to unknown reason he dropped my son at SOLAIRE RESORT, instead of dropping him to our house which is at 3221 tindalo st, UPS 2, Paranaque City. According to my son Mr BAUTISTA get easily irritated by traffic to the point that he is punching his driver handle. This man dont have a space in trasportation business. I hope that he will be sanctioned and penalize for what he did. I want to know what penalty that this man will be receiving. This kind of person with ABUSIVE AND HOT TEMPERED MAN must be remove from Grab because it will destroy the good image and service of the company. I hope to here from you. Grab Customer Service

Your solving issue is too slow. By the way you waived off the fees before I can book a grab. I'm already find way to reach my destination! I'm getting so disappointed with the speed of your assistance I did not even received any call from the grab hitch and I don't even have the car plate number, how do I know which is my grab driver. I got no ways to contact anyone. Please look into this kind of issue seriously. You are giving customers a very hard time as we got urgent matter and unable to book a grab without payment of the nuisance fee charge. This is so unfair to a customers. Have to pay for the fee before we can book a grab!

Grab customer service

they took so long to solve a minor issue. worst customer services ever. i received my order in bad condition twice. doesn't bother to report it the first time. i sent a complain for the second time. they doesn't get back to me at all. no apology, no compensation, nothing. opt to chat with customer services, no agent available. compared to uber, they are way far behind in term of how they treat their customer. i don't have they picture in my laptop but i do keep the reference numper for the complaint i sent.

Grab Desire to change the system

I made my first food order at 18:50. After that, the estimated arrival time was changed many times and it was canceled from the shop about 2 hours later. Next, I ordered the next food at 20:35.

The estimated time of arrival was changed many times and was canceled when the driver was not found at 23:00.

I can't cancel, but can I cancel without permission from the store and Grab?

If the first order was late, I could have searched for the next store if I could cancel it. Also, if I couldn't find a driver, I should have been able to go to a restaurant to eat if I could cancel without waiting for more than two hours.

I was kept waiting like an idiot for 4 hours and was at a loss at midnight with nothing to eat.

Is it possible to fully use the Grab service without making a reservation from the day before?

If you don't come even if you wait at least one hour, please make it possible to cancel.

Grab Grab poor customer service

I received a text messages from Grab saying that i used abusive words. I want to say that I did use some abusive words like (stupid, slow as [censored], [censored]). I will not deny any of that. What I'm frustrated about is the fact that Grab has responded to my report a week after it has created. It was created on 15 Jun. I got a respond from their email department asking the same images that I have informed the previous agents to attach it in the report. I expect them to go extra miles and check everything from the chats conversation. I wasted my time to chat with Sara, Aliff & Dian just trying to understand about the benefits of GRAB UNLIMITED SERVICE. But, none of them tried to explain to me clearly on how to use it and all of them keep repeating the same thing that they will escalate this to the relevant department and ask me to wait. First of all, no notification sent to me confirming that the report has been escalated. Then, i contacted back and got so frustrated with Aliff because he keeps on triggering me. He keeps asking me the same images i have sent to the previous agent. And again, I've been asked to give again the screenshot of evidence that shows why the voucher from Grab Unlimited hasn't applied to my order. I sent multiple images from the Reward section and from the checkout page. And now that it's over, I made a complaint and ask Sooriakumar to created a complaint for these 3 agents. But he ignores that request. So i sent a feedback from the Help Center option, and today, I got a message saying I have intolerable behaviour. Put myself in your shoe, receiving a slow reponse from your customer service agents and not getting clear information on the services you have provided. Furthermore, the issue you had with Malaysian rider versus Singaporean citizen that happens recently, indicates how ignorance GRAB can be. No matter towards to their rider, but towards their users as well. I will stop using Grab and and will share this ridiculous experience to everyone i know. I understand Grab is trying to be extra protective to their agetns. But i need Grab to understand why i reacted the way i did is because your services is very poor! I've been working as a customer service for 7 years and definitely I understand the feelings being an agent. But this is not a personal attack but more like a frustration to the lack of understanding & communication from your end. I have been loyal to Grab since 2016 until now and i got nothing in return but a being accused as an abuser by Grab. Fantastic! GOODBYE GRAB!

Last June 19,2023 We booked grab express from my Aunt's Adress from Makati to our address to Cainta . We decided to grab express the parcel so that is not hassle to commute from Makati To Cainta.
