I went with GPS FHLA LLC and paid $500.00 down payment initially and then an agreed monthly payment of $333.50. I have never received any updates and they won't return phone calls and no audit. I would like a refund. No service was done.

My name is Oscar and I too was taken for a ride. My 75 year old neighbor was about to lose her house and they promised that they could help her or refund all but $215.00 of the $3, 500.00 so I sent them the funds. They couldn't do anything, she has now lost her house and after speaking to Bryan Richards on October 20th, he told me to give him a month so he could give me my refund, he stated that it would be deposited into the account it was taken from. He stated that he needed time because the attorneys were not going to be too happy about having to refund the money. I waited until December the 11th to call him back and I find out that none of their telephone numbers work. What can I do besides get really upset?

GPS FHLA LLC is now operating under the name BRL Services LLC. I am pursuing them as well for taking my parents (elderly and disabled) for a ride.
