Order placed on May 18th, money withdrawn from credit card June 20th 2017. No product has arrived. E-mailed company three times, no response. Asked for refund as well. Too bad they dont seem to care about customers or to deliver items people have paid for. The homepage seems to be focused on legal stuff and policies. Seen other customers that have complained here and got their issues resolved. I hope that I will be that lucky too.
Hi, I have purchased a GPS tracking device from this company (Order nr: 318). I have placed the order in August and received the product finally in December. The product is completlely out of fucntion. The product fails even to turn on. The product does not charge up. The product does not connect to the location sevices. It seems that there is no connection between the device and the location server (in Gemany).
