Global Auto Mall Failed to fid my van. Didn't order part. Took my money. Gave no refund

This company starts out trying to squeeze you for over $1, 000 when you come there. They have no intention of doing the work that you ask for. They didn't fix my van. I paid cash..but they did not even order the part. Then they refused to give a refund. It's been 2 months ...no refund and the better business bureau doesn't help. I've contacted consumer affairs. I later found out that the work that they said they did and charged me for labor and parts...well they didn't do. I had to pay another dealer all over.

Global Auto Mall Fraud

To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing to you in regards to the unfair marketing strategy that is being employed by Global AutoMall in North Plainfield, NJ.
I have received a flyer from the above mentioned car dealer saying that if the number on the outside matches the inside you have won one of those three things: a car, a GPS or a three day vacation. But you had to come in and “claim” the prize. I showed up and had to sit through an hour car presentation, but ok. I found out I won a vacation, I was of course so excited. They gave me a flyer from World Wide Travel Center, and I was smart enough to research the firm and found tons of complaints - it’s a pure scam.

I was told by Roman Zdeb (customer service rep at Global AutoMall ) that they have sent out 150, 000 of flyers like this. My point is: you can’t use marketing strategy like that, saying that people had won something and then giving them scam. Not everyone will go on google.com and research the company. Who knows how many people will get manipulated into this “vacation” scam. I had contacted them several times- Joe Morales - is the GM.
I missed a class because you had to claim “the prize” in person and I wasted over an hour of my time, and honestly, I feel like a fool. They are a bunch of crooks those people.

What I can say is this...I went there in late February to their KIA dealership and spoke to a salesperson named NAOMI. I looked at a Rondo and asked about the best price they would offer. She said like 15000 but I would not qualify for the low APR since I am taking cash back. I said well thats still too much per month. Later the next day I decided to speak with someone in the finance dept since I did not want to bother NAOMI. Well NAOMI called me back on my cell, "HOW DARE YOU CALL SOMEONE HERE BEIND MY BACK, THE NUMBER I TOLD YOU IS THE NUMBER I TOLD YOU (SHOUTING AT THIS POINT). At that point I told her I didnt want to bother her, and she yelled again, "NEXT TIME YOU CALL ME DIRECTLY" At that point I decided to get my KIA at another dealer. I also complained to KIA worldwide in California. WHo needs that crap. Seems like now they are suckering people into thinking they are giving away free 50 inch TVs.
