In September 2015 I placed an order for two leotards that totaled $60. Two weeks passed by with no shipping update. I emailed them asking for order status. I was falsely reassured stating "excessive orders" were the cause of delay & I'd get my merchandise. Oh, maybe A MONTH passes with no word to which I again contacted the email, no reply. FRNMY Virgin Leotard

I placed an order with this company on July 20th, 2015. I saw where multiple times on the site and on my receipt it said it'll take 2-4 weeks to receive your items. After giving it a month I sent the owner (Marcellus Gray...I believe) an email asking when will my item ship...no reply. After about a week or so I reached out to the company via their Instagram page. Someone messaged me back and said send another email. So I did...I was then told the company was in the process of moving and orders were behind!? September rolls around still no tracking or anything. I then send another email and it read "hi hun I have your order here, I'll be shipping it as soon as I'm done..I can't wait to see you in it" So here we are it's October and I still have nothing. I've sent a total of four emails this month alone and I've received no reply. I sent another message and post via instagram and I was blocked! I've began the process of filling my dispute via paypal. It's really sad that this is the manner in which this company handles their business. I find it sad and mind boggling that small businesses want our support but they can't handle themselves in a business like manner. Buyers Beware!
