I recently purchased flowers for my sister-in-law after her brother's passing. The advertisement mentioned that the flowers would be arranged in a vase by a professional florist. To confirm, I called the day before to ensure that the flowers would not be delivered in a box. I was assured that they would indeed be delivered in a vase designed by a florist. However, when my sister-in-law received the roses, they were in a box along with a vase, and she had to arrange them herself. I believe this is false advertising, and as a florist myself, it is quite embarrassing. My order number was *** and the purchase was made on May 6th.

Thanking you for making this such an easy process in order to celebrate and recognize family, friends and colleagues. When one delivery was delayed, it was easy to click on the CHAT NOW button and chat with an online representative and resolve why my third floral arrangement wasn't delivered on the scheduled date. The tracking system was also very helpful, allowing me to view the confirmation of the deliveries. (3 different arrangements to 3 different recipients.)

As of today, all floral arrangements have been delivered and the recipients were appreciative of the beauty it brought to their homes during these crazy times we are facing as a society.

Your flowers arrived even earlier than I expected, & my mother is gushing over how beautiful they are! They're to kick off her 91st birthday, & they arrived just in time to adorn her birthday breakfast table. I'm so impressed with your service! A recent experience with another company was not nearly so positive. Your flowers & service are worthy of royalty as you've just delivered to Florida State University's very, very 1st Homecoming Queen from back in 1948! Google her & you'll see her beautiful smile! Beautiful flowers, delivered on time. I ordered the regular (smallest size) Flower Fields Mason Jar bouquet. When ordering, I had trouble imagining how fewer flowers than the deluxe-size photo would still look like a full bouquet, but it's gorgeous. It is not quite as tall and rounded as the website photo, but it is still a very nice size bouquet with a lot of pretty flowers that look just like the photo. My friend was so excited to receive such a beautiful and cheerful bouquet that she immediately sent a photo to show it off. Good value compared to most other websites, and so far I have had much better luck with this site's bouquets actually looking like the pictures. Very satisfied - I will order again!

The goods were provided perfectly and without delay. It was an extremely comprehensive process, and I felt very informed about the status of my purchase. I will be using this service in the future for more cute surprise gifts. One thing that I would love if the site added would be more package deals. Like I got the chocolates and teddy bear with my flowers. So more options like that or maybe the ability to coordinate it with something like an amazon purchase. That way I could send some personalized gifts with the flowers and not worry about trying to manage the uncertain delivery windows of other companies. Not something that takes away from what the service is, just an idea on a way to enhance it even more.

[protected]) Jay, delivery driver from Neilson (sp) Florist was very kind once able to reach me.. He called several times and also went to the leasing office of my complex with the intention of delivering these flowers in their respective time frame. He was also 1.5 hours ahead of delivery cutoff! I admire his persistence as they very well could've not been delivered on time, or at all yesterday.
Please see this is forwarded to Lisa I believe is the name of the Florist he delivers for, so he is recognized as a value and asset to the company(s) he is working for.

Great job folks! I had first checked the more well known companies, at least to me anyways (FTD, 1-800-FLOWERS, etc.) and the earliest delivery time they could provide was a minimum of five days. When I ordered the flowers it was early evening on Friday and I desired a Saturday delivery for my aunt who just entered into a hospice program so time was of the essence. Thank you From You Flowers for coming through. Not only were your prices much better than elsewhere you delivered on time. And the flowers look prettier in person than they did online. So kudos for a job well done! I don't order flowers very often but you can bet I will you use your company from now one and tell others to do so as well.

Thanks again for brightening my aunt's day!

FromYouFlowers.com I've never had orchids

I've never had orchids. I'm 58 years old ands my mom is rapidly suffering from alzheimers. She had in her mind for months to get me orchids. Why I have no idea but its been an obsession. There are many bad sites misleading regarding flowers etc. and with the pandemic I was afraid to order a plant thru the mail - that it would be damaged etc... But the other day I tried again and found your site. My orchid plant arrived today in perfect condition. the wrapping is phenominal. I ordered purple as that is her favorite color. I'm hoping tomorrow she will have a better day so I can explain to her that I actually HAVE AN ORCHID PLANT!
I haven't seen her in 3 months due to nursing hoe quarantine.
Thank you for full-filling this quest of my wonderful mother who now may not recall she wanted to get it for me but I pray the news will put a smile on her face and maybe a lasting memory.

FromYouFlowers.com This is the second time I've used this service

This is the second time I've used this service. I hope my flower cake will be as lovely as the last one.
Upon arrival of my flower birthday cake I was happy to see the flowers looked large and fresh. However, I was disappointed with the presentation. In the picture the cake sits on a pleated skirt, has 4 purple and white swiss dot large bows around the sides of the cake and the top outside edge is trimed in small green button pompoms.
The cake that was delivered had no pleated skirt, blue tiny bows and no green button pompoms along the top outside edge.
Purple is her favorite color and if they didn't have the small green button pompoms they could have substituted with a row of different colored daisies. I have to admit i was very disappointed.
When ordering from some online sites they as for splecial requests or specifications. I didn't see this on this web site. Had it been there I would have specified that i want purple bows
for sure and the cake should resemble the picture as closely as possible.

So I wanted to send my bf flowers for his birthday. I ordered them the night before w/ expedited delivery, so it would arrive by noon on his birthday. When 1:00 rolled around, and I hadn't received a delivery confirmation, or txt from my bf, I called customer service. I was told, that the florist they had sent my order to didn't deliver to that address. I was so irritated. I asked the cust service rep, why nobody called to inform me that my delivery (that was suppose to be delivered by 12) hadn't called to let me know that there was a problem. All I got was attitude. So I asked what the next step would be. Did I need to go else where and try and make a new delivery or what. She said that they were still working on it and that they would let me know if they couldn't get it delivered. Seeing as how 3:00 was the latest any florist would take a new order for same day delivery, I wasn't completely confident w/ them getting my order processed and delivered before it was to late for me to make different arrangements. So I asked the rep if I could wait on hold while they contacted the florists. I was rudely told that I couldn't wait on hold because she had other calls and customers who wanted to actually buy something. By this time I was irate. So ive purchased from your company (spent extra for expedited delivery), only to be told that my purchase may not be delivered and when I want to verify the delivery for today, im told, I cant because of other customers. Apparently ASSISTING VALUED CUSTOMERS LIKE MYSELF, only applies to new customers wanting to purchase and not customers who have already paid and only have a complaint or an issue that needs to be solved. After expressing my hesitation w/ waiting for a call back, in hopes that they do there job right. The rep placed me on hold and then "accidently" hung up on me. Of course I didn't get a return call. So I called back and got another rep, who said they were processing my delivery and they would contact me if there was any issue w/ it being delivered by end of business that day. Being skeptical of there ability to actually do there job, I started looking online again for someone else who could deliver that day. By this time its after 2pm and the only online same day delivery that was still accepting orders was flowers-from-you. So I got everything ready to submit a new order and seeing as how it was 2:45 ( 15 mins left to submit new delivery) I called back. The rep I got that time, informed me that they would not be able to deliver today but could guarantee delivery for next day. IM STEAMING. Why the F has nobody called to inform me, like they said they would, if they couldn't deliver my flowers. The guy said he was extremely sorry and blah blah blah. Not once did any rep do anything productive or even try and problem solve. All I got was attitude and answers to what they COULDNT do for me. I asked if I made a new order, if the rep could apply the $ ive already spent to the new order and just cancel the old. Of course I was told no. I would have to cancel and wait up to 3 days for my refund.
I went ahead and submit my 2nd order anyways. It goes through w/ confirmation that it would be delivered same day to the same address that I was told earlier was undeliverable.
I then told the rep to cancel my order.

Making a long story short...
From-you-flowers has the most UNHELPFUL, UNPRODUCTIVE or proactive reps I have ever had the privilege of working w/.
Not one person gave me options (except to have my bday delivery delivered the day after the bday) if I place a new order and have it go through, why didn't they just resubmit my first purchased order. On top of not being competent enough to actually solve a problem. They treated me like an UNVALUED customer by not even taking the time to call and let me know 1 - there might be an issue delivering MY expedited deliver on time 2- that it wouldn't be delivered at all even after a called and stressed the fact that I need to know asap if I need to make other arrangements.
***worse and most stressful online purchase process ever. The flowers that were finally delivered form my 2nd order were absolutely beautiful, but I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy if hell froze over. I am absolutely unsatisfied w/ everything past actually placing the order for my flowers.

I ordered and was delivered three arrangements. Well received and pretty flowers. I have two orders in for Valentine's roses with free chocolates. FYF keeps sending emails with a $14.06 credit/discount. The roses with "free" chocolates that started at $38.90 ended up costing $85.00. I just can't afford From You Flowers, even with discounts.

I ordered a floral arrangement on Friday, May 12 at 7:11 am, to be delivered on Saturday. I received an email on Saturday, May 13 at 6:30 pm saying the flowers had been delivered, which they never were. After several calls (having to call back as they did not contact me as promised), they tried to offer me a 50% refund and 20% off the next order. They also said they were unable to reach the florist. (Hard to believe they couldn't contact a florist on a Monday at 3:30 pm.) I insisted several times on a full refund. NEVER, EVER use this company. It feels like a huge scam, and after reading other reviews here on the BBB, I should have checked here first. And what a shame my 88 year old mother-in-law did not receive her flowers. Good luck to you if you decide to use them after reading this.

When I ordered them they gave me a delivery date for 5/12 and 5/13 when I checked on Sunday if they were going to be delivered on the day I noticed that the delivery date changed to the following day, today, they still have not been delivered.

I was looking through this website to see about purchasing since flowers for Mother's Day this past Saturday. I had two bouquets in my cart, however, I never completed the purchase. Then, I find several charges on my credit card for the flowers. Mind you, I never placed the order and have no proof of placing an order (no email or text message). When I called the customer service line, I spoke to someone who didn't understand what I was saying. Then, I was transferred to the supervisor. She told me that those charges will stay on my credit card for a few days, depending on my bank. I told her I never placed any orders, do why are they charging my credit card. She didn't give be a direct answer, so I hung up on her. I contacted my credit card bank and made sure to cancel the charges. This seemed too iffy for me. They told me there were several pending charges from From You Flowers. They instructed me to close my current credit card and get a new credit card mailed to me. This was the worst experience I ever had and hope this business gets shutdown.

My husband ordered flowers four days in advance for Valentines Day to surprise me. He was told delivery to a business will be during operational time, between the hours of 8-5. I never received them that day. He then got a email stating it was delivered about 7PM. The following day when I got to work they were no where to be found. He tried calling and emailing to see what happened and never got a response. Several calls and emails later he finally got someone to answer and he asked for a refund. Employee asked him if a refund of 20% was okay. He said no, she never received anything so I want my full refund. I have never been so upset with a company.

I ordered flowers for my Mothers 100th birthday. I paid extra to ensure it was delivered on time. It was delivered 3 days late. ! I thought I'd give them another chance and ordered for Mothers day. Again, I paid extra for expedited delivery to ensure it arrived before Mothers day. And they will deliver 3 days late again. this company doesn't do what they say they will do. They have no integrity. Their promises are worthless. Don't order from them.!

I have ordered 6 times this week from them and 2 of my orders were completely wrong and 1 was even delivered to the wrong address. I contact their support chat, email and even their phone lines and they all have different answers and don't understand what I'm saying to them. They just keep offering me discounts instead of delivering the product I had purchased. Ordered 2 dozen rose 2 weeks ago to deliver on Friday before mother's day. 3days later still no flowers. I keep calling and getting the same response "THEY ARE OUT FOR DELIVERY." I will buy flowers from *** this is a total disappointment. Ruined my weekend plans.

I ordered Mothers Day flowers for my Mother-in-law. I ordered one dozen rainbow flowers, in a pretty vase that says Mom, with a heart that says Love you. What she received was a plain glass vase, 8 roses, some dying with no vibrancy in color at all! They also wrote Mom on a piece of paper and taped it to the vase. It was wet and smeared when it arrived. I called and was told all they could do was re deliver them on May 23rd. So 10 days later. I’m highly upset! I sent an email to them after talking with customer service. They refunded me $6.00! Not acceptable! I even sent them pictures! Awful awful company! Do Not Use!

I recently left a review about the bad experience I had with the delivery of two floral arrangements. While that experience left a really bad taste in my mouth, their response to my issue restored my faith in good old customer service. Weather is certainly a factor that triggered delivery issues for arrangements scheduled for Valentines weekend 2021. No one can control the weather. Vendors played a role as well. A less than stellar arrangement is just that. With or without bad weather. The company probably needs to review their weather crisis plan and conduct an a regular audit of their vendors. This rating is for the respect, concern and resolution given to my issue.

I ordered premium price for flowers arrangement, it supposed to be stunning pink and white lilies, paid almost $100 for my mother for her Mother's Day, how disappointed and sad to see the picture of arrangement that she received, only 1 (one) flower is bloomed. Flowers sent to mother had broken stems and brown, wet leaves. Mother contacted company and spoke to representative for 30 minutes with no resolution. I then contacted company and only received received a 30% credit for “troubles.” Very poor customer service. Disappointed in product.

Ordered a simple arrangement for deliver 2 days ahead of time for a Friday. This was a special day and it was necessary for the flowers to arrive on that day. Flowers never arrived, I contacted customer service via email, got back the stock answers " We are sorry, checking into what happened" etc. I then get an email the next morning stating my delivery is now scheduled for the next week on Tuesday! Really?! Kind of not necessary at this point! No offer for a voucher or to upgrade my order or anything. I have requested a refund...Never again, lost a good customer.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the Customer Service division as I have not received any resolution regarding the non-delivery of birthday flowers for my sister. Instead, I have been given multiple excuses which I believe to be false. It is currently Wednesday and my sister still has not received her flowers, despite already paying for them. In response to their lack of action after my initial complaint, I sent the following message to Customer Service: "Dear Customer Service, My sister was at home all day on Monday and if anyone had attempted to deliver the flowers, her dog would have alerted her. She was also at home all day today, Tuesday, due to the snow. I provided her phone number with the order so she could be contacted if there were any issues. She will be at home all day tomorrow, Wednesday, so please ask the florist to call her and arrange the delivery of her 79th Birthday flowers. I used your service last year and had a great experience, but I am extremely disappointed with the service this year."

Absolutely horrific experience. Every order they ship does not match product description or photography. Preordered flowers for my mom for Mother’s Day which were delivered but do not match the order at ALL. Ugly cheap flowers in disgusting vase sent that do not match the order. Customer service emails are like talking to a robot, refusing to provide a refund and/or correct item. I can’t imagine anyone else getting away with shipping the wrong item to a customer and getting away with it. Worst company ever like actually the worst

So I ordered same day delivery flowers for my mom's bday the florist delivered them to the wrong house I had interacted with customer service all day to make sure they would be delivered and got no where they never showed. After they never arrived they said they would invest and get back to me never did. The next day it showed delivered it wasn't they told me they couldn't refund me or resend until they investigate and will get back to me in 24 to 48 hrs. Get an email saying delivered they worry they send they would resend the that day and didn't called back end of day and they said now it would be tomorrow's. I said no this is just embarrassing at this point they tried to upgrade my bouquet, give me a gift certificate, partial refund at which I refused all because I wasn't chancing another day going buy and the same thing happening all over. So my dad walked down our st and found them sitting on a neighbors front porch after I was fully refunded thank God. This arrangement had been knocked over, water spilled out and flowers half dead. But the kicker was it was an awful arrangement ot looked nothing like the photograph not even close to it. These flowers were so embarrassing I'm so glad I got my refund before we found them. I told my mother she could just toss them, she didn't though. Don't ever use this company they may guarantee their product and service but you have to wait until all he'll breaks loose and call a million times to find out what's going on and wait for your refund. It's sickening what I got compared to the picture even if they made the arrangement smaller it could have been done using similar flowers and colors. Please don't waste your time and money.

Can I give them zero stars? I wish I would have looked here before ordering. The company is a scam. I spent $75 and I ordered a pretty mother's day bouquet and special vase and the sent her 5 flowers only - JUST 5! no bouquet as pictured...just 5 flowers and they were in a generic clear vase. NEVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!

I tried several times with this company but time and time again they have let me down. I wish I could give them -5 stars.One time they sent my MIL dead flowers they werent in a vase (which I ordered). I was so embarrassed. Just today I ordered flowers for a man who lost his mother. they said same day when in fact, I received an email that stated that the flowers would not be delivered until next Wednesday! I have given them several chances . Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

I am less than impressed with the service of this company. I ordered flowers last Friday June 17th and what was delivered to my employee as a Get Well bouquet, looked nothing like what was described or shown online. It was supposed to come in a mason jar with beautiful, colorful flowers. What was delivered was mostly greens and a couple of daisy's and cheap looking flowers, in a plain vase. Definitely not worth the price I paid! I will not be ordering flowers from this company again.

However, after leaving a negative review explaining everything that went wrong. Several people reached out to me. They redelivered the flowers at no cost. And refunded the same day fees. They showed care and concern regarding my negative experience and they immediately took corrective action. Mistakes happen all the time; This company cares about making it right. I will absolutely be using them again next year.
