FinancialClaimsUK.com Excessive bank charges

I sent my Bank statements to this company in 2007.On Aug 9th 2007 I supplied them with details which they requested in a letter which acknowledged receipt of the claim pack previously sent to them.Nevertheless I completed a second "Third Party Authorisation"document which they had also asked for.
At that time I also asked for an update on progress as the OFT v BANKS court case was ongoing.
Since that time I have had no response and doubt that any correspondence to the address of their Claims Dept. namely PO BOX 359, HANWORTH, FELTHAM, TW13 6WF Wwill get me anywhere.
As they have all the relevant Bank Statements I am at a loss as to how to proceed.
