CBS Interactive kc-bal game on sunday, 1/28/2024

This is an English-speaking nation by history, custom, and the preference of the majority of us in the U.S. Why are you broadcasting in Spanish?

I either immediately change the chanel, or turn off the sound. There is a Spanish option on my tv settings - why don't they use that. If Spanish speakers don't like that, they should consider moving to a Spanish-speaking country.

CBS SUCKS when broadcasting in Spanish.

CBS Interactive Amazon suddenly cancelling prime accounts

My Amazon account was closed yesterday without any warning. I got an email that it was being investigated for violation of conditions of use with no further information. I sent several emails and got standardized responses that I would hear from them. I had over $1000 in gift cards which I can no longer use. They disabled all my ebooks on my Kindle. They disabled my Alexa devices and prime tv. Upon investigation I found that this has happened recently to thousands of people with no explanations and no recourse. They have never again been able to access and use their prime accounts or their own money that was in gift registries and gift cards. I believe with your great skills you can get to the bottom of this and help us recover what we have already paid for. I can share screenshots of their correspondence as well as screenshots of the conversations on Facebook from some of the many people who have also had their accounts suddenly closed with no rhyme or reason.

Desired outcome: Reopen my account with all my books and gift cards intact

CBS Interactive Paramount+ app for AppleTV

On May 29, 2023, Paramount+ released a new version of its streaming app for AppleTV. I was watching a show on that app that night. Sometime the next day I decided to resume watching it but it would not load. I did not change any settings, download any new updates or change any cables. Apple has verified all my settings and equipment is operating perfectly. I can stream/watch all other apps on AppleTV, just not Paramount+. I went to that website and performed all recommended troubleshooting steps but nothing. I called several times but no help. They don’t really provide tech support and won’t allow me to speak with the technical people. They won’t give a credit for the cost of the service and don’t even admit to updating their own app. I can see the date of the update on Apple’s app store. I don’t know if they are doing anything or what. Either fix it or refund the amount of my subscription.

Desired outcome: Fix the app within the week or refund the total amount of my subscription.

CBS Interactive NCIS: Los Angeles

I do not understand why you would cancel such an excellent show and keep all these stupid reality shows. What most Americans want in these times is escapism. It would appear to me that quality tv which has always been a norm for this station has suddenly started catering to a different genre, well I'm still here and would like to continue to watch shows with a diverse cast and quality themes. Please reconsider your decision, thank you!

CBS Interactive Angi.com or angi ads

A lot of people are getting scammed by Angi

The name Angi’s list was sold and a scam operation is using the old good name/ reputation to scam people who are working for a living.

I started to do business with them and after only spending $300 I quickly found out that almost everybody who signed up with them has lost hundreds if not thousands of dollars to them. They sell leads to jobs and if there is not people looking for someone to work for them they will recycle old leads or make them up to provide something for the money spent. I is also very expensive to get away from them if you wish to stop getting ripped off. The BBB has pages of complaints about them. I think CBS could do an investigation and an expose on this scam operation

CBS Interactive language used on tv shows

A commercial you had at the end of the "Price is Right" on Friday, January 27, 2012 with Wayne Brady referring to he and Drew Carey. "Im a brother, he's a white". You are creating more racism by that reference. Do your part to prevent racism, don't promote it.

There was no purpose other than stating the race or color of Wayne Brady and Drew Carey in that commercial for the shows of Let's Make a Deal and The Price is Right, therefore being purely racially motivated.

CBS Interactive Jefferson Dental Clinic

On august 11, 2022 I went to Jefferson dental to get my upper denture replaced.

It's now December 5th and do not have my dentures. They are paid for in full.

I have my receipts. The corporate office is billing me and my dentures are paid

for. They took impression on 09/03/2022. My denture Try-in was 10/12/22.

They were too loose. They said my teeth would be back in 2 weeks. It's

December 5th and they are telling me they are in the lab. I can't contact

corporate office, it's always a recording.

CBS Interactive cbs programming today, not as advertised

The "Kansas City Chiefs"/ "Colts" football game was supposed to have been on cbs ( regular channel),.. this morning, 9/25/2022 *(12noon EST) and was not on cbs at any time, in ANY time slot, as advertised. *** Instead,.. cbs had non- important , inconsequential "fluff" programing filling the time slots.

We have a lot of die hard "Chiefs", fans, here & we were extremely disappointed & very upset, that we could not watch any portion of the game at all,.. as advertised., as we all had planned on & looked forward to. Is this going to be an ongoing, continual problem with all of KC Chiefs upcoming games on cbs..throughout the entire season ?! We are faithful cbs viewers of so many of your other regular programs. This should not be happening with the games., for all your loyal viewers.

CBS Interactive NCIS Hiawaii

The NCIS series is one of the most successful series of show you have ever aired. You are on the road to destruction when you have added lesbian scenes. You have stooped to a new low. Please take it out, you do not need this ludicrous scenes to attract viewers. Your programs sells it self. By now adding the connection of the various NCIS locations, it is even better, so get rid of the lesbians.

CBS Interactive Big Brother

Your show Big Brother has stooped to the lowest level of low. I have watched every season, and this is the worst thing I have ever seen. You are complicate in destroying a man's life for ratings and now even have a therapist convincing him he was racist just because the woke twitter mob and bots have said so, He simply questioned if there was a CookOut 2.0 should the remaining houseguest try to make an alliance. First there were at least TWO houseguests that did try to get a cookout 2.0 started. Any houseguest that did not wonder if someone would try to replicate one of the most successful alliances in BB history is just stupid. But for you to do what you have done to this poor man is inexcusable. Why are you not going after the TWO people that made the question into something is WAS NOT. The also lied about what was said and misrepresented the things that were said. PLUS they have been horrible to people that were on their way out the door. I am sad to say this but I will give you till I see how you handle this situation and if it is NOT done fairly then you have lost one of your loyal viewers and I hope the show get cancelled ASAP

Desired outcome: Show ALL the houseguest what was actually said AND STOP your woke therapist from twisting the mind of a young man. He may very well become suicidal over what you have done. How dare you do something like this for ratings

CBS Interactive unauthorized credit card charges

I am contacting you in regards to some charges on my account. I have been receiving a charge every month for Roku for CBS interactive [protected] DE for the amount of 5.46. I thought I had made an error on my Roku account and decided to cancel it. When I went to cancel, there are no subscriptions on my Roku account. I contacted Roku support, Peacock, and Fox News. This is a scam. Please, contact me and help me know what to do to get my money back. Thank you. Apparently, the scammer is trying to charge me for 3 channels in all, CBS, Peacock, and Fox. But I never subscribed to these channels. I am just contacting everyone involved as due diligence on my part. Thanks again.

CBS Interactive Funeral Burial was not complete for my mother.

My name is Dana Smith i am the daughter of Alberta Smith which is decese now she passed on May 3, 2022 she was laid to rest on May 17,2022. I went to the cemetery to check on my mother grave site and to see if they had put her head stone back. My mother share head stone with my father. i am very heart broken over this. Please Please help me. The Cemetery was paid in full.

Desired outcome: I want a proper burial for my mother, and the company on blast so this wont happen to any other familys.

CBS Interactive Cancellation of Magnum PI

This is absolutely ridiculous to cancel such a good show. The chemistry among the cast members is outstanding the story lines are always interesting and the beauty of Hawaii what a winning combination! CBS you disgust me. With all of the trash that is out there, you have decided to end this show after only 4 seasons.

Maybe another station with more sense will grab it up, the one show that truly let me escape for an hour a week from this insane world and you take it off, great.

CBS Interactive The cancellation of Magnum PI TV Show

You have to be crazy to cancel such a great show! With all the junk that is on

TV today why would CBS cancel such a good show. Especially one that is watch by all ages of the family. The entire cast is amazing and truly talented. Their compatibility is awesome, and the scenery is truly beautiful. Isn't there anything that can be done to change the TV executives mind? Everyone I speak to is reeling about this show being dropped. I have never taken the time to write in about a show being canceled before. Not even sure this is the right place to do so. But I had to speak out for those who feel the same as me, that this is a terrible mistake! From what I read the viewership was steady. Although the season finale was wrapped up nicely. There are still many more story lines to go.

We certainly don't need another reality show.

Please reconsider! Don't let all of those Magnum fans down!

Magnum PI is a great show and I was very shocked to hear that you guys cancelled it!

Everybody (all ages from elementary school children to people in their 80s) loves this show and is very unhappy that it is not going to be on TV again.

I can't believe that you cancelled this show even though it is VERY popular and well-received. You are going to lose viewers over this. The viewers love this show and will follow it to any new stations/channels that (hopefully) pick it up

I agree with the previous comments. Magnum PI has been a very classy show, with amazing actors and storylines and it makes absolutely no sense to drop it with such a huge fan base. We too looked forward to it every Friday night as the other choices throughout the television week are very limited in quality.

I just want to say “Ditto” to Carol Daly’s comments above! There are way too many inane reality shows & a plethora of overly dramatic & depressing police/military/hospital shows already being aired! My husband & I always looked forward to “going to Hawaii” on Friday nights…..first with both “Hawaii Five-O” (which was also cancelled)….but then “Magnum PI” stepped in to fill it’s shoes! I agree about the characters interaction being very authentic. Even though there was action, drama, some heartbreak along the way, the series left you with an overall sense of feeling good & the scenery & sets did the same. I want to live in Robin’s Nest (fictional or not!)

This is also my first time writing in about a show being cancelled & I would also request that this be sent to the appropriate department for reconsideration.

CBS Interactive CBS pledge to have at least 50% people of color

CBS has gone too far by pledging 50% of competitors in survivor, big brother, and all similar reality shows to be people of color. This does not reflect the demographics of the US & it offends me as a white person. Im on the verge of boycotting CBS in our family. This sort of racism against whites is causing racial division & showing the hate the blacks have against whites. It's creating a problem with peace & love between all people.

CBS Interactive Closed captioning.

This is the second time that CBS has failed to provide closed captioning to its Sunday night lineup, broadcast in prime time. There was no closed captioning for Equalizer, NCIS LA, and S.W.A.T.

Other shows I watch on CBS have never had this problem. Just the Sunday night lineup... What gives? Why?

Being a senior citizen and hard of hearing with Tinnitus, this make it extremely difficult to enjoy the show as I cannot understand half of what is being said.

Once was understandable. Technical difficulties and all. But to get it back the next week and then not again tonight, there is something wrong.

Please correct the problem.

CBS Interactive CBS primetime shows posted weeks late

I could catch a CBS PRIMETIME show the next few days after original showing on my Paramount+ Subscription but now it is weeks later? Which really messes with my ability to keep up with the show. THIS JUST STARTED HAPPENING in last few week so it must be a new policy. I’m debating canceling my Paramount+ Subscription. This does not happen with my other services. I need this resolved!

CBS Interactive TV Show Seal Team

For several years my wife and I have enjoyed watching the show seal team. It has tremendous action and is one of the more realistic shows portraying what are men and women in the military face in military conflict today.
I know that using expletives And what you might call colorful language is very realistic however there is a large segment of our society that does not want to hear these words. If I want to expose myself to that kind of language, I would watch HBO or Showtime or the lake.
I am stunned that in a recent episode of seal team very foul language was used throughout the episode. This is a day that I have been hoping I would never see. That on network television this kind of language would be used openly. I hope that many others have expressed a similar opinion and that you will reconsider allowing this to happen. Why ruin a great show?
