I've completed, mailed (priority)in my tags and the required form to close my account. I tracked it and followed up 1 week after it was received. Only to be told that my account was still active. I expressed the fact that I noted on the form to close out my account and refund the balance. I was instructed to call and follow up a few days later on. Only to be told that my account is pending being closed. I asked to speak with a manager who agreed that my account should have been closed and it's pending close can take an additional 30 days from my initial follow up call. I expressed my disgust with their handling of the closing, let them know that I will be posting on a regular to the complaint board until my refund is received and hung up.

Desired outcome: I want to be refunded my money ASAP. The payment posted immediately so I'm not understanding why a refund will take 30 days.
