Breach of Contract
My husband recently purchased tickets to the French Open from Euroteam, and we even postponed our honeymoon to Paris to attend the Open and planned events while in Paris around the day we were supposed to attend. Unfortunately, even though we were reassured just a couple of days before the tournament (the day we were leaving the U.S. to fly to Paris) by Euroteam that we would receive the tickets via email, we did not ever receive them.
We did get 2 emails around the same time we should have been at the tennis tournament and a couple of voicemails left back in the U.S. on the day of the tournament stating Euroteam was not able to get tickets transferred to our name (he purchased the tickets back in February the day they went on sale, so not a very good excuse).
It sounds like a lot of people have had similar problems and it appears this has been going on for years. I'm an attorney in Florida and I have written to Euroteam and so far haven't received a response. It's simply not acceptable that a company is allowed to continue these practices.

Fraud
I purchased 6 tickets from a very helpful Rahat who worked at Euroteam for the Lady Gaga concert in London. The total cost of the tickets cost 930 pounds. We specifically went to London to see the show from South Africa. We were told that the tickets would be delivered to our hotel the day before the show. We never received the tickets and are waiting for them to refund our money, but have to subject ourselves to their contant lies and deception! For example, we have heard numerous times of how the lady who does the refunds is away on leave and will be back soon! These guys are huge crooks!

Euroteam scammed me for $200, my time, my mood and rest. They also left my daughter without present for birthday. I found out that my money was paid for a hotel in London. I don’t know who did it and I will do anything to gain justice.
We bought tickets for Radiohead in Rome at 180 euros per ticket. The show was cancelled and Euroteam never refunded our money! We have not received any response after numerous emails and phone calls. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH EUROTEAM!
those people are bandits, i paid Euro 930, 00 for ticket to see La Tosca in Milan, i never got the tickets

Avoid buying tickets for concerts or sports events on line from Euroteam. They never send the tickets and did not reimbursed 470€ that I paid on October 2010.
If you have already bought, you can send a complain to the Centre Européen de la Consommation (www.cec-zev.eu).
FAKE company - promises tickets but never have these. DONT EVER BUY FROM EUROTEAM - complete waste of your money.

World cup 2011 rugby in New Zeland - i paid 5000 US dollars for rugby tickets which i do not know whether these will ever be received. i have just learned of this scam site. please help...
EUROTEAM site is only taking the money, without to deliver any product. Be aware not to order anything on it (tickets for concerts or sport). If you already did it, contact your bank.
4 bruce springsteen tickets ordered and paid for- gbp500-tickets not delivered, no refund
purchased tickets for Madonna concert in Istanbul. but received an e-mail that they can not deliver the tickets. we are not sure getting a refund.

Scam
I have bought 2 tickets in November'2009, for the U2 Concert in Coimbra, on the 2nd October, through this company.
They have not provided the tickets, though they have communicated the fact one week in advance. In that case I accepted the refund, despite the fact that I waited several weeks to receive it back.
I have persisted. I have made several complaints through the internet and I finally got the money back. I am more than grateful to all "complaints sites", which have helped me give awareness of these facts.

Concert Ticket Scam
I arrived on Thursday December 2nd in Milan, after taking a 4 hour international flight, expecting to receive my tickets for the Lady gaga show tonight (December 4th at 7:30Pm). My credit card has been charged in full on November 15th! and the tickets have never been delivered to my home address. They contacted me via e-mail asked that I provide the Milan hotel address which I did on November 22nd (Never at any point did they mention that they do not have the tickets). However, they never delivered it to the hotel either yet they called on December 3rd and said that due to a delivery problem I will have to pick it up before the show (and they will call me two hours beforehand with the exact location for the pickup). However, they never called (and there is no way to call and inquire with them) and obviously my daughter and I (This was her Birthday Gift) did not get to see the show.
This is a scam (not an Unusual or “unique” business practice - as described in an ECC warning whose link is attached http://ns.is/ns/neytendasamtokin/thjonusta/evropska_neytendaadstodin/english/?ew_news_onlyarea=content1&ew_news_onlyposition=3&cat_id=50569&ew_3_a_id=369989) as the money has been collected in full when they knew that they could not provide the service. This is a Norwegian company and that should be stopped as I have just realized (after searching the web…) that I am not the only such “Victim”.

Not delivered the concert tickets
I ordered 3 lady gaga Prague concert tickets from Internet and I paid 300 euros (including shipping) with credit card. before transferring tickets to me I sent mail to them to able to get tickets without problems. but tickets didn't delivered to given adress.after that I send many e mail to them for an explanation and to able to get my money back but they didn't reply to me.if this company is a swindler why they are selling tickets and why nobody obstruct them. I spend 600 euros to able to go to this concert who will solve my unjust...

didn't deliver tickets

I am from Romania and I booked and payed on the 15 of July 2010 for 2 tickets, cat 1, as a gift fo my boyfriend's 30th birthday, for the U2 concert in Rome, on the 8th of October 2010 (tomorrow). We have dreamed about U2, we've listened to the songs to learn the lyrics, we made plans about Rome.
I am not a lawyer and I admit that I don't pay too much attention to the terms and conditions page but after this experience I will check every word from terms and conditions in the future. In these "terms and conditions" they say that they will deliver the tickets between 15-30 September 2010. on the 29th of September, because I didn't receive the tickets, I sent a mail asking if they were sent or not and what should I do in case I will not receive the tickets in Romania. They answered me on the 1st of October saying that they didn't "get a hold" of my tickets and that I can cancel and receive 70% of the amount I have payed or I can wait but they cannot guarantee that they will find my tickets until the 8th of October. Because I live in another city and in another country than Rome, I had a real problem to pay for the hotel and for the aircraft without knowing for sure that I will have the tickets. I've sent them 10 mails every day since the 1st of October asking if they have found my tickets, if they will deliver them...I didn't receive any answer! I've tried to call them on the call center number (in Norway!)..after waiting 12 minutes one time, 15 minutes another time, nobody answers!
Today (one day before the concert), I received a phone call from somebody who said that is from Euroteam who told me that they will tell me tomorrow where to go in Rome to pick up my tickets. Imagine how much would cost me to buy last minute tickets for the aircraft, or to book a hotel... Besides that, how can I trust this company which didn't answer my mails, didn't answer my calls, didn't send me the tickets, and which doesn't announce me in written, just with a phone call.
I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I understand that they do what they did to me regularly. They cheat and they lie.
In case they don't deliver the tickets at all they are supposed to pay you back the entire amount plus a fee of 200 eur/order.
Did anyone receive these money? Did anyone do something legally against them? I don't think this company should be let to do business anymore.
Please let me know!
Did anyone sue them by now? They do this for years...I am curious about the results... I would like to make an association with other "victims" and to hire a lawyer from Norway to sue them. What do you think about that? Would you like to be a part of this?

Hi, i have also the same problem.I bought 2 tickets for madonna's istanbul concert 2 months ago from euroteam.I PAID 510 EURO'S .Concert date is 7th June 2012 and today's date is 2th June, I didn't receive the tickets YET.I sent 10 mails to euroteam but they don't even reply.They are f* thiefs .I'LL SUE THEM.DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THEM!
Hello, the same story happened to me - tickets fo U2 in Rome were bought 1 month in advance and received e-mail taht they are not sure if they have them for me... A call one day before--- I live in Prague but hotel and flight-tickets were bought, we went to Rome... 30 minutes before the show I received SMS where to pick - up the tickets! BUT! There were no tickets - only 2 guys with about 10 crew-entry cards that were used to take about 100 people in! I just think so according to the list of pre-payed tickets I saw there - we were one of the first there - so we were lucky and got to the concert - with no tickets, peaople around were fighting for rhe crew cards as they were angry and nervous! NEVER use this agency again!
Concert tickets
Booked 6 tickets for a John Mayer concert. Money taken from my account beginning of November 2009. Last thursday they informed me that my tickets, for the concert happening tonight, were not after all available. Too late for me to rally round and find an alternative seller at a reasonable price, so really really feel let down, especially when I'd bought the tickets as Christmas presents for my family. Seems there's no redress for such failure to honour the deal.
Notice that Euroteam now already selling tickets for the next John Mayer Concert at Wembly Arena in May 2010. ...Funny that the official site for the venue hasn't started selling them yet ! Beware of this site. I'm now awaiting my refund with fingers crossed.

I bouhgt 5 tickets for ice hockey game Finland vs. Checz republic in Bratislava. I paid them with my credic card. Firts they informed me that they cannot deliver my tickets at home in Finland but they will deliver them to my hotel in Bratislava. Just one week before the venue they informed me that they cannot deliver the tickets to my hotel but they will call me one day before the game for a local pick up. The call never came and customer service never answered again. I was stupid enough not to look in to this company before paying, but I see this as a big fraud. I have read almost all the complaints and they sound like the same. EUROTEAM IS A CRIMINAL ORGANISATION AND PEOPLE WORKING FOR IT SHOULD BE PUT IN JAIL.
This site is a complete trap! You pay and they never deliver the tickets. I think they exist only to steal people. Somebody should stop them immediately
Same happend to me...I bought 2 tickets for a footballgame in London (Tottenham) and I bought it trough EUROTEAM.NET ! We already booked the flight and the hotel and 4 days before the game, they send us an email that the tickets got cancelled! (Even though we already payed). When I asked why they, they told us that the ticktes couldnt be delivered! And I got a bit upset, and told her, "so what are we going to do now?", but she just said "sorry" and HANGED UP on me! That made me furious!
I only hope they send us our money back! EUROTEAMS really are thiefes and DONT GIVE ANY SERVICE AT ALL! They really dont care! I will never ever book anything there again!
I bought the tickets for Ligabue and of course they we did not deliver them and they charged me. Now I can I get the money back and how can we stop these scammers !

I've bought 4 tickets to the Michael Bublé concert at Lisbon. Payed 30 euros extra to get the tickets at my house, since I live at Porto, wich is 300 kms away from Lisbon. About 2 weeks ago, I received a email from EUROTEAM saying that they couldn't deliever the tickets and that, instead, they would call me the day before of the concert to tell me the pick-up place. Today (the day of the concert) I was concerned due to he lack of communication and tried to get in touch with EUROTEAM. Nobody answered the phone and didn't get any answer to my emails.

I GOT the TICKETs for the U2 concert in Coimbra. However I am willing to complain and do anything to punish these crazy people from Euroteam and hopefully ban them from the net. I was one of the few crazy people who didn't give up. I travelled to Coimbra and waited near the stadium the whole day for a call from Euroteam. I couldn't believe when they did call me to pick up the tickets at 20.20h, an hour before the concert.They wait till the last minute hoping you wil give up. If you do, you will not be refunded. They are safe by their "terms and conditions" but, in my opinion, something must be done against these people. I was lucky. When I had the tickets on my hand, I called the good-looking foreigner who was delivering the tickets crazy. He smiled and asked me if I wasn't happy and releaved. It's a bad joke. I said.
Well, you can count on me to do anything against this fraudulent company.
It seems that they have a macabre passion for U2 fans :(. Lot of sad stories concerning U2 concert tickets, including me. I also take on action and write to European Consumer Center Network (ECC) in my country and they past the case to the office in Norway, because Euroteam is registered there. You can also try this, too. The most claims they receive, the most chances to do something.
