I ordered a "free" trial jar of Elegance Skin for $4.95. Due to Hurricane Harvey, it took over 2 weeks for me to receive the product. I used it for 2 weeks, then contacted the company and told them I did not want any additional product. They had already charged me PRIOR to the 14-day trial period ending for another $89. I received my credit card statement today reflecting that amount. Today I contacted the company and told them about the charge. As with all other complaints I have found, I ordered their free 14 trial and paid only shipping. Exactly 15 days after, they charged my debit card $175.00. I called immediately and demanded my money back. I told them they were about to bounce my other bills. they said since I didn't return the product within 14 days (who on earth would be able to use, judge and return a skin product within 14 days---they count on this). they refused to return my money. Elegance skin retreat insists that there is a 14 day trial stated but when I went on their web site it was nowhere to be seen. Also, on all of the confirmations for the samples that I ordered there was no notice of a "14 day trial". Now they are shipping orders every month and charging my credit card. I have contacted the credit card and these charges are in dispute. I have called Elegance's number (888/314-5417 and they give yu the run around. Have answered their e-mail and asked them to cease and desist to no avail. This company should be shut down. What they are doing is illegal. Patricia Battista [protected]@aol.com

In late June/early July 2017, I responded to email offer from Elegance Skin Retreat for what I thought "free" skin care products. Until I received, in email, invoice on July 14 for $94.94 for un-named product that, in accepting offer for "free" skin care products, I was, totally unknowingly, enrolled in automatic skin care program. Shortly thereafter, I received another invoice, in email, for $91.94 for another Elegance Retreat Product.
