Eglobal Defective merchandise-no refunds

Same as everyone else. Two 7" android tablets--neither one works. Repeated calls, emails. Finally got a real live person who refused to give me an RMA# because we have filed a dispute with our credit card company over the product charges. So now Capital One refuses to pursue the complaint until the merchandise is returned & EGLobal will not give us an RMA#. So, we lost $282. It is amazing that this company is still in business. I have found hundreds of complaints on numerous websites. Why do the credit card companies still do business with EGLobal?

Eglobal Bad service

I cannot get the thing to work.

They are no help..To return it - i need an order number that I do not have.

This was a rip of 100 bucks.

this is eglobal wireless.com...honey good luck we have all had our money stolen if you google the address to this company 7523 silverwoods ct Boca raton fl...33433 you will see a picture of the house with boxes in the garage his real name is yanki hofstetter...we all have been scammed contact as many agencies as you can so we can shut them down Federal trade commission...attorney generals office and bbb and this link you can also make a complaint with the fbi on their website we have them listening...http://www.fraud.org/ is another organization you can report to...we have these people listen you need to be heard...theese people are ripping so many people off they need stopped
