today at 13.21pm \ 17/01/2023 DPD was to deliver to my address 10 Cecil road ME1 2HT a curry's tablet cost £184 the driver Delivered it to 1 Cecil Road ME1 2HT I have contacted DPD to advise them of this parcel number [protected]. I have tried knocking at the door but no one will answer I have left a note in the letter box but i do not think I will get...

DPD 2 parcels sent for a next day delivery

On Monday 11 th June I took two parcels to a shop which was a drop off point for a next day delivery.
I tracked the parcels the next evening only to find that they had been delayed at the Dartford Depot and had missed the trailer so wouldn't be delivered until the Thursday 14th. I then changed the delivery address to a shop so they could be collected on the Wednesday but they still could not be there that day. It was very important that these parcels arrived at their destination on the Tuesday or at the very latest on Wednesday morning. This I was told was impossible so I had to go and collect the parcels from the depot and take them a 500 mile journey so that they would reach their destination on Wednesday.
This is totally unacceptable therefore I wish to have my postage fee refunded and also a contribution towards the diesel that I had to buy In order for my parcels to reach their destination.
I am very disappointed with this service as it is totally unacceptable.
I await my full refund .

DPD They couldn't deliver my cargo. It's in Custom more than 10 days. No any help, no any answer.

Hanımlar, beyler.. Sakın DPD ile çalışmayın...1 aydır Almanya'dan İzmir'e 2 küçük parçayı getiremediler...Yurt içi kargo ile çalışıyorlar..Onların da haberleri yok..Biz yandık siz yanmayın..Bildiğiniz postayı tercih edin...Alman firması ama Afrika firması gibi...
Ladies and gentlemen .. Please never work with DPD ... 1 month failed to bring 2 small part to Izmir from Germany ... Their Partner in TR is Yurt İçi Kargo..But they have no any idea or contact with DPD...We are already fired, you don't ..Send your items throught (normal) post...DPD looks like German company but works like ... one..

DPD Exceptionally inefficient

Despite DPD claiming 'DPD's parcel delivery service is exceptionally efficient...' I was left waiting for a delivery all day to discover that at 10 am that morning that they were unbale to locate my premises, despite having my post code & my mobile tel number. I e-mailed a complaint in the evening & receieved an answer over 20 hours later despite thier claim to contact you within 2 hours offering me no solution to my problem...Having not initially receieved a reply to my first mail I sent a 2nd that was replied to over 23 hours later to be told they had no record of my first e-mail...Now that is 'exceptionally in-efficient'!...

sub shpt reached at local depot, but they not able to deliver same day. receiver try to today delivery, but they are not response. receiver asked them for self collect, but they are refuse request. Poor service given by dpd. Dpd didn't know the value of delivery and parcel. pls arange delivery today.

i have been home for 2 days waiting for a parcel that was held 10 days ago cause didn't had right address i sorted it out now have been 2 days i had a missed call that i figured was from the courier that i reply like 2 minutes after and he said he couldn't find the address... and he was already in the motor way so they will redeliver the next day and i explained that i have been home for the last 2 days waiting for them this is by far the worst parcel service ever!

I was shipped a parcel from UK and first delivery attempt by DPD Finland (without prior notice whatsoever) was on Tuesday 2 pm, as stated in the note left in our mail box. The second note appeared between Wednesday 6 pm and Thursday 8 am, with no attempt to contact the people in the house. Yet, the note claimed that there was nobody home, which is not true.
So this was DPD Finland, bunch of liars they seem to be, all in line with the other notes on this delivery company from hell. So, when choosing a delivery company, do not use DPD, this is a disservice to the party who is expecting your shipment.
