Hello 3rd Complaint same issue Match Co. said, "There is a problem with your account". Today is 12/3/11 & original complaint on file is from 11/27/11 Asked for new password under [protected]@earthlink.net & haven't received any e-mails for the requested change. **Won't take password & unable to allow me to change password. The account is paid for & now asking for an extension of days that I'm unable to access my account. Please call me...thus, we can fix this situation Thanks, Doug Gesner

Hello I tried to log on & they said come to this web site. I joined yesterday - 11/27/11 & was on for while by auto log on. Now, unable log back on & sent request for change of password 3 times & no e-mail reply I checked with my credit card company & the payment went through. So, I need some help of know to access Match.com that I paid for. I hope this isn't a trick or something. Thanks, Doug Gesner
