DoorFront Direct Doorfrontdirect

The first STUPID time you delivered MY magazines was a disaster! I emailed you them because the stupid phone number had a full mailbox. Imagine that, probably all complaints. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT WANT YOUR SERVICE AT ALL. I DID NOT ASK FOR YOUR SEEVICE. I said I would discontinue any magazine you delivered. I just stopped GOOD HOUSEKEEPING.

Keep it up. I'll stop all of them

Desired outcome: NEVER DO THIS AGAIN. I DON'T WANT YOUR SERVICE

DoorFront Direct Magazine Delivery/Food Network Magazine

This magazine was in the middle of my driveway, I had ran it over thinking it was just something that had blown onto our property, when in fact, to my surprise it was my magazine subscription...that I actually pay for with my $$$ that I work hard for. So my question is, while I'm working hard, getting paid to do my job, if these delivery people are NOT getting the product to my Doorfront Direct,..what are they getting paid to do...not what it says on your flyer, Not convenient & definitely NOT on my doorstep.

Subscription Cancelled!

DoorFront Direct Magazine subscription delivery

Peviously all my magazines were delivered to my mailbox. Not this past month. Doorfront DIrect claims to deilver magazines to your porch. I have a monthly subsription that was left inches from the street. I though someones trash had blown in front of my house when i went out to pick it up it was my magazine. I tried filing a complaint on their website but is not possible due to repated error code . Here it is: "Server Error in '/' Application.

Validation of viewstate MAC failed. If this application is hosted by a Web Farm or cluster, ensure that configuration specifies the same validationKey and validation algorithm. AutoGenerate cannot be used in a cluster.

DoorFront Direct Good Housekeeping magazine delivery

The magazine was left at the top of my driveway where i thought it was trash the garbage people left when the can was emptied. I got out of my car and found it was my magazine. The previous 2 months it was delivered to my door. If it's left at the top of the driveway it will either be run over and torn or stolen.

this delivery was November 10 2023.

DoorFront Direct Delivery of car and driver magazine

The magazine has been delivered by tossing the magazine out near the curb, sidewalk area instead of a sheltered place such as under the carport or front door steps. If such delivery occurred with snow (coming soon) it could easily end up being hit by the snowblower! Please let us know if you can’t revise your delivery practices so we can cancel Car and Driver to avoid a damaged snowblower. We will tell them why we’re canceling.

DoorFront Direct Delivery info

To everyone that uses this service, the only delivery company authorized to place catalogs, letters, magazines, and packages in your mailbox is Usps. If another delivery service places anything in the mailbox your mail carrier is allowed to take the item out and take back to the post office. After that it is returned to the usps processing plant and returned to sender.

DoorFront Direct Delivery

This is a terrible idea. Throwing the magazine into the driveway approach is not delivery. Door direct should be dropping at your door. Will drop this magazine subscription if they continue to use this method of delivery. On their website there is no place to leave questions or concerns as they state. Two of the functions went to error with a page of coding. Again this is the worst idea ever. Can see most people agree. Winter will be worse with th snow, can see the magazine tangled up in the snowblower.

DoorFront Direct Woman's day magazine

This is the second time this has happened. My magazine has been thrown in the grass next to a public sidewalk. I am disabled and it's hard for me to bend over to get it. If your people are too lazy to put it on my porch or in my mailbox they should be fired for not doing their job. I am very disappointed in your service. Or maybe I should say nonservice.

Desired outcome: I want my magazine to be on my porch not on the wet ground.

DoorFront Direct Magazines delivered in flowerbed and didn't know i ordered these

I was only getting 1 magazines and it was being left on my driveway. I called and complained didn't get mags for a long time. Today I noticed something in my flower bed it's 2 mags. I am not going to pay for these. I need to find out who ordered them. And when I called before I told them quad city times could never get my newspaper on my doorstep. You are having them deliver these and they were on driveway until I called now in my flower bed!

Desired outcome: If I paid for these magazines would like a refund because I didn't know this is how they were going to be delivered!!

DoorFront Direct Magazine delivery

It has been 3 months since I received my HGTV magazine and I finally got it and it was thrown in my driveway two feet from my mailbox and we've had a ton of rain so it was absolutely soaked and ruined and unreadable. This company is horrible and if HGTV is going to use them instead of using the mail I will cancel all subscriptions. I've been a member for years and this is the worst condition magazine delivery I've ever gotten!

I will be calling hearst magazines directly to complain and demand I do not receive any of their mags via doorfront as well.

Desired outcome: Refunds and send the most recent issue again and if my only option to receive HGTV mag is using doorfrontdirect, then cancel and refund my subscription.

DoorFront Direct Doorfront delivery service

On July,14, 2023, at 3:38am. An employee from Door Front Direct threw a HGTV magazine (I subscribe to) at my front door screen at 3:38am. The loud bang against the screen door woke me up, and set off my ring doorbell.

No one should be delivery anything to my doorstep that early in the morning. Magazines should be delivered to me 8am to 8pm no later. If you cant accommodate this request then contact the magazine company and stop all magazines. Next time a magazine is thrown at My front door at 3am in the morning, and scares my family, I will be calling the police that there is an intruder at my door.

Desired outcome: I would like for Magazines should to be delivered to me 8am to 8pm only.

DoorFront Direct Delivery of woman’s day and. When I went out to my car today there on my driveway is my woman’s day magazine sopping wet!

I live in Florida & this time of the year is our rainy season. When I went out to my car I found my Woman’s Day magazine. It was sopping wet. I can’t even read it! Since I don’t know when (what day) it will be delivered it’s impossible to figure out the exact delivery day. So now I can’t read my brand new magazine. I’m willing to pay a few cents more to get a dry magazine. Each & every time.

Desired outcome: I would prefer a dry copy. Maybe delivered to my covered front door?

DoorFront Direct Car & driver magazine

Doorfront seems to be misguided. I went to mailbox and thought i had trash at end of my driveway next to street, no it was my C&D laying at the end of my driveway. So much for door front. Anyone walking for just drive by stop and pick up the magazine from the street? I figured door front would at least be on the porch or put in the mail box as it was 18 inches away? Good thing i guess that i will not be renewing my subscription!

DoorFront Direct Magazine delivery

My Magazines ARE NOT left at my door. Instead, they are left at the end of the driveway, which is quite far from my doorstep. As it happens, often times the magazine cannot be read. This is because the rain and the magazines are completely soaked!

In the future, please leave all my Door front Direct magazines in my mailbox.

DoorFront Direct Food Network Magazine

I’m unsure of how my Food Network subscription, is now part of your company. I’d prefer not to use your services and would like my magazine left in my mailbox. Your first delivery was tossed into my driveway, like a newspaper, nowhere near my front door as advertised. And due to today being a heavy rainstorm, my magazine is now a soggy mess that I’m unable to read as it is completely ruined.

Desired outcome: A replacement copy of the magazine ruined, and for my magazine to be left in my mailbox like normal mail.

1.leaving the magazine on the side of the City Roadway about a tenth of a mile from my house is not door front delivery.

2. will also contact Food Network to advise of the situation.

3. found on 6/20/2023, do not know when the magazine was left there.

DoorFront Direct Delivery of my magazine country living

What a joke delivery to front door. My magazine laid out at the end of my driveway for 2 days because I did not know about this new delivery system and I did not know it was my magazine, I have paid a lot of money for it. I will contact country living about this problem. I do not want my magazines at the end of my driveway in the road.

This happened Monday, May 8th I saw something laying at the end of driveway did not know what it was thought it was junk mail someone dropped.

DoorFront Direct Magazine delivery

On May 1st, I saw something under the car on the driveway. My husband said oh it is just the free paper that they throw at our house. He was going to get it and throw it away. I had a feeling that it was not the free paper. I crawled under the car to get it and it was Woman's Day magazine. The note said this is a convenient new way for me to receive magazines. I tried to contact Doorfront Direct through their website. When I hit send in the complaint page, I got all sorts of warnings and messages and it did not go through. My next email will be to Woman's Day. I hope companies that decide to use this service think twice. Thank you for your service.

DoorFront Direct magazine delivery

My issue of "Country Living" magazine was left at the end of my driveway (NOT at my front door), where it was run over by my husband's truck as he was entering the driveway. The magazine was apparently curled within the plastic bag so, when my husband ran over the bag, the magazine was completely crushed. I would prefer that my magazines NOT be delivered by DoorFront Direct; instead, I would like for all of my magazines to be delivered by the USPS, which has worked out well for all of the decades that I have been subscribing to magazines. However, I am guessing that DoorFront Direct is cheaper than the USPS and, hence, nothing will change, so I am not even going to bother to include a desired outcome, because I know that it will not happen. Customer service is a thing of the past and I do not think that it is ever going to return. This modern world is great in some ways, but incredibly sad in many of the ways that used to matter.

DoorFront Direct Unwanted magazine subscription.

In the past few months I've been receiving Bazaar magazines that I did not order or request. I got another one last night (2/12/2023). Please stop sending this subscription. I don't read Bazaar and have no use for it. Like the others, it's going in the trash!

I issued a complaint about this last month and it was ignored.

Please stop sending Bazaar magazine to my address!
