Digicel Poor Service

I had a digicel post paid plan which I requested to have cancelled. To my dismay it was not cancelled and charges were incurred. It has been a year now since I've been following to have a reversal completed, during which time my credit report with transunion has been deteriorating. Please explain.

I purchased a Galazy phone 8, after making two phone calls it ceased to work, I took it back to the Tobago office who had to send it to Trinidad, who the stated I had damaged the front and the charger.I took it to a repair place who said they could find no such damage.I returned it the Tobago office who once again returned it to Trinidad.I have had endless chats with bTrinidad and the matter is still not resolved.I bought the phone on 6th December, 2017 and to day is the 6th march, 2018.The amount of time I spent on this is rediculous

Digicel Rip off/ stealing people's money

I do not think it is fair for companies to still stealing people's money in this economy. They need to realized that they have have done enough already. They need stop, otherwise we gonna stay in that mess for a long time.

I agree entirely. Here on the French side of St Martin AGAINST my will but as my two children have nothing in their lives they wanted to buy two mobiles with internet so contracts were made TWO MARCH 03 2011. for 29 euros 90 cents each one.
The first time DIGICEL TOOK my money it was for 34 euros 88 cents on the 25 March 2011 and NOT on 04 April 2011 ... as the contract was made PER MONTH starting MARCH 3 2011
DIGICEL took 34 euros 88 cts and not 29 euros 90 cts
NEXT: 3 may 2011 and 05 may 2011 I paid 29 euros 90 cents.
they had tried to take money out again...
I then discovered that the BANQUE POSTALE had withdrawn two amounts of 10euros 30 cts on 28 April 2004 as DIGICEL had deducted again the amounts and NOT ON THE 03 of the month
Next 19 MAY 2011 I discovered that DIGICEL again deducted and not on the 03 of the month and again not the amount of 29 euros 90 cents BUT the amounts of 35 euros 90 cents TWICE.

That is not all ONE of the phones does not work
INTERNET contract made on 28 APRIL 2011 being told 49 euros per month plus 1 euro for the key and IF IT DOES NOT WORK WE WILL REFUND THE MONEY IF IT DOES NOT WORK AFTER SEVEN DAYS.
It worked for SEVEN DAYS but extremely slowly. I then went to their office and was told there was NO SERVICE because they had problems with their antennas. I decided I had enough and said I would finish
She said she would cut the line and did so BUT then told me she had taken 65 euros 33 cts from my account...
AH AND WITH NO SERVICE AS IT WAS CUT THEY TOOK NOT 49 EUROS AS ON THE CONTRACT BUT THE 65 EUROS 33 CTS...

on 25 MAY 2011 KNOWING FULL WELL I DID NOT HAVE SERVICE THEY TOOK 65 EUROS 33 CTS...
