We ate at your Denny's in Belle Vernon pa, it was ok, very over priced for what we ate. Order # was578490 server was Melinda h. she was very friendly, but she did explain things to us. I ordered Strawberry fr toast slam, and I thought the eggs and bacon was included the way she said it and what I saw on the menu according to the waitress it wasn't mine was 14.49 I thought it was 7.99. my husband a byo slam 11.39 +1.50 for sausage and1.39 for hash browns. So they charged him 10.59 for eggs and toast.. it was the same for beef burger 11.39 + 1.50 for a patty. we will not ever eat there again.

We decided to go to Denny's for breakfast over the holidays since it is fairly new here in Barrie, and we have never been to one on the Canadian side. My husband ordered BYO grand slam - bacon and eggs, rye toast and hash browns. Two little pieces of bacon, rye toast that was basically warm bread oozing with an overkill of butter. No presentation on the plate. I ordered my favorite breakfast - eggs benny. She asked how I wanted the eggs cooked and I said yolk runny please. She said ok that is soft cooked. Mine came out looking as unappealing as my husband's breakfast. The eggs had not a lick of runny egg yolk in them. They were cooked like they were to make egg salad sandwiches out of. English muffins were not toasted properly. And the hollandaise had a weird lemon taste to it. My husband's apple juice was bubbly? and tasted like a watered down apple drink, not juice. When the waitress asked if everything was ok, my husband told her is not happy with his breakfast. She offered him a take out of something or a fruit bowl. No discount on the meal. When she came to pick up my plate, she saw I only ate half. She asked if it was ok and I said look at the eggs. They are hard cooked which is not what I had asked for. She brought the bill and we paid $50.12 for this experience. There are many great breakfast places in Barrie that we will go to for half the price and 5 times better food! We thought we would give this a try, but this will be our last visit there.

16th August 2023. Two very polite truckers were coming for lunch. Denied service, asked to leave, police called, no reason...They are black. No immediate action was taken after complaints were filed. Proof of corporate's stance, and support of racism. Waitress was eventually fired, but not the manager who rang the police while not even on the premises. Disgusting. Denny's is now internationally infamous. We will never lighten any of your establishments. Thank you for your time. Western Australia.

We stopped by Denny’s #6693 on Alsbury Blvd in Burleson, TX today about 11:30 AM to have breakfast, there were three in our party. Our order number was 101792 server Maria C, we all ordered full meals a coffee and juice. The first meal came out but the hash browns were burnt, the eggs were salty, and the food presentation not very pleasing. The other two meals were late being served, in fact one our group saw the plates setting ready for serving and asked about them. For the most part except the pan cakes that was brought out was not consumable and left on the plates. A second server who we had met a few days earlier while eating at this Denny’s came to our rescue and asked about our needs. After a short discussion she agreed with our comments and removed two of the meals from our bill. We paid $30.00 for one all American, one coffee and one orange juice. What was the final nail in this visit was when the first server ran out the door after us yelling and accusing us of wanting to leave without paying. This was a totally unpleasant experience and is most likely the last time we will visit a Denny’s.

I went to Dennys on Feb 13th at 9:30 am. Asked to waitress if they were participation in the free pancake day promotion, she advised me she was unaware of promotion and that if I received an email it should have a code to scan. I advised her it's a promotion for everyone not just members. She advised me she doesn't use or is familiar with apps and proceeded to walk away in an unfriendly manner. After an all night shift I was to tired to continued and left. She was heavyset and wearing a protective face mask. Unfortunately, I didn't get a name.

We have been dining at your Rock Hill SC location since moving to SC going on 8 years now. We usually eat there 2 to 3 times per WEEK. We are not happy with the new rules that have been instituted. I am 70 years and have Celiacs Disease. I was ordering your Senior grilled chicken dinner which worked very well with my diet restrictions. I was able to get the dinner with 2 sides. I was told that it is no longer available on your 55 plus menu. I am very limited to what I can eat. We will need to go elsewhere if I am not allowed to order the 55+ grilled chicken. I just wanted you to know how your business affects those with disabilities.

Food was over cooked took 25 minutes to receive meal manager had red tee shirt jeans around [censored] this is the best you can do you had one manager months ago that was the best she cared but she left for no help also the trash can out front looked like it has not been emptied in weeks you used to be great but time has hurt you real bad if you have to be so pickey I will not go there any more your loss not mine money does nt grow on trees unless your rich

I visited the Denny's in Colwood, BC to enjoy a Canadian Turkey Dinner. It was absolutely the worst turkey dinner I have have been been served. The turkey was like leather, the vegetables were greasy and soaked in butter and garlic. Why vegetables were not plain and steamed is beyond me. The food was salty. The cranberry sauce was jelly with no cranberries. I couldn't eat it. The restaurant was dirty with a foul odor. Denny's used to be a great family restaurant but has really gone down hill.

I am writing about my visit to our local Denny's in Albany OR. My husband and I went for a early supper, today Sunday September 24. Only one waitress was working the floor well the other two or three were in their hudle talking away. The restaurant was filll up quickly, with the only working waitress, Heather, seating customer, taking orders and checking them out. The so called manager on duty Ashley, decides to take care of a called on order, on which was not even worked on. A couple that enter before us got up and left the restaurant. A short time after a waitress and hostess comes in to work joining the hurdled group. Heather continues doing her job and everyone elses. We had our meal and I was checking out. The others standing would not even check me out, so Heather took care of it.

I’m in Oakland California hegenberger dennys location and I haven’t been treated so badly as a paid customer in my life ! The Hispanic lady said I can’t sit and eat because there is not enough workers . Then I said ok I will order to go she said why when you can go to San Leandro location and eat inside . I said I’m at the hotel down the street I can eat there and she said hold on and went to back and never came back . I will never ever eat at dennys again and that Hispanic lady needs to be fired
